3rd POV (underground city)

The two guards stared off into the distance as they stood by the city gates.

"Ugh I really hate our shifts," guard A shouted.

"At least we're not hunting those soul beasts," guard B said.

"Right you two are the laziest of the bunch," the 13 year old girl said.

"Look here Ayane just because your father rules the city doesn't mean you can criticize us," guard B shouted.

"Really because I could've swore I brought that giant leopard bear over to the city center. And you two didn't even act humble and tried to take credit. But instead was laughed at," Ayane said in anger.

The 13 year old with light blue hair, black goth dresss and she kicked at the guards. Afterwards she ran into the city laughing as they covered their private spot in pain.

"One of these days I swear I'll get her," Guard B said quietly.

Ayane stared at the stone carved into the walls to make houses. There were also stone houses down the street, the place was dimly lit by the light crystal above their heads. She smiled as she stared upwards.

"When will come the day when we can go back to the surface. I wish for that day when I can see the green lushness from plants like the books described or the valley of human houses and the beautiful nature," she sighed.
