After sending that message a portal appeared and a gift box was left behind.

I quickly went to the box and immediately opened it. What was inside was a jade slip and a note .

" This technique was passed down to us by our ancestors. We the legendary void spiders have reigned over this universe for more than 3 billion years. You as the next successor is required to master this technique. Good luck honey. - M "

What's a void spider? But first things first I must be able to survive and get this task over with.

I reached for the jade and a white line went straight to my forehead. After the light passed through I suddenly had many memories of things i don't even know so this technique is called Void Thread.

Void Thread is simply a thread made from your bloodline's power that would be able to pass through space and time when practiced to it's peak. Seems overpowered hmmm..

I should just think of that later I should first follow the procedures and give it a try.

I'm now able to summon a thread but only a thin line. Now time for practice!

I was walking around the desert when I suddenly encountered a small scorpion.

As I was going closer a sound rang in my head.

I used my void thread to sneak attack the scorpion without it noticing. As the void thread connected with it's body sparks suddenly flew out my attacks only cause a scratch on it's back. After the attack the scorpion suddenly noticed my presence and ran quickly to me. I ran back and i tried to summon my thread again.

While I was running an idea formed on my mind.

After running for a while the scorpion looked pissed and radiated so much killing intent and went back. As it was returning a thread suddenly pops out of nowhere and pierces it's eyes and went out of its body.
