One must at all cost keep all secrets from mom and dad. The only exception of the rules is when the party is in danger, bodily harm, might experience psychological trauma or is threatened. Then the siblings may report to their parents or take matters into their own hands if the siblings do not come forward on their own.

Siblings must tell other siblings when they are in dangerous situations

One must not share family secrets with outsiders unless it involves them
