When I was 5 years old my parents told me.
Son you must be loyal to your partner no matter what happens. Mom said and dad nodded in agreement.
I didn't understand what they meant but i just nodded in response.
I wonder what a partner is?
Hmm...
My clan is the Heavenly Golden Veined Rat. Our clan is famous for our special innate talent which humans go crazy for possession. We merge with our owners and the humans would be able to possess our power and characteristics for a period of time.
Mom and Dad told me that humans are vicious creatures that would eat me and made me have nightmares for a year.
After 3 years ..
During these 3 years i was being trained by my parents to fight people , monsters ,Witches , and even cultivators.
Dad even said im a genius because I quickly got the hang of things and mastered the movements he taught me
While dad teached me different movements and techniques , mom teached me how to cook spiritual foods and how to cultivate since dad doesn't have any talent in teaching.
There was this one incident that he tried to teach me and he said that
Sparring with someone is the best way to teach you techniques because , experience is the best teacher. He said
I followed what my Dad said and asked him to spar with me.
My dad happily agreed and when he was teaching me techniques while sparring he forgot im only 8 years old and used to much strength which sent me flying.
When we got home and mom found out she was so mad that she kicked dad out of the house for a year.
Dad ended up living under ground since he doesn't have an extra house.
When I mastered everything they could teached me mom called me to come inside our house.

When I reached home mom was crying and dad was comforting her.
I was at loss of what to do , I really don't have any idea of what was happening.
Son , your mom and I have something important to tell you. Dad said and Mom cried even more
This time Im really weirded out of what was happening.
Son your going down to the mortal world and fulfill what your mom and her masters promise. Dad said
I was stunned and my mind went blank.
After a while my mom hugged me .
Son I'm sorry mommy loves you very very much Im so sorry.. mom said and dad comforted her even more.
I was at loss of what to do so I just said
" Mom don't worry your son is a big boy now , I will fulfill the promise you made with your master "
The next day..
A woman came knocking at our house and when I opened the door before I could even react she quickly pull me inside a container and said:
You must protect my daughter at all cost or else.. She said with a very deadly tone at the end which bought chills into my spine.
After 10 years.
I wonder how I survived these 10 years..
After she kidnapped me she told me that She's my mothers master and She's going to personaly train me.
Madam teached me everything she knew and all of it was for today the day that I would meet her..
Madam trained me like a madman even disregarded the fact that I'm still 8 years old that time.
At my graduation she said:
Congratulations little mouse you are now barely qualified to protect my daughter so do well I would be watching.
The before I could even respond I was sucked in a blue box.
Madam is really eccentric no one can really predict how she thinks or moves.
sigh..
Oh well I might aswell welcome my master.
