Sorry for the long wait but thank you for waiting! Onwards my lovelies~
"Gorou! Come here please darling." His head pops up from around the hall and smiles brightly at me.
He wraps his arms around me from behind me and places his chin on top of my head.
"Yes, my love?" He sniffs my hair and kisses it.
"Look at these."
"Hmm?" He points to my computer screen and I feel him tense up and kiss my neck playfully.
"Stopp bubby~" I playfully push him away and he pouts.
He looks over my shoulder and frowns, closing my laptop.
"You don't need a new puppy. You have me." He nuzzles his nose into the crook of my neck and I blush.
I try to stand up but he picks me up and carries me to the bedroom.
"Let's stay here today."
"Bubby, I have to go to work in an hour."
He shakes his head and lays me down on the bed and lays on top of me.
"No." He kisses under my chin playfully and wraps his arms around my waist.
I close my eyes and he wraps the blanket around the both of us.

A couple of hours later I pat Gorou's head who is sleeping on my stomach and check any notifications on my phone.
1:See this adorable new puppy who will be perfect for your new home!
I click on the link in my email and I'm brought to a new website page with many different puppies to choose from.
Just then Gorou wakes up and rests his head between my arms peeking at my phone screen. I move it out of his face and lay it next to me on the bed. "What are you doing my love?" I giggle and kiss the top of his head.
"If I told you you would be upset." He pouts and grabs my phone, unlocks it, and frowns, exiting out of the web page. He turns around in my arms and rests his head on my chest, placing the phone gently down on the bed.
He nuzzles his head into my chest and I blush.
He sighs, "Why can't you only see me?..." He asks dejectedly.
I play with his ears and they twitch slightly at the touch, "Sweetie, what are you talking about? I always see you? You're my love."
"Then why do you need a dog? You have me, I can bark for you." He playfully barks and I giggle at him.
"You don't have to bark for me to love you. I already do...Just, it's not the same as having an actual pet dog..."
He frowns and his ears fall back, "Am I not good enough for you?"
"It's not that sweetie, you're perfect." I wrap my arms around his back and pull him close, snuggling against his neck.
"If you're really that upset we don't have to get a dog. OK?"
His tail wags a little and his ears perk up, "You mean it?"
I smile and nod, "Yes. After all, you're mine. What more could I ask for?"
He smiles and kisses my neck playfully, "I love you."
"I love you too."

Memoirs of A Healer/Clinical Social Worker: Autobiography of Bruce Whealton
A loving spouse. A healer. How does this person cope with evil villains willing to destroy everything? They convicted the victim... now how does the victim goes on with life as a healer? As the book opens, I was in a psychiatric hospital following a suicide attempt in December 2019. What starts as a simple conversation with another patient changed my life. Most of the rest of the book tells the reader how I got to this point. I experienced profound injustice between 2004 and 2006. By opening with a story about suicide, I want the reader to understand that the injustice was not just something that happened long ago. This book is an account of all the accomplishments and successes that I had in overcoming tremendous odds and challenges. Growing up, I was paralyzed by shyness and lacked social skills, and so the idea of becoming a psychotherapist never occurred to me when I went off to college. I learned that I could overcome those limitations. I wanted to bring that hope and healing to others. Activities like that make life meaningful and bring me joy. The reasons why I was suicidal in 2019 were set in motion in 2000 when a meteor would come crashing down upon the life that I had built leaving me powerless to do anything other than watching everything burn to ashes - the home that I had, the life I had known, the love I had, my career, everything would disappear almost as if it never existed. In that one the year 2000, I could not imagine things could get any worse. But the nightmare would continue for the next few years... culminating in a suicide attempt in 2019. Now, I am connecting with others, building relationships, and finding a reason to live again. I am writing my own story of my life. I will fight against the injustice of the past and offer my gifts to the world. I have so much to offer. I have quite a story to tell. I hope you will help me to move on with my life.
