Eric precisely spread his qi to the borders of this empire so he doesn't get any other empires involved in his fan. After releasing his qi he sent a message to every cultivator in the empire.

Eric slowly looked up to see every person on the ground kneeling down, he soon realised that there was normal people in this empire too so he had to call back his qi to not hurting them in any way possible.

Eric was still standing in the sky on top of everybody else, but as he was waiting for the he started to get bored so, he decided to go around the city.

He vanished from where he was standing and reappeared on top of a Equipment, where they sold sword and stuff.

He decided that today was his day to pick an equipment but then he realised that he had the system sop, and he could by a better sword from there. He walked out of the store and just tried to look around, he looked everywhere and couldn't find even one thing that he would like to do.

He walked out of the store to see everybody were back to their normal self and started to work on their job. Eric thought that the people probably thought that he was not going to be able to do nothing to the sects and would fail. That what the people were exactly were thinking but not the nobles and the sect that were being threatened to come here.

The moment Eric released his qi the strongest person in the empire was scared shitless as his cultivation was also dropped by 2 stages. This person hearing that the mysterious person was asking for the main power in the Empire, he was lift with one choice, which was to tell this people to obey whatever this person was demanding for.

Eric wasn't aware of this as he was looking around the city to find something fun to do while they were coming.

While trying to look good in front of this person she started to play with her and said

"Today we are doing a competition for rouge cultivators, the competition was set up by one of the major sect to find a talented people in this place and try to convince them to join their sect'.

Eric that he would join this competition just for fun to see people try to compete with him than fail, and another reason he wanted to join was because he wanted to find new disciples for his sect.

Eric was not going to choose the most talented person in the bunch as they were nothing to him so he need to find somebody that gave a good vibe about their personality to him.

Eric was here trying to find new disciples while the major powers in the empire where running their ass of to get to here. They were not actually running as they could just use a teleportation formation and transport themselves here but to do such a large-scale transportation they needed at least 2000000 high spirit stones, which was something very difficult to have as the stones where not found easily.

The sects needed a lot of time to get here but the nobles didn't as most of them lived in this city with their mansions spreading throughout the city.

Eric had finished signing up for the competition and just was waiting to see if the people he was trying to fight would arrive, but the one thing he hated the most was waiting so he just started to go in an inn and eat or drink something that could waste his time.

Eric didn't bother with anything and just went and bought the third one.
