《Asher the Insane》Bovin and Iadra Arre the Brothers

With shock on his face Iadra the older of the Arre brother had woken up but not in the place he thought he would.

Instead of the hard ground and dust flowing up all around him he was in a white room, laying in a bed with clean white sheets.

His body ached and it was hard for him to even sit up.

He noticed that next to him was sitting Bovin, his younger brother.

Before all else, Iadra said to him, "brother, if there ever was a time I mocked you or have treated you with less respect than you deserved I am sorry."

Bovin, after all the years that he tried to chase his brother's shadow, felt good that Iadra had acknowledged him but this was neither the time nor the place for statements that came from the heart such as this.

"Rest," Bovin pushed Iadra down onto the bed, "after what has happened you deserve it."

Now laying down again Iadra asked, "what has happened? Where are we? And where is that woman?"

"You're in a hospital. Healers have already attended your side but now you just need rest."

With great reluctance Bovin continued on, "but I also have bad news but also a good one, which one do you want to hear first?"

Iadra wasn't sure, there had been a lot of bad news recently but still, he said, "the bad."

"The clash between you and Ashe kind of... destroyed the Dracken Colosseum," Bovin hesitantly answered, "it completely collapsed."

"What?! And what, in the gods' name, is the good news?" Iadra said jumping out of his bed but then fell down on one knee.

His brother helped him up, "'The woman' disappeared with it."

"That truly is good news. But are you still in her command?" Iadra still had his worries.

"No. After I woke up from your collision I lost everything she had forced upon me. I am as weak as you always knew me."

"You are not weak. You are strong in mind and soul," Iadra opened up his system menus, "I lost the buffs too. How come you fell in with her?"

"I only met her this morning. She came up to me and ordered me to fight for her or else she would have killed me."

"That is not hard to believe," Iadra could admit freely.

"I hope I will never meet her-" Bovin stopped to think for a second, "or him ever again."

"What is that you mean by this. 'Him'?" his brother asked.

"Well. When first I met her she said that she was Asher Burell."

"The Beast-Man who freed those slaves from the Alaranian underground?"

Bovin shrugged, he didn't exactly know what to say.

The conversation of the two brothers was cut very short when a group of armored men had entered the room.

Pretor Guard, the King's special forces.

They wore uniform masks which resembled that of the King's own face.

One of the men stepped up from the group, "Iadra and Bovin Arre? We have some questions for you."
