I nod before getting up. I grabbed his shirt and placed it on.

I walked to my balcony and opened the door before going out there. The cool night breeze hit my skin and I placed my hands on the cold gold rails.

I looked up at the stars before sighing. I felt his presence behind me and I ran my fingers through my hair.

"It's tomorrow night" he said

"Well I hope you have a blast at your party" I said before hearing him sigh.

"Giovanna the only reason I said what I said was because of what I would announce at the party"

"Don't worry I don't want to go to your stupid party anyway so whatever-" before I could finish he spun me around.

"Can we just drop this, I don't want to argue with you or anyone for that matter right now. I'm sorry about what I just said to you" he said before placing a kiss forehead.

He locked the door and I climbed back into the bed. His phone's alarm went off and I took it up before handing it to him.

He turned it off before grabbing his pants and I started taking off his shirt.

"No" he said and I stopped.

"Keep it on" he said and I nod with a smile. He picked up his shoes and jacket before walking towards me.

"Get some sleep okay angel" he said

"Okay" I said and he placed a kiss on my cheek then lips.

He walked out and I laid down before falling asleep.

Gio, Gia and I went to the gym before spend three hours there. I was walking to my room when I saw Leon exiting his office.

"Hey" I smiled

"You look like you could use a massage" he said

"Let's go to your room then" he said

"Are you going to give me massage or something" I asked

His phone started ringing and he groaned before pulling it out. He answered the call and I pulled away.

I walked to my room before going to the shower. After washing my hair I took a bath.

I got out of the shower before drying my body with a towel. I grabbed a moisturizer and began applying it too my skin.

I soon walked out of the bathroom with a dry towel wrapped around my body. The door opened and I knew who it was without having to turn around.

"You ready for your massage angel?" he asked and I smiled before turning to him

"Yes I am"

"Lay down on the bed" he said after taking off his jacket and rolling up his sleeves to his elbows.

He walked into bathroom and I placed a red laced underwear on and threw the towel in my chair next to my window.

I laid down on my stomach before hearing his foot steps.

He began moving his thumbs in a circular motion as he moved his hands upwards.

His hands moved across my shoulders and started moving down my upper arms.

"Am I applying to many pressure" he asked as he massaged my arms.

I fell asleep after way through my massage. When I woke up I was wearing a t shirt and my duvet was covering my legs.

Rubbing my eyes I sat up. Leon was gone but man did my body felt good and relaxed. I got up before checking the time on my phone. Two hours until the party.

I pulled on a black legging before tying my hair up into a messy bun. I went to the kitchen and their was chef preparing dinner.

"Dinner will be ready in the next ten minute miss" he said and I nod

I walked to the fridge and a grabbed a bottle of water.

I went downstairs and I saw Lily, Gio, Gia, Silas, Alexia and Sasha.

“Let's go” Sasha said and we followed him to a limo that was parked outside.

We arrived at the party and went inside. My eyes met Leon's as we walked to large table.

He looked away before removing his hand from Claudia's.

I took a seat and Liliana looked at Lily and Gio

“Thank god you guys are finally here” she said before hugging her daughter.

She looked at Gio and he gave her a small smile. She smiled at him and he took a seat.

After a few minutes everyone was handed champagne.

“Son it’s time” Leo said and Leon nod before standing up.

A mic was handed to Leon before the music stopped. The room fell silent as everyone turned to our table.

“Good evening ladies and gentlemen of the deadly reaper family” he spoke and chills ran down my spine.

After saying a few things he took Claudia's hand and she stood up with a big smile. He looked at me before taking a deep breath.

“Everyone I'll like to introduce you to my beautiful fiance Claudia Richard” he said and my mouth almost fell opened.

Everyone started applauding them and Gia tug my arm.

“Clap” she said and I snapped out of it before clapping.

I looked away from them and I looked infront of me. Leonora had a huge smirk on her.

I zoned out on everything else he said. After he was done they sat back down and the music started playing again.

Soon everyone started leaving the table.

“Giovanna don't you have anything to say” Claudia asked and I looked at her before looking at Leon.

“Congrats” I smiled before taking up my drink.

“You two look great together” I smiled and her smile dropped.

I got up before walking into the crowd. My smile dropped and I found a door that led a balcony.

I went on the balcony before looking down. The door opened and Leon walked outside.

“Shouldn’t you be inside with your fiance” I said and he walked towards me.

“Don’t touch me Leon” I said and he sighed before placing his hands into his pocket.

“I wanted to tell you before-”

“Before you fucked me yesterday or before eating me out-”

“Explain what Leon? We only fucked no feeling was attached. It was just sex we both said it the other day so there's nothing to explain”

I walked to the dinning room and opened the door. Everyone looked at me and I walked in before sitting next to Silas and Devonte.

My eyes never left phone as I sucked on my lollipop.

We finished eating before moving to his office. We entered the office and Alexia was showing him something on her laptop.

"Thiago showed up at a club a couple hours after he escaped the attack. Turns out he's working with the owner" Alexia said.

"Do any of you know who this is" Leon asked before showing us a photo.

"Yeah we do” Gia answered.

"His name is Usher Rico. His father is Thiago's right hand man" Gio added.

"What do you suggest we do" Gia asked

"Nothing I'll take care of it" Leon said

"Kidnapping him or anything will only draw attention and Thiago will know" Gio said.

"He's right if he turns up missing then Thiago will know something is probably up" Alexia said

"And if we even get answers from Usher Thiago would be gone like the wind" I said without looking at him.

"Look Usher is practically in love with Giovanna he'll do just about anything for her so just let Giovanna and I go to his club tonight. Giovanna can get answers out of him" Gia said and Leon's jaw clenched before looking at me

"You okay with doing this" he asked and I nod

"Use your words Giovanna" he said

"Yes I'm okay with going there" I said and he nod.

"Alexia can you get them something to wear" he asked and she nod.

After a few minutes of coming up with a plan we left his office.

After three hours at the gym I went to my room and got a shower.

We had an hour until Gia and I leave for the club. I got dressed before going to Gia's room.

I knock on her door and after a few seconds she opened the door.

Her hair was a mess and she was wearing a man's shirt.

"Yeah" she asked as her chest heaved heavily

"How about I come back" I smirked and she nod before closing the door.

I walked to the kitchen bed getting something to eat. A few minutes later Gia came down the stairs

"Sasha?" I asked and she nodded.

Her face glowed as she walked towards me.

"I placed Alexia on the way down and said it's time" she said and I nodded

I got dressed and placed my heels on. We had small mics in our necklaces and ear pieces in our ears.

Covering my ears with my hair, I walked out of my room before meeting Alexia and Gia downstairs

"Leon isn't here right now but he'll be at the warehouse across from the club as planned"

"Okay" Gia said

"Did you get me a thigh holster?" I asked and she nod before handing it to me.

I placed it on before before shoving my knife inside it's place.

Gia and I entered the club and we went to the bar first.

"Two tequila Rosa" I said to the bartender before looking around the club.

My eyes soon landed on Usher and I tug Gia's arm. After pointing him out the bartender placed our drinks infront of us"

"Let's go" she said and we grabbed our drinks before heading towards his booth.

His guards recognized us and let us through

"Usher" I said and he pulled away from the stripper before looking at us.

"What do you two want?" he asked while sitting up

He got up before adjusting his suit

"Let's go" he said and we went to his office upstairs.

"Five minutes" he said and I closed the door behind me

"Where is Thiago?" I asked

He was sitting behind his desk with his drink in his hand. I went and sat in front of him on the desk.

"Just tell me what you know Usher" I said while looking around his desk.
