《Forced To Marry The Billionaire Manwhore》The Sleepwalking Girl and The Expensive Couch

WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH ME?
For the past two days I've been on the edge and it's all because of her. It was my obligation as her fiance to make sure she was alright but why did I insist on forcing her to stay at my private condo? There's only one fucking bedroom here! What did I expect would happen when she came? That another room would magically appear?
"Your home...it's so precisely decorated." Sage says, her eyes wide with awe. This is the first time in years that I will be staying with a woman in my house for more than a day and without sex. The last time I had an arrangement like that it was with my ex-lover whose name will not be remembered. "It's modern and exudes bachelor. Is this your bachelor p-pad?"
From her awkward chuckle I can tell she's realized the predicament we're in now. She's nervous to be alone with me. I'm not shocked given that we've never actually ever been alone, we are always in public or with our families. Now she's going to be sleeping in the same place as I and there's no one else to break the silence except us.
I throw my coat on the rack, then reached my hand out to her. "Coat." Sage looks at me with confusion and giggles weirdly, she shrugs the coat off and hands it to me. I've got to admit this situation isn't in my favor but seeing her in such a frantic panic amuses me. It's nice to know that she see's me in a threatening way.
"Alright listen up," I clear my throat and begin walking down the hallway. "For the remainder of the time you live here you've got to get adjusted to a different lifestyle than your commoner one. This is a multi-million dollar condo, which means it should be treated as such. Think of it as a vacation for the most part. I don't need to tour you through here because despite it being as big as it is, I'm sure you're smart enough to assume what the Kitchen, Bathroom, Living Room, etc. is."
Sage follows behind me, observing her surroundings. She appears to be amazed by what she see's and that for some reason leaves a smile on my face. I never bring anyone here so it's nice that someone other than myself appreciates it. "Since I didn't shop before coming, I'll order us some food." I inform her, looking through my phone for food services. "Take a seat though, get comfortable."
"Greyson, uh, well will I be able to go to school tomorrow?" She asks me. I look at her. Sage has an unwavering passion of Astronomy, one of the only things I respect about her. Professor Daniell's has been talking highly about her for a while saying that she's never had a student whose eyes light up like Sage's when it came to space.

So I nodded my head. "Yes but you'll report to me before and after class, then I'll have you escorted back here."
"How long will this be going on?"
I place my phone the the marble counter. "I'd like to tell you there's an expiration date for this, but I can't. Quite frankly you're being prepared for the future, the day we announce our engagement you'll need twice as much protection. Because you're not only the successor of Emerson but the wife of a Blackstone."
Somehow she immediately got depressed and her eyes dropped to her lap. Sometimes I want to stop the engagement, this girl is clearly not interested in the lifestyle of an elite. But it's because of that one reason that makes her suitable for me. She's not doing this for the wealth, for the fame, for anything really. She's doing it for her family and although it's forced she wants the best for her Father and brother.
"Chinese?" I ask.
Sage looks up at me, puzzled. "What?"
"Chinese, I'm feeling Chinese tonight. You?"
She nods. "Sure."
"I'll make the order, the remote to the Tv is on the table." I inform her, then turn around and began typing the number to my favorite Asian restaurant. "Uhm...there's no remote on the table." She says. I turn around, the phone in my ear ringing. I'm sure I leave the remote on the table. While I waited I walked over to the the table and saw that the remote was there.
Someone answers the phone but I tell them "This is Greyson Blackstone, get me the usual, just another order. And add egg rolls with it." This particular restaurant knew me since on my free time or days off I eat there. So they wrote down my order and said they'd be here within half an hour. When I hung up I reached down to pick up the remote and stared at Sage.
"The remote was right there." I say, confused.
Her eyebrows rose. "That's a remote!? That's a tablet!"
I forgot that the things I have are not for the normal commoner, they use actual remotes. This made me chuckle—no laugh. My head flew backwards and I laughed loudly. This obviously caught Sage off guard because I don't think I've laughed this hard since I was a teen. Which means she's never seen me laugh like this.
When it began to fade I let out a sigh, then grabbed the remote and sat next to her. "This was specially made for me, my Father owns a chunk of a company for electronics like this. The donations we give are large so they give us free prototypes. Obviously my Dad is older than dust and could care less about it. Dawn has a TV like this already and Hamilton is in a different country."
Sage's expression was understanding, she nodded her head. "So can I like connect my Netflix on this? Because I'm not a fan of commercials and I've got to finish Grey's Anatomy." She asks me. Grey's Anatomy? I've never heard of the show but since I don't watch TV anyways I couldn't object to her request.

"I only use this for skype calls for business or to talk Hamilton." I inform her. This was all I needed this for, I'm never not busy enough to watch television. Nevertheless, I pull up Netflix and hand the remote to her so she can put on Grey's Anatomy.
And since I had time, I watched a little as well.

"I'm not sleeping in your bed." Sage hisses.
"You're the one who was told to take it easy and part of taking it easy is to not sleep on a couch. You are the girl, therefor you sleep in the bed." I growl. Right now we're debating sleeping arrangements because it's ten o'clock and she was dozing off while watching TV. So I woke her up and dragged her into my room.
When she realized where she was, she freaked out and started protesting. Now we're in the living room arguing back and forth.
"Greyson, this is your house and that is your bed." She crosses her arms, frowning at me. It never hit me exactly how stubborn this girl can actually be. Whether I like it or not she's going to be against anything I do even if it's nice. Like what does she want? One minute she's hot the next she's cold but she's never warm.
Sage slumped onto the couch and made herself comfortable. "I'm seventeen years old, sleeping on a couch for a few nights won't hurt me."
"And I'm twenty-seven, sleeping on a couch that costs more than most of the interior in your house put together for a few nights won't hurt me." I retort back. I'm not even close to the age where sleeping on the couch is uncomfortable. Admittedly I'd rather sleep on my bed but she's the one who's been hurt and I'm not about to share a bed with a seventeen year old.
"Good NIGHT Greyson." She lays down and pulls the covers on top of her.
There's no use in doing this childish back and forth, I'll just wait until she falls asleep and take her to my room. Simple as that.
"Whatever." I scoff, then walked into my room, closing the door behind me. I'll just finish some things for the school and I've got Email's to reply too for other important things. My Father wants me to take the offer for the GQ cover shot since I am supposebly the most charming of the Blackstone household. Then I also have to work on a few documents for the new hotel we're building that my Father entrusted to me.
So I'll finish this up until she's asleep.

1:05 A.M.
I am not even close to finishing anything but it's clearly to late to go any further. I've got an early morning meeting at seven and Dawn would throw a fit if I looked sleep deprived. She's probably blame it on me being with a woman. Which is half true and only because I refuse for that girl to sleep on the couch and she's to stubborn to accept kindness.
She most likely is asleep right now, so I get up and quietly open the door. The hallways were dark and it was silent. Except for the shocking sound of snoring that was loud enough to wake up every resident in the building. She' snores? That's an interesting fact to learn about her, I'm surprised I didn't hear it from my room. Maybe I was too focused.
When I got inside of the Living Room, Sage's right leg was dangling off the couch and her arms were criss-crossed under her head. The cover that was on top of her was scrambled around, even on a couch she's a crazy sleeper. This only validates my point, she should be sleeping on my bed where it's spacious for her to do these things.
I slowly slid my legs under her then gradually picked her up. Sage was light, I've held weights more heavier than her in the Gym. Her head fell on to my shoulder, she was still snoring but it was quieter.
Once I arrived in my room and at my bed, I slowly placed her onto the bed. She groaned and pulled the covers over her.
"Pudding...isn't for...ponies." She says under her breath.
Pudding?
Ponies?
What a strange child.
I wasn't going to stand her watching over her like a creep all night so I turned around and went to hallway closet. After grabbing a pillow and sheets I went to the couch and laid down and quickly fell asleep from exhaustion.

4:08 A.M.
Something warm snuggles into me and I fight off the sleep to see what it was. All I saw was long brown hair. Sage?
"...don't move...comfortable..." She says.
Is she asleep?
"Slade?" I call out, quietly.
No answer
"Sage?" I call again.
She groans tiredly and snuggles deeper. So she sleep talks and walks, that's nice to know. What I want to know now is what to do with her? Move her?
It was four in the morning and I needed to wake up in an hour. There's no point in going back to sleep, I'll just take a cold shower and drink a crap load of coffee. So I began to slid away when Sage grabbed my shirt.
"Slade, if you're awake this isn't funny" I frown.
Silence
This can't be happening, I cannot be laying down with a high school girl like this. Yet why do I not hate it as much as I want to? That's not the point, right now I've got to get off the bed.
So I gently pulled her hand off of me and got up.
Did I say a crap load of coffee?
I meant TWO crap loads.
