Elisia couldn't express what she saw earlier. Her body was still shaking because she couldn't take it. Her green eyes stared at every face that looked at her, speechless. She didn't know who to turn to for help. There's no way she suddenly shouted for Risk like a baby crying for milk.
Ilya looked at Elisia's sweaty face with a confused look. “Elisia, are you really okay? You look like you've seen a ghost.”
Elisia surprised. “Uh, I'm okay!” Elisia loosened the collar of her dress. “Sigh, so hot in here!”
“You must be hungry, even though you've finished your pancakes this morning.” Risk gave food to Elisia. “Eat and stop shaking!”
Elisia looked at the food as [Fried Chicken] and [Boiled Potato] that were served on the plate. Quickly, Elisia pulled out the plate and took her first bite of the potato. The slightly bland taste made Elisia remember something she found in the storage room. However, the savory taste of chicken held back the trembling from her body.
After finishing her food, Elisia went straight to Risk, who also finished eating his food. She pulled Risk's hand to get up from the chair. It surprised everyone, including Risk, who was the target of her withdrawal.
“Elisia, is something wrong?” Risk asked, who immediately withdrew his hand.
“Risk, there's something I want to talk about!” Elisia answered rather hastily.
“You can say it here if you want to say something,” Kafka interrupted.
Ilya hit Kafka's head. “What are you talking about?! Elisia definitely want to tell Risk something personal.”
“Ilya is right. Let's go to the roof, Risk!”
Risk relented and followed Elisia's wish to go to the rooftop. The girl kept pulling the man's hand firmly. They climbed the stairs to the roof again, one more time, then walked to the edge of the building. The sky looked dark because of the overcast clouds that hit Taichan.
They looked at each other, plus a strong gust of wind blew away all of their attributes. Elisia gulped; confused about what she wanted to say.
“Elisia, do you feel something strange here?” Risk guessed.
“Eeee… About that….” Elisia's mouth felt sore.
Risk walked over to Elisia and held her shoulders. “Say it calmly, since it's only the two of us here.”
Elisia took a deep breath and exhaled slowly. She recounted all the findings she had done in the storage room, including the items she found there. Risk just nodded slowly and occasionally smiled. After that, Elisia breathed a sigh of relief.
“Huh, so that's what made you tremble earlier? I'm sure you feel paranoid about it,” Risk said in a sarcastic tone.
“That's right, Risk! I didn't expect to find such a thing here,” Elisia replied, somewhat excitedly, “Should we ask Ilya about that?”
“Don’t yet. We have to keep this a secret from everyone, including Upgrade. We'll do the mission tonight first and head home. Understand?”
Elisia answered with a nod.
“Now let's go down and prepare!” Risk pushed Elisia's body back down the stairs.
“However, did you notice that too?” Elisia asked as she stopped in her tracks.
“You could say that's true, but I tried to follow the flow of the game first. I suggest you do that too.”
Elisia nodded and continued walking downstairs. People had already prepared the equipment. Just in time to start something. Risk and Elisia acted like they didn't know anything and helped the other to prepare themselves.
Elisia tied her hair again, so it wasn't shaped like a ponytail. She wore [Camouflage Device] on her waist and put on her [Wool Jacket] again. She wore a hat to cover her hair. Elisia knew this would be the most stressful infiltration mission of her life, so she prepared her heart.

Kafka suddenly came in with some rather disheveled looking people. There was a symbol on their armband. They walked over to everyone at the round table.
“These are the gangsters who will help us intercept the truck,” Kafka said.
“Hey, Kafka! Are they your friends?” one of them asked.
“Right. There's Scott, Risk, Ilya, and Eli–Elissa. I hope you guys can work together this time,” Kafka introduced his friends.
Ilya approached the person and handed him a document. “I know you're not used to reading files, but you need to see this.”
The man opened the file sheet and shocked. The people behind him were wide-eyed. He closed the file and returned it to Ilya.
“We've seen it all. We'll do our best,” The Man said, “You want a truck 599? I'll give it to you!”
“That's a good spirit, Truyen!” Kafka tapped the man's right shoulder. “Time for prepare!”
Risk turned to Elisia. “Elissa, do you remember the plan we talked about yesterday?”
Elisia nodded. “Still remember it clearly!”
It was time for them to gather at the round table. Ilya displayed a hologram screen from the center of the table. The image of a truck bearing the number 599 on its body was visible. Then, Iliya performed a countdown.
“This is the estimated passing time of the truck. I think they moved the departure by an hour, so we have to move fast!” Ilya said firmly.
“Did you finish sabotaging the vault door?” Scott asked, who had been asked before.
“Yes, and has taken over the door,” Ilya answered with a happy smile.
“Good! The plan has been made and we will do it. I hope we don't make a fatal mistake. The Runga Police are the cruelest police force in Tanggon, so we have to be careful!” Scott raised his hand forward. "Let's cheer for the smooth running of this ‘Operation Overture’!"
All hands point to the center of the table and touch each other. They lowered the hands then swung them up. Cheers came out of everyone's mouths, including Elisia, who had never done this before. She felt better now.
They started moving out of the house through another door. A stinky muddy alley greeted their steps. Elisia covered her nose and stepped on the pitch-black muddy hand. After that, they arrived at a drier alley. The gangster approached and led them to the rendezvous point.
Elisia watched all the gangsters using [Sixth Sense] and found the usual stats on them. If they were enemies, Elisia could finish them easily. After walking quite a distance, they arrived at the rendezvous point, which was on the side of the main road of Taichan. Big vehicles passed by at high speed while carrying heavy loads.
Several gangsters had gathered in the rusty building that became their headquarters. The man called Truyen was also there. They were talking about something that wasn't clear.
“Elissa, stay behind me! Follow where I go. Understand?” Risk asked after turning to Elisia.
Elisia nodded with a serious face. “I understand.”
Suddenly, Risk pressed his lips to Elisia's ear. “Elissa is the code name I gave to you. Get in the habit of replying when someone calls you that!”
Risk moved his lips away from Elisia's ear. The girl responded with a smile. For her, the code name did not differ from her real name. She hoped people didn't recognize her as Princess of Gwelissa.
Kafka led everyone to a wooden post-like structure that stood by the side of the road. Elisia saw the people on top of the post, watching the passing vehicles. They stopped in front of the building, then Truyen walked in front of everyone.

“My friends, we have a new assignment from our former gangster chief, Kafka! We're gonna stop the damn ELECTEC number 599 truck right in front of this post. We're going to distract them so Kafka can get into the truck with his friends. Understand?!”
The cheers in response to Truyen's question rumbled along Taichan's roadside. The drivers turned their heads in surprise as they slowed down their vehicles. Unfortunely, Truyen's men forced them to walk.
“Don’t be careless! Do this task with all your soul! Attack if someone attacks you! We are Trinitus, we are gangsters with integrity!” Truyen continued his command.
The cheers erupted again and answered with the word 'Trinitus'. Elisia was a bit surprised because the name reminded her of something in the past. However, this was not the time to dig up information right now. She had to complete this mission well.
Elisia reopened the 'Mission Object' to check the main objective of the mission.
Mission Objective:
“Find the Camouflage Net”

.

Elisia didn't know there were details of a mission like this. Her conclusion was correct, Elisia's game system was problematic. She also didn't know how to fix it, but Elisia was sure it would fix itself. At least the girl knew what to do after this.
Everyone had left the field and got on with their work. They left Elisia and friends, who were asked to remain standing here. Elisia saw Kafka talking to Truyen again. After that, Kafka turned to the team.
“Truyen said he had prepared a special team to intercept the truck. A fight might ensue because the two drivers are armed. After they distract from the driver, we will enter the container,” Kafka explained.
“When do you think the truck will pass?” Scott asked.
“16.28, fifteen minutes to go.” Ilya answered from everyone's [Communicate Radio].
“Seriously?! We have little time! I'll tell Truyen about this!” Kafka ran towards the post.
Everyone walked after Kafka into the post, which had a large room inside. It displayed several firearms in several corners of the room. A strange smell wafted into Elisia's nose, like burning smoke. When she looked again, it turned out to be a large pot that was boiling something.
After passing through the unpleasant sight, they came out on the other side of the building and several small buildings greeted them. Scott asked Risk and Elisia to remain standing near the post. Let Scott go with Elisia's curiosity.
Risk folded his arms across his chest and leaned against the rusty iron wall. His mouth opened very wide and a yawning sound escaped. Elisia guessed that Risk stayed up again last night.
“Risk, did you get sleep enough last night?” Elisia confirmed her guess.
Risk rubbed his left eye. “What? I went to bed ten minutes earlier than usual,” Risk said, weakly.
“I don't even know when you sleep, but I advise you not to stay up too late. Even though you are more mature than me, you must maintain your fitness,” Elisia said.
Risk suddenly pinched Elisia's right cheek and pulled it away. “Yes, Princess!”
Elisia pulled Risk's hand away from her cheek and snorted in annoyance. “Don't pinch my cheeks! Then my cheeks are loose!”
“Eh, you still believe in that myth?!” Risk joked, “Don't worry, your cheek skin won't loosen unless your age.”
“Still, that's rude!” Elisia replied somewhat angrily, “Do you often do that to Hildegard?”
Risk fell silent suddenly. His expression became even with a murderous aura oozing out like a pack of hungry wolves. It surprised Elisia to step back, away from Risk. She made the same mistake again.
“Risk, I apologize for continuing to offend your past. I promise I won't say it again!” Elisia goose bumped.
Risk was suddenly shocked and turned back to normal. His expression remained as flat as ever, but calmer.
“I'm also sorry for giving off my scary aura.” Risk said it in a calm tone. “You could say I did it so many times that her skin burned my hands.”
Scott came over to them, saying nothing. He seemed to point back at Risk. He nodded from going towards Scott's finger. Elisia watched her mentor leave her behind.
Scott walked over to Elisia and stood by her. His eyes darted around like he was looking for someone in the crowd of gangsters. The conversation with Truyen and Kafka must have had made him suspicious of something.
“Is there something wrong?” Elisia asked curiously.
“Nothing. I'm just making sure no one stares at you all the time.” Scott turned his face to Elisia. “Did Risk say anything about me?”
“No. He told me a little about Hildegard. I don't think we need to discuss that anymore,” Elisia replied.
“Really? I have no problem. The past is still the past,” Scott said.
Elisia lowered her head and recalled the words of Hildegard's spirit. She didn't feel confident that she could take care of Risk because he's a guy who liked to do whatever he liked. Risk once said that he was happy with her presence. Elisia thought it was not a problem that would make her dizzy.
“What are we going to do then?” Elisia asked, trying to shake off the thought again.
“What’s more? We'll get in that truck and let it take us to the factory building. Truyen has someone who knows how to open the back door of that truck, so we have to hurry once they get the truck to a stop. Understand?”
“Oh, I see. I will prepare for my physical condition,” Elisia replied.
According to the first 'Mission Objective' point, Elisia had to hijack truck number 599. She checked her stats briefly, all in good condition. The [Fire Dublin Spear] stored in the [Flame Pendulum] was also in good condition. Elisia could tell this was the third infiltration mission she had done with Risk.
“Be strong, Elisia! This is a very important mission for you. You must do well!” Elisia said to herself.
Risk finally returned with a slightly brighter face. Elisia immediately approached him because the man's face made her curious.
“Elisia, is there something you want to say?” Risk asked.
“Your face looks happy. What were you doing earlier?” Elisia asked back.
Risk smiled after hearing the question from the young princess. “I just talking to Truyen and some gangsters. They seem to know who you are.”
“What?! Are they going to catch me?!” Elisia became frightened.
“No, just listen!” Risk said, “They will actually help you get out of the Runga region through a safe route. Actually, I'm a little confused. If we accept their offer, we won't have to carry out this mission. However if we refuse, they might not help us anymore.”
The two choices also made Elisia think. If she chose the easiest way, she could have accepted the offer and could leave Runga safely. However, she was worried that the path in question would lead them to another place, so Elisia couldn't meet Elena. Besides, she wouldn't be able to fight Jayston.
“I think I should talk to them.” Elisia walked over to the dull building that was the main room for the gangsters.
Suddenly, Risk stopped in her tracks. “We have to focus on this mission, so we'll talk about that later.”
Elisia surprised and nodded. Then, Risk invited Elisia to the meeting point that had been discussed with Risk. Elisia looked up at the sky; slightly cloudy with hot air. A pretty good omen for the smooth running of this mission.
Several people had gathered there, preparing to confront the truck. Some were hiding behind large barrels, observing from the post tower, until they were standing on the side of the road. Elisia also saw Kafka standing on the side of the road with Truyen. His advice back then was powerful enough to give them a chance to complete the mission.
Suddenly, the sound of a can being hit startled everyone, including Elisia. The gangsters took makeshift weapons such as iron rods and homemade swords. Then their footsteps moved to the side of the road. Risk and Scott followed them. Elisia, who knew nothing, followed Risk.
Risk and Elisia hide in a large pile of sacks, along with Scott and Kafka. Elisia had whispered to Risk about the meaning of hitting the can; Risk just nodded. Ilya's estimate of the truck's movement was correct.
The voice of [Communicate Radio] sounded. Ilya's voice came back.
“The truck will pass you in two minutes. Get ready!”
Elisia took out a [Fire Dublin Spear] to get ready. Her heart was beating quite fast and her legs suddenly trembled. Elisia took a deep breath enough for her body to calm down.
They could hear voices of gangsters intercepting a vehicle. Elisia peeked out from behind the sack. A truck with the number 599 on its body came into view. Target had been found.
Scott turned to everyone. “Okay, we will immediately run to the truck after the signal from the intercept team.”
From her position, Elisia could hear blades scraping. A fight might go on, but Risk forbid her to see the fight. After waiting for a while, they heard the sound of an iron rod hitting the pavement. Risk and Scott suddenly moved. Elisia followed because it was their signal.
At the back of the truck, the gangster tried to unlock the back door using a combination of numbers. He pressed the number keys randomly. There was a 'click' sound, followed by the unlocking of the lock. Scott asked everyone to come in. The man closed the back door of the truck and immediately locked it again.
Elisia couldn't see what was happening outside because of the dark truck room, but it seemed the battle was over. The sound of the door from the front heard and the two drivers were conversing with heavy breaths. They started the engine and immediately hit the gas at high speed.
First submission complete. Elisia checked the 'Mission Objective' again to be sure.
Mission Objective

Elisia breathed a sigh of relief for a while. As Scott said, let this truck took them straight to the ELECTEC Research Factory. Elisia leaned against the heavy truck wall while straightening her legs.
“Good job, guys! You guys made it into the truck. Be patient because the journey might take a little longer because of a diversion,” Ilya said from the radio.
“Doesn’t matter. As long as the drivers don't hear us back here,” Scott replied, “I'll admit, Gangster Trinitus seems pretty savvy about this truck. They're pretty great.”
“They had intercepted this truck before, when I was the leader. However, I had to lose a lot of members due to this fight with the truck driver. Luckily Truyen doesn't repeat past mistakes,” Kafka said.
Elisia smiled at Kafka's words. It made her think that maybe Gangster Trinitus could help her in her escape leaving Runga. In fact, She was quite interested in the choice of Trinitus to help her get out of Runga by other means. However, things might change later.
As time went on, the truck they were traveling in shook. Looked like there was a problem on the road. Elisia thought about how her mission was in the factory building, which she said had a high level of security. Elisia glanced at the small window of the truck, the sky was already showing signs of night.
This mission would probably be more dangerous than the previous missions…

8 139Legends of Balarel - A Leisurely LitRPG
Glenn Redwood has longed to become an Adventurer since he was a young boy, and has focused every waking moment on that goal since turning 14. Answering the challenge of the Gods of Balarel, he has fought Monsters, Leveled, and grown stronger. Yet the day before his 16th birthday, the day he will earn his dream or lose it forever ... the Gods have made a wager. And no mere mortal wishes to draw the attention of the Gods. ***** This is my crack at writing a leisurely LitRPG. My focus is more on telling interesting stories set in a world where people live under a MMORPG-like ruleset enforced by the Gods, and less on writing another story where the MC gets massive stat boosts every chapter before heading off to wreck the world. There will be plenty of blue tables (it’s LitRPG!) but my Adventurers are just starting out. This fic is about the journey, not the destination, so expect everyone to Level ... leisurely. Updates: M-T-W-Th. I’ll post 3000-4000 words a day, or 12000-15000 words a week. If this posting pace ends up being too much for me, I reserve the right to slow posts down a bit. Inspirations: Blessed Time (Royal Road) Is It Wrong To Try To Pick Up Girls In a Dungeon? (Anime) Trails in the Sky (JRPG Series) MC: My MC is a genuinely good person who’s both a talented warrior and tactically savvy. He prefers to solve problems without violence but will resort to force if necessary to protect his friends or innocent people. I’m tired of stories starring anti-hero MCs facing endless doom and gloom, so I wanted to write a nice guy with an adventurous spirit who helps people in a thriving fantasy world. That’s all.
