《The fashion consultant | Sherlock Holmes x Reader|》|Chapter 5:Horrors of Digestion|

"Follow me," Sherlock whispered in my ear. It was merely a second after the speech was over that he pulled me away and out one of the many doors to the room. As my heals met the marble flooring Sherlock picked up the pace as we met up with John by one of the knights displayed in the hallway. "Good you're here." His voice radiated with excitement as he let go of my lower back walking ahead of the two of us seeming to know the location of something.
"Where exactly are we going?" My voice whispered out although still loud due to the empty halls.
"I tend to just follow sometimes, he always knows where he's..... going." The three of us stopped when a dead body was on the floor in front of a particular painting. 'A Voluptuary under the Horrors of Digestion' Just like the painting the man two was overweight looking as if he has a large meal moments before being killed.
"Well, I'll just take my leave then." Clapping my hands together I went to leave but Sherlock grabbed my forearm.
"Then you'll have to explain to the guards why you're plus one isn't with you."
"Are you alright (Y/n)?" John questioned and I sighed.
"Unlike the both of you, I don't go about sniffing to find day-old body's!" I hissed and the man backed off. Sherlock had a smile plastered onto his face.
"What?" John uttered and Sherlock walked back over to the body.
"She just said day old. Now how do you know that?" Placing a hand onto my hip wanting nothing more to do with this I held my breath walking closer.
"There's no blood on the floor meaning he was moved here and the blood on his clothes is dry." A moment of silence Sherlock went through his investigation before hopping up and looking at me with a glint in his eyes.

"Oh no stop bringing (Y/n) into this Sherlock. She already said she wanted to leave." John went to stand closer to me but I awaited for what Sherlock had to say.
"I want to see if she can solve it."
"What?" John responded.
"Was I not clear?"
"You were cristal. The sooner I get this done with we leave correct?" Sherlock nodded and I stepped forward. "Just so we're clear I won't be able to solve it I'm not a detective. give me that magnify glass." Snatching it from Sherlock before a word was uttered I bent down. "This is a Burberry Flagship suit. It was tailored to fit him yesterday but they weren't finished, there's fabric markers cross the waistband, it's an older suit from I'd say 2010 that needed sizing up due to his weight gain. He's gone up to a 56 suit size within the past two years. New shoes, more than likely blisters on the insides and from the state of his ankles he had been running away from something before his passing, coat buttons unfastened meaning he hadn't left the store calmly. Of course, he could have been sitting down at the time but there are not enough folds on the pants to suggest that. Coats clean of blood unlike the inside meaning his coat wasn't on before he started bleeding. Something happened at Burberry Flagship." Passing back over the magnify glass Sherlock still had that look in his eye.
"You got all that from the suit he is wearing?" John sounded surprised.
"Yes, but how did he die?" I let out a short breath.
"I design peoples outfits Mr Holmes I don't know what killed him." He was disappointed but what would a girl such as myself know about murder weapons?

"You were correct on all accounts but he died by a stab wound. His coat was put on after he died."
"So he was changing and someone managed to get into the change room?" John came up to inspect the body. He managed to lift the body up to see three massive stab wounds in the centre of his back.
"Nope, I'm out." Sherlock pulled me into his side not letting me leave the site.
"It's just a few stab wounds." Huffing knowing he'd not let go there was a shout.
"Step away from the body." A guard said holding up a gun.
"Put your face into my chest, look distraught." I'm already distraught but listened not feeling the need to get shot. Sherlock placed both hands to my waist just before rubbing circles around my back. This action made me jolt a little.
"I'm a doctor!" John shouted and Sherlock stepped away with me wrapped up in him.
"You two step away!" The guard is just picking an choosing who to blame. Not the smartest mindset but having a gun has its perks I guess.
"W-we just stumbled upon it." My quivering voice made the man's gun drop down a slight amount.
"She wanted to look at some paintings," Sherlock said making his action of comfort more obvious.
"I suggest you get the police here now," John ordered, the man nearly dropped his gun, so he's just the night guard, we may have set off an alarm while opening the doors to this room. Then how did the killer manage to do it? John had his phone out the moment the guard left and Sherlock stepped away from me. "Sherlock you need to finish this case now or..."
"That won't be necessary." Mycroft came waltzing in as if the dead body didn't exist. "He's already solved it. Now you three go off while I give the details to the police." Sherlock started walking out only to see both John and I baffled.
"We mustn't miss the dancing." My sigh broke the silence and I stepped quickly to Sherlock's side. The heels echoing throughout the room as Mycroft's eyes followed my movements.
Sherlock swiftly motioned the two of us into the main room dancing with me.
"So you can dance?" Nodding grimly as I thought through the advents that just played through I still didn't know how Mycroft knew of the location.
"My father taught me, It's one of the few things he did do." Sherlock hummed in response looking around the room. "So how did Mycroft know about the...."
"I gave him the USB about the killer and he was nearby when you explained the when and where." Tricky bastard. The four minutes of us dancing was interrupted when the police broke up the networking meeting with the information about the killer who was arrested that same evening.

War of Seasons
Dorothea Atlin is the young, apathetic leader of the neutral territory of Sirpo, a chilly land hovering above the continuously warring factions of Sacer and Ghuria, whose devastating magics have ravaged their people and lands time and time again. Following a shocking attack and a cruel deception, Dorothea grows her conscience and takes up arms, using her self-destructive ability to manipulate the flow of time to ensure Sacer’s victory. Her growing understanding of war and the two factions is guided by Iree Nobelis, the determined and enthralling commander of Sacer’s forces, Ariana Kingfisher, a steely swordswoman of mixed Ghurian and Sacerian descent, and Rhys Tamlin, a kind but haunted soldier who goes to challenge Dorothea’s self-imposed celibacy and join her on a mutual journey of healing from the tragic legacies of the Atlin family and wars between the nations. Meanwhile, Dorothea’s only friend and deserter from the Sacerian military, Shark Olyen, returns to their homeland to face the family that disowned them and finds more than they bargained for in meeting Cerid Creed, a noble whose duty to his people clashes with his desires in romance and in life, much like Shark’s did long before. As their developing or preexisting loves and differing convictions on how to achieve peace create rifts between these major players, Dorothea experiences a personal revolution that leads her to fight for what she believes is right, no matter the cost.
