《Romeo》Chapter 19

I stood there in shock. His confession caught me off guard. Yes, he admitted his feelings towards me, but deep inside my heart, I had some doubts.
"I am not a fool." I frowned.
He chuckled. "Yes, you're not. You are crazy who makes me mad. I am telling you I love you. And you are arguing with me, just giving attention to this word." He stroked my cheek affectionately. "I can't get you out of my mind, my girl. You got under my skin. You captured my heart when my eyes laid on you for the first time." He added softly, making my heart beat faster.
For the first time? I was surprised as well as speechless; I didn't know what to say. And I should admit his confession filled my heart with happiness.
He gave me his charming smile and brushed his lips against mine, pressing me against his chest more. I ran my hands through his hair while his tongue slipped between my lips. My body was on fire because of his skilled lips and tongue.
"Romeo! Where are you? The coach is calling you!"
I pulled away in panic as soon as I heard Troy's voice coming from afar.
"My brother." I mumbled nervously and ran away in panic.
As soon as I left the building, I took a deep breath, trying to calm down. I leaned against the wall and rested my hand on my pounding heart. I smiled sheepishly while thinking about Romeo. I trailed my fingertip over my swollen lips; I still felt the warmth of his soft lips on my lips.

I was leaning against the headboard in my bedroom, lost in my thoughts. I couldn't stop thinking about Romeo and... my relationship with Justin. I felt guilty. Justin always treated me good, but yesterday, I cheated on him. On the other hand, I wasn't sure I had feelings for Justin. In the beginning, I was excited that finally, I had a boyfriend, but this excitement faded after spending some time with him for a while. And my lovely jerk messed with my head. I wasn't sure about my feelings towards Justin anymore. Moreover, even if I tried not to think about it, I enjoyed spending time with Romeo more than Justin, despite the fact Romeo often made me mad, and I wanted to strangle him; however, I even liked arguing with him.

After spending my whole Saturday thinking about what I should do, I finally decided. I was going to talk to Justin and end our relationship. I couldn't continue it while there was someone else in my mind and... heart.
Suddenly, my phone rang, interrupting my thoughts. I sighed and grabbed it. I bit my lower lip after seeing Justin's name on it.
I took a deep breath and picked up the phone.
"Hi baby. I missed you. Are you free this evening? I want to see you." He said cheerfully.
"Hi. Umm... Yes, I am." I mumbled and ruffled my hair. I breathed deeply, trying to calm down and said. "I have to talk to you."
"Then I will pick up at 7 p.m. See you."
"Alright. Bye."
After getting ready, I looked at myself in the mirror for one more time. I breathed deeply, closing my eyes, trying to calm down. I felt so nervous.
Suddenly, my phone rang. I sighed and grabbed my phone. It was Charlotte.
"Hey! How are you?"
"Hi, Lottie. Fine, and you?" I replied and took my bag.
"Bored and annoyed. And I can't stop myself thinking of Nathan." She sighed sadly. "Let's hang out together."
"I can't. I have plans. May I call you later? Justin is waiting for me." I said as I left my bedroom.
"Oh, lovebirds are going on a date. Have fun!" She commented mischievously.
"Goodbye."
I was staring through the window in the car, thinking how I would tell Justin I didn't want to continue our relationship without breaking his heart as much as possible while he was driving in silence.
"Where are we?" I asked, puzzled as he parked his car in front of a house.
"My home. My parents aren't home. So I thought we could talk here." He replied and gave me a warm smile.
"Umm... It would be better if we talk somewhere else." I mumbled uncomfortably.
"Why? It is the best place to talk. No one will disturb us. Your voice was serious on the phone. So I thought we needed a quiet place to talk." He stated warmly and stroked my hair gently. I sighed and nodded, forcing a smile.
"Oh, lovebirds are going on a date. Have fun!" Charlotte said mischievously and hung up her phone when I walked into the living room.

"Who are you talking to? More correctly, annoying?" I asked sarcastically.
She gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes. "I don't annoy anyone. It is Sienna. She is going on a date with Justin."
I looked at her in shock while my heart sank. She was going on a date with that prick?! After what happened between us?! How could she still be with him?! Didn't she feel the same?! But why did she kiss me back?! After how her body reacted to my kiss and touches... I was sure she felt something for me. But now... Damn it!
I grabbed my phone and stormed out. Charlotte shouted behind me, asking where I was going, but I ignored her; I needed to get some fresh air. I got in my car quickly and drove away.
I was driving aimlessly when my phone buzzed. I frowned and grabbed it. It was a message from Samantha. I rolled my eyes in annoyance and breathed deeply.
'Hey babe. Miss you. My parents aren't home. Join me.'
I pulled my car over, throwing my phone to the passenger seat. I ran my hand through my hair, closing my eyes, and leaned my head against the headrest.
Shit! I hit the steering wheel angrily and started the car.

"Babe." Samantha threw herself into my arms as soon as she opened the door.
"Hey." I mumbled and forced a smile.
"Would you like something to drink?" She asked as I collapsed onto the couch.
"Beer, please." I replied and sighed, lost in my thoughts.
She extended the bottle of beer towards me and gave me a warm smile.
"Thanks." I mumbled, grabbing the bottle, and took a sip, still thinking about Sienna.
Samantha sat down beside me on the couch and leaned towards me. I was sipping my drink while she was placing kisses on my neck, unbuttoning my shirt slowly.
Suddenly, my phone buzzed.
"No, just ignore it." She protested when I wanted to lean forward to grab the phone.
I ignored her and grabbed my phone. It was a message from Nathan.
'Saw Sienna and Justin walking into some house a few minutes ago. Just wanted to inform you. I thought you would like to know.'
I gritted my teeth as anger and jealousy filled my body. I tightened my grip around my phone in frustration.
"Put the phone away, babe." Samantha said seductively, running her finger along my cheek, and pulled me back. She straddled me and placed butterfly kisses on my chest, moving her hand from my neck to my chest and down.
Suddenly, I remembered what Robin told Justin.
I don't want any more excuses, just take that girl there as we planned.
Shit!
That bastard is going to sleep with her, and tomorrow, he will embarrass her, telling everyone about what happened or more.
I instantly wrapped my arm around Samantha and placed her on the couch beside me quickly.
"What happened?" She asked, puzzled.
"I have to go." I replied while sending a message to Nathan asking the address and stormed out while buttoning my shirt.
When I reached my car, I received a message from Nathan. I got in my car quickly and started it.
I couldn't get the horrific scenarios out of my head as much as I tried. I felt terrified. If he hurt Sienna, no one could save those bastards from my wrath. I cursed under my breath and accelerated the speed more. I was driving like hell.
As soon as I arrived at the destination, I got out of the car and rushed towards the house.
I breathed deeply in relief as I saw Sienna through the window. Then, Justin approached her, holding two glasses.
I decided to watch them before intervening. Maybe Sienna would refuse and leave. The situation seemed in control. If I barged in now, Sienna would get mad at me again. And that bastard would be delighted about it and keep acting like a saint. Then I couldn't intervene when I really needed to.
I noticed through the window that the garden door was open. I walked towards the garden carefully without drawing attention.
As I approached the door, I leaned against the wall and started listening to them.
"Justin... I am sorry, but I cannot continue it." Sienna said apologetically. I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion.
"Sienna, no. I love you. You can't do it to us. We were good. Why do you want to break up suddenly?" Justin pleaded.
What?! Sienna wants to break up with this bastard?! Am I dreaming?

My Best Friend's Brother
The bride in black popped onto the screen and I jumped throwing my popcorn, and my arms over my face. I had buried myself behind Liam. "I thought you liked scary movies?" I felt my face blush, "I lied." He laughed and held his hand over my eyes, "I got you, Em." Sarah looked from across the room, "Gross, Liam, don't touch her. You know the rules." Secretly, I had hoped he wouldn't care about the rules. I mean, weren't rules made to be broken?Book #2- Boarding With The Brooks is now on my profile as I update each chapter!
