“Is there something you want to say?” he asked.

“Fine, but can I read it with you?” Elisia smiled sweetly.

Upgrade sighed. “Let's find a quieter corner of the room!”

Upgrade took Elisia to the corner of the room near the door. The man opened the sheet from the beginning so Elisia could read it again. Previously, Elisia had seen the form of the [Camouflage Net], which was like a combat vest. According to information, this vest could have an invisibility effect on the user. This device could disguise users from ranged attacks.

Elisia opened [Telum Experto] to compare the device's capabilities with [The Chameleon]. They had many similarities, such as types of objects, abilities, and motives. Elisia suspected that the creator of this device's design must have had seen [The Chameleon] before.

Upgrade turned his head with a smiling face. He stroked Elisia's head gently, making the girl feel comfortable. Elisia heard Upgrade's answer amidst comfort.

“You will hear the answer, but not from me.” Upgrade stopped stroking Elisia's head. “Do you want to read the next device?”

Elisia nodded slowly. “May I hold it this time? I want to see a clearer picture of the device.”

“Sorry, but I will let you see clearly.” Suddenly, Upgrade pulled Elisia's body so that her body was sitting on Upgrade's lap.

Elisia's face turned bright red, as if steam was coming out of her head. She had never experienced a situation like this, not even her father. Elisia could feel the breath coming out of Upgrade's mouth tickle her ear. Her gaze became unfocused.

“Upgrade, why… are you doing this?” Elisia blushed.

“You want to see this file more clearly, don't you? I'm just helping you.” Upgrade looked at the file again.

During unbearable embarrassment, Elisia strained to look at the next device, [Electromagnetic Core]. This device was an iron glove with several electronic objects attached to it. According to the file, Elisia could control the iron element around her if she wear these gloves.

“Hmm…, I can use this device to pull the [Iron Cross of Executioner] so Jayston can't use his ability,” Elisia thought.

Upgrade asked Elisia to stand up from her lap. He handed the file to Elisia, saying nothing. The man went over to the table to get a drink. Elisia immediately looked at the file carefully and made sure that it left no information behind.

Elisia continued reading again. Now, she had reached the information about [Holographic Shield]. Elisia read it carefully because this was the device she had to look for. According to information, this device could create a holographic shield that could withstand strong attacks.

Elisia surprised by the behavior of everyone being able to party by drinking alcohol water. Despite being bought bottled milk, Elisia felt that she was not like the people in the room.

Elisia watched the scorching sky. She hoped to meet Golden Shadow again. The girl tried to remember who the Golden Shadow was, but there was no one in the kingdom who looked like her. Her own past also seemed to hide the truth.

“Who are you, Golden Shadow?” Elisia mumbled.

“Who is the Golden Shadow?” A man's voice startled Elisia.

The girl jumped up and turned around. “Dao? What are you doing here?!”

“Sorry to surprise Elisia. Dao couldn't stay in that room for very long. The smell of alcohol can damage components in Dao. Plus, Dao can't drink either. So, Dao come out.”

Elisia took a deep breath. “I can't smell alcohol either. Maybe we can chat outside until they're done partying.”

“Dao will accompany Elisia to chat on this hot afternoon.”

“Kontara? He was Upgrade's pal in the O-tiS lab. Dao had met Kontara once. Kontara was a big body in thick armor. Also, Kontara’s movement like a robot. Kontara told Dao that Dao would be an efficient future warrior.”

It took aback Elisia after hearing Dao's answer. “Big bodied? Seriously?”

“Yes. Old memories of Dao still stored in this memory. Dao remembers everything.”

Elisia's body suddenly trembled. In her heart, Elisia pleaded never to meet Kontara. was girl is sure that Kontara had got information about her and plans for took her back to Gwelissa by force.

“Dao, why is Upgrade hostile to Kontara? Did he ever tell you that?” Elisia asked again.

“Never. Since taking Dao away from the laboratory, Upgrade had said little. Dao wondered what had happened, but Dao could not refute it. Dao designed to obey orders.”

Elisia was getting more and more curious about Upgrade and Kontara's background. A thought of an agent crossed her mind and assumed that Upgrade was an agent. However, Elisia refuted her own thoughts because she knew that Upgrade was a medical volunteer who was dealing with agents.

Suddenly, sleepiness invaded her eyes again. Feeling tired after completing the mission made Elisia want to fall asleep in a dream. She leaned her head against Dao's left arm. The robot man turned his head and stopped moving for some time.

“Elisia, don't sleep here! Dao will be in trouble if Dao lets Elisia sleep on the dirty floor,” Dao said in panic.

“Let it be. I will be in charge.” Before falling asleep, Elisia checked stats that were rarely checked.

Elisia rubbed her eyes. The sky was already showing signs of getting dark. She must have had been sleeping so soundly she couldn't feel any movement. Her hands were raised up and pulled until her bones creaked. The mission she made a part of her muscles ache just now.

She shifted her body to the edge of the bed and sat for a while. Her legs weren't able to stand up for now until all the muscles worked again. While waiting, Elisia noticed the physical changes she had experienced so far. She didn't know what happened, but she felt something different.

“I don’t understand. My chest feels fuller and my waist wider than before.” Elisia touched her lips. “My lips also feel thicker.”

Elisia felt her chest, which was bigger than before; felt more supple and full. There was a strange sensation felt when squeezing it, making Elisia feel more comfortable. Suddenly, her body temperature rose again. Elisia guessed that this heat was coming from her pendulum, but the necklace didn't show any activity. Plus, a moan came out of her mouth.

“What sensation is this? Why do I feel good when squeezing this chest of mine?” Elisia's hand was still holding her chest.

Suddenly, a voice interrupted Elisia's actions. The girl recognized the voice calling her name. It was true; the figure was in the mirror.

“Wow, you're all grown up now!” she praised.

Elisia's face turned red and ran to the mirror. “Finally, you come again! Please don't tell anyone what you saw in me.”

“Don’t worry. I did that too when I was your age.” The figure smiled. “I'm tired of waiting for you. Is there something you want to ask of me?”

“Many things! Are you really going to answer all of them?” The figure's words intrigued Elisia.

“I'm not sure, but I don't want to kill your curiosity. Alright, just this once.”

A good opportunity for Elisia to ask anything about her past. She had waited so long for this. However, there were some things that made her heart sad for no reason. The figure seemed to have an inner connection to Elisia.

“I guess I'll ask you something that won't offend you. How did you find me in Tanggon?” Elisia asked.

“Well, we could say that we both have a strong inner connection. I can find you only by strengthening all my senses. You can do it too, it's also useful in battle,” Golden Shadow replied.

“I think you've found the answer. I will answer it again when we meet in the city of Kalay,” Golden Shadow said.

Elisia pensively realized the truth in her life. She remembered the painting of a girl that hung in her room before. Elisia matched it with Golden Shadow's face. The girl immediately sat down weakly, knowing the real facts of her past.

“You are... Elena? Elena Von Naumann?”

The figure smiled. “Good to see you again, Elisia Von Naumann! I feel lucky to have a sister like you who is as beautiful and innocent as ever. Now you've grown into a teenage girl.”

Unknowingly, Elisia's tears fell. She couldn't hold back the tears of joy and happiness in her heart. Over the years, Elisia could meet her sister. To express her sadness, Elisia put her face in the mirror, right in front of Elena the Golden Shadow.

They wept bitterly. Old memories came back to life. Elisia remembered some things she did with her older sister, from picking strawberries, playing with dolls, to walking around the city. Her sister’s presence amid the problems she was facing made her heart feel happy. There were still family members who could provide support.

“I heard the news of our parents' deaths and looked for you right after that. I was worried that the bad guys would hurt you, but luckily our mother transferred you to another place using teleportation magic,” Elena said, “Seeing you doing well in Runga makes me happy. Did you travel with those men?”

“Yes. They helped me when I got lost in the Glomouth forest. They taught me how to fight and this wide world. I don't feel lonely anymore.”

“I'm glad to hear. My little sister is growing up really fast,” Elena replied.

“Oh, what are you doing in City of Kalay? Isn't that very far from Gwelissa,” Elisia asked, who realized it.

“I have explored many places since we separated. Many years had passed well, and I ended up in Town of Kalay,” Elena said, “I really want you to meet me in that town. I want to hug you like I used to do before.”

Elisia responded with a smile. “I wish I can move fast. I have to finish some things in Runga. Oh, do you remember Fox?”

“Fox? The archer who raised you first?” Elena confirmed, “That archer. She was friendly and had the instincts of a mother.”

“Now I live with her in Runga, but she uses the name Province.”

“I'm grateful. At least the guys you're with don't bother you. I'll beat them up if you hurt even a little.” Elena clenched her fists.

“Don’t worry. I will be fine.” Elisia calmed her sister down.

There were many questions she wanted ask to her sister. Nostalgia like this would not happen again, even if she had to wait for years. However, Elisia felt a groan on her tongue. Time constraints made it impossible for her to linger, she had to keep her sister a secret.

“Sister, do you still have time? I want you to explain just one thing briefly,” Elisia asked.
