Previously in the story (Zandrea's POV),

With that i leave them at the front by the stairs and head to the backyard. More like run. I can't face Ace after that. Fucking Amara, i will beat her to pulp when i get her alone...

I wake up next morning completely happy since Zandrea texted me last night. I text her a good morning text telling her i hope she has a good day and that i will meet her tonight.

I get up from my bed, do my morning routine and head downstairs. Everyone is still asleep since it is sunday. But since i just took over the mafia, i have a few things i have to sort out. I directly get in my car and head towards the warehouse. I order some coffee once i reach there.

I finish my business calls and sort out some paper work. I and Elijah have a talk about the information he got about the Russians. We decide to have a chat with the Italians tonight so we can come up with what to do. I complete all my work, and it is already 3 so, i head home. I head to the living room and find my mom, Ava and Matteo sitted there talking. When they hear my footsteps, they turn and look at me.

Mom~"Good Afternoon son."

Ace~"Good afternoon mom."

I say as i sit with them.

Ace~"What were you guys talking about?"

Matteo~"Nothing much. Just about some girl who has managed to get you wrapped around her fingers." he says wiggling his eyebrows. I roll my eyes at him but don't say anything because i actually have nothing to say.

Ava~"You look extra happy brother. Why??" she asks with raised eyebrows. I look at her and smile.

ce~"Because she texted me last night and said she is giving me a second chance." i say with a huge smile on my face.

Matteo~"See this is what i meant. Just a text and he is fucking smiling." i roll my eyes at his comment again. Ava ignores him and looks at me with a huge smile on her face too.

Ava~"That's great big brother. Take her out on a date. Plan a beautiful date and show her how much it means to you."

Ace~"I have already thought about it but i want to first ask Alessandro if i can take her out. I know i don't have to but he has missed a lot in her life. I just want to give him that feeling that some guy asked his permission before taking his daughter on a date. You know what i mean, right?"

Mom~"I do and that is a very good thought son. I am proud of you." she kisses my forehead.

Mom~"Now, go and get ready. We have to get at their place and we can't be late."

We all say yes mom and head to our rooms. I hadn't gotten any chance to check my phone the whole day. So, i pull my phone out and see a few emails, massages from Elijah and Zandrea. I open Zandrea's message.

"Good morning to you too. Have an amazing day as well."

I smile when i see the text. I am madly in love with this woman. She is my Queen and my son's mother. I just wish i can prove it to her that everything we had in highschool was not pretence. Every feeling and emotion was genuine. That i loved and cared for her then and still do.

Since am anyway going there, i decide not to text back. I put my phone down and head to the bathroom and get a shower. Get dressed and head downstairs. Once everyone arrives, we go to the Moretti Mansion.

We arrive at 5pm. We see everyone at the front itself except of the older ones. Mom and dad greet everyone and head towards the backyard while, me, Ava, Matteo and Elijah remain there talking. Well, except me because i am desperately looking around to find my queen. I see her come downstairs and i smile at her which she returns. We greet each other and Leo is so excited so i ask if i can hold him and she agrees.

The moment i take him, she screams. I look behind me where she is looking at first am confused but then i realized what it was about- 'Alessia lost her virginity.' Hearing Amara comment on the Moretti brothers, i was really amused. But was more than shocked when she made a comment on me. Which was clear, Zandrea spoke about me with them. I looked at her with a smirk on my face and she looked away blushing. She made a vague excuse and left us at the front.

We all laugh as she leaves. After we calm down, we too head towards the backyard where the barbeque is done.

I look around to look for Alessandro. I find him with my mother and father on the sofa. I go and to them.

Alessandro~"Good evening Ace."

Ace~"Good evening sir. May i have a quick talk with you." i say nervously.

He looks at me amused.

Alessandro~"Since when did you start calling me sir?" my mom and dad laugh at that with him. I look at my mom with raised eyebrows and she realized why i am asking to talk to Alessandro. She stop laughing and nudged my dad to stop too. Alessandro noticed this and he looked worried but still stood up. I gave Leo to mom so she can keep him for a while. I and Alessandro went to a little further from the rest.

Alessandro~"What is it son?" he asks worriedly.

Ace~"Its nothing. Umm.. You see yesterday Zandrea told me that she is giving me a second chance. But before i take her out, i wanted to ask for your permission. I know she is already an adult but she is still your daughter. I know it hurts you that you haven't been there for her when she went on her first date with me. So, i wanted to first ask for your permission before i ask her this time."

He gives me a smile.

Alessandro~"You have my permission Ace. You are the only one, i would want my daughter to be with. Because i have seen how much she means to you. And thank you for thinking about asking me."

Ace~"Thank you."

Alessandro~"Your welcome son. Come on the others are probably waiting for us."

We go back to find everyone talking and laughing. I sit down next to Zandrea and she already got Leo from my parents. I ask to take him again and she gives him to me with a smile.

Zandrea~"Is everything okay?" I knew she meant by the talk with her dad.

Ace~"Yess. Everything is okay."

And with that i play with Leo and laugh at the jokes everyone cracks and join in on the conversations.

Caleb~"let's change into our swimwear and get it the pool. It is really boring." He says as he looks at everyone.

Amara~"That's a good idea."

Ava~"I don't have one."

Zandrea~"You can have one of mine."

Calum~"come on let's go and change."

With that the girls all go to their rooms. And I, Elijah and Matteo go with the guys and get changed as well. I take Leo with me as well since the twins said they have a few of his swimwears in their closets. When we come back, we enter the pool and i start playing with Leo. I just wish i found her earlier so i could be able to see my queen giving birth to my baby boy, to see him grow up and everything that they had done in these few months since Leo was born. All the girls come to the backyard and i turn to look at them. They all are in hot bikinis but my queen holds my attention.

She looks so beautiful and hot. If you look at her, you won't even be able to think that she is a mother of a 6 month old.
