《Under the Radar》It's Showtime!

I shivered as I waited behind a tree. It was dark, and I could barely see. The air was crisp and the wind whipped me hair around my face. Everything was silent, not a cricket, not a bird, nothing made a noise. "You ready?" Startled, I jumped and turned around.
Daniel was behind me, smiling down at my small figure. I studied his features. He took the sales-lady's advice and underlined his eyes, making them look dark and mysterious. He wore his leather jacket with a tight grey v-neck, and dark jeans. He chuckled and bit his lip. "Like what you see, sweetheart?"
I blushed and cleared my throat. "I-uh-You look good. I mean as in-I mean you did good with the- I mean..." I sighed. He laughed and smiled at me.
"I know, Mia. Relax." We stared at each other in silence until we heard the hayride on it's way. He headed behind his tree and I waited behind mine.
The tractor stopped and Molly- the tour guide-pulled out a flashlight. "Did you guys hear that?" She whispered and scanned the trees with the light. I took that as my cue and ran from the trees, screaming and panicking like someone was chasing me. The people on the tractor gasped and whispered. They watched as I ran and suddenly slammed into Daniel's rock hard body. I struggled in his grasp and looked up into his eyes. He let out a low, menacing laugh before lowering me down and burying his face in the crook of my neck.
I let out a ear-piercing scream before going limp, as if I had died. "Go, go, go! Before he gets us too!" Molly shouted as if Daniel were to start chasing them. The tractor took off and Daniel brought me back up. "Well that was fun." He chuckled. "So, is your family coming tonight?" He picked a leaf out of my hair and asked.

"Yeah, what about yours." I looked over at him as he snickered and shook his head.
"Sure, I guess you could say that." He strutted back to his tree. I just went back to my own and waited.
Hours went by until it was the last act. My parents, Andrew, and Charlie, would be in that tractor. Daniel's family still hasn't showed, so I figured they would show up then. Daniel, smirking, headed up to me. "Last act, right?" I nodded, focused on the light coming from ahead. I felt Daniel behind me as he leaned forward and put his lips near my ear. "It's showtime." He went back to his tree as I hid behind mine.
I repeated the same steps I used before, running, screaming, and struggling. Only went Daniel caught me, he smirked. His one hand stayed on my back while the other went on the back of my neck. He brought his face closer and my breath hitched, nervously.
Daniel winked before bringing his mouth to my neck I let out the usual, planned, scream and was about to "die", until Daniel opened his mouth and actually bit down. I gasped as he began to teasingly suck on the soft part of my neck. I accidentally let out a moan and felt him smirk against my neck. His mouth found my ear and whispered, "As much as we're both enjoying this, you need to play dead Sweetheart."
I did as he said until the tractor drove away. I was embarrassed and in shock. He lifted me up but didn't let go. He just stared down with his brown eyes. "I, um..." He lowered his head, inches from mine and lowered his gaze to my lips.
Without moving his eyes he started ,"Mia? Can I-"
"Mia! C'mon! Show's over, we're all going to Dominic's Pizzeria. Wanna come?" Molly announced.
Daniel let me go and I scratched the back of my head. He marched off in his own direction, leaving me confused and dumbfounded. I sighed. "Sure. I'm coming."
