Ferdinand took a glance at the amount of points he has. His expression suddenly turned good, as he now had extra points so that he can survive till daybreak. Looking up, the sky was quickly turning dark as the damp forest turned once again into ice cold winter. On the horizon Ferdinand heard various screams of walkers, as they are now approaching him in multiple direction. Ferdinand quickly dashed towards the opposite of the body of the now completely dead walker.
Dashing through the damp forest, Ferdinand opened his system interface and looked at the things that he could buy, so that his armaments would improve and defenses would skyrocket. First, even though he doesn’t know how to use swords, he bought a Mark 1 Saber and put it into his side. Ferdinand also bought a Mark 1 Pistol so that when he was in a tight spot, he would be able to quickly cleanse the battlefield. It cost Ferdinand all his points because he bought a saber for 300 points, a Mark 1 pistol for 500 points and 3 magazines with 16 rounds each of the pistol for 300 points.
Ferdinand looked back to his sides and saw that the walkers were quickly closing in on him. From what it seemed like, there are about three of them, and it seemed like that these walkers have a higher level than the walker that Ferdinand killed earlier. Because they were running and seemed to possess much higher intelligence than the lone walker Ferdinand killed earlier. The walkers were quickly closing in on him like a pack of wolves hunting their prey. Ferdinand had to make a decisive decision, and so he did. Ferdinand quickly changed direction and faced the walker that was opposite to him when he was running, and he immediately used his saber to slash the neck of the walker.

The two walkers that were flabbergasted by the sudden turning of Ferdinand quickly made a pincer move to pin Ferdinand in. Unfortunately, for them it didn’t work as Ferdinand just took a dash to the front and so he narrowly avoided the clutches of the walkers. It was very effective, as the two walkers that were supposed to pin down Ferdinand were stunned because both of them clashed towards one another. So Ferdinand immediately used his saber to charge to the nearest walker to him and stabbed it towards a tree, now that walker is pinned down in a tree. Now Ferdinand only has to take care of one walker and to finish the other one.
The walker that got pinned down to the tree looked even more agitated as it screamed towards the heavens, therefore alerting many more of the other walkers around them. Ferdinand has to finish
the only walker that was not pinned and so he brought his knife and faced the walker that was now staring menacingly towards him. Fortunately for Ferdinand, the walker took the initiative first and dashed towards him; he jump towards his side and attempted to roll over and stood up; the walker was now down and is trying to get up. Ferdinand didn’t let the waker get up as he ran towards the walker and slashed down its neck. The neck was soft as butter. When Ferdinand slashed down the walker’s neck, blood spurted out everywhere. Ferdinand was nervous if this would infect him and so he asked the system.
‘System, will these infect me of the virus?’
[SYSTEM ALSO DOESN”T KNOW]
‘Damn’
Now the only walker left is the one that Ferdinand pinned on a tree with his saber awhile ago. When Ferdinand took a glance towards the pinned walker, he saw the walker were even more visibly agitated and were now trying its hardest to get out of the saber. Despite it doing its best to get out, Ferdinand was now close to it. The walker then tried to scratch Ferdinand to no avail, it failed. Ferdinand could now only do one thing, and that is to end this poor soul’s life. Ferdinand then walked towards the walker and slashed its neck and such a crimson substance gushed out of the neck. Now only this time he could look towards his system interface and so he saw.

Ferdinand’s mouth twirled up. He was smiling. Even before Ferdinand could enjoy his victory, he heard a shriek that came from afar, and from what it sounds like, there should be now dozens of walkers chasing him and so he had to make it quick. Ferdinand then tirelessly dashed towards where he was going earlier. Ferdinand felt he was going faster than usual, but then he realized he has already gotten used to the forest environment, and so he was avoiding obstacles faster than before. After tirelessly avoiding the sights of the walker, Ferdinand then had a clever idea. Ferdinand quickly climbed up a tree. Now he can see everywhere, well, mostly.
As Ferdinand was surveying the surroundings, the beauty of this world took aback Ferdinand, because it was untouched by pollution. The skies were starry as it was filled with stars and the beauty of the moonlight shines above everyone. On the far horizon, Ferdinand could see the thousand upon thousands of walker that is moving towards him. Ferdinand had a grave realization, if the devils knew where he was, then apparently they could just command their ranks of walkers to chase after him. The evidence is already right in front of him. Ferdinand then had a clever idea. If the walker knew where he was, then there’s really no point in hiding and trying to hide his armaments. So instead of dying like a coward, he thought that he’d just die in a blazing glory to death, and that is if he ever dies. Ferdinand immediately pulled his Mark 1 pistol and aimed at the nearest walker on his peripheral vision, carefully aiming towards the center of the neck where the line of the spinal cord towards the brain is, but he was surprised as there are also walkers now down below him, trying to chew the tree down. So instead, he aimed downwards.
Then moments later, after what it took like an eternity of eerie silence except for the sound of chewing, Ferdinand fired and so a thunderous sound came out of it. Then, moments later, smoke comes billowing out of the barrel. The sound was *Thud* as the walker fell down on its knee and it’s now on its way towards heaven. Ferdinand didn’t celebrate his kill and quickly changed trajectory and fired one after another. Looking out of the horizons once again, Ferdinand saw that thousands of walkers were now closing on him. Ferdinand then had to abandon his post and ran. Based on what he saw, the walkers should only be level 1, as they weren’t charging on him.
With his pistol at his hand, Ferdinand was now madly dashing out of harm’s way, while firing one after another out of his pistol, after one magazine, change to the next one, and so on and so forth. Ferdinand’s points were racking up as he killed walkers one after another. Every time Ferdinand runs out of magazine he buys a new one in the shop, and when the magazine is empty, he could just return it towards the system for recycling, unfortunately there were no points given, but he understood of the practicality of not leaking out of such technology in this world.
