《Sugar And Spice》Chapter nineteen: Two down, one to go

"So you wanna start over? Back to square one? Back to enemies who think the other one's hot?" he asked.

"You thought I was hot?" I smirked teasingly. I was surprised, I did not know that.

"I always thought you were hot. I've told you, haven't I? I think you're gorgeous and so very attractive," he flirted.

"Sure, you've told me," I rolled my eyes while a smile formed on my lips.

"Well, I'm telling you now," he smirked. "Now, for that getting to know each other part. What's your deepest darkest secret?" he questioned.

I am so glad he didn't take this the wrong way because boy do I think he's hot and his personality is just as attractive as his pretty face, if not more. I thought of what to say to answer his question. "I've committed three crimes," I nodded.

"What?" he asked in disbelief.

"Trespassing, breaking and entering and vandalism," I concluded. "I trespassed at that party in Daniel's cabin, I broke into a store in the middle of the night to get a copy of a book I really wanted and I've vandalized the wall behind the school," I laughed.

"What'd you write on the school wall?" he chuckled.

"I actually did graffiti. Have you seen the one in the right corner?" I asked while I pulled out some gum.

"Yeah," he nodded.

"I made that one," I concluded. "My turn, what's your most embarrassing memory?" I arched an eyebrow.

"Oh, sixth grade, easily," he nodded. "I left that note in your locker with a huge chocolate on Valentine's day and the entire soccer team found out and made fun of me," he nodded while eating some gum.

"That was you?!" I asked in shock and he nodded in response. "Why didn't you ever tell me?" I smacked his leg.

"Because it's embarrassing, you rejected me," he laughed.

"No, I didn't!" I countered.

"You threw the note." He gave me a pointed look.

"Who said that? I still have it. It's in my nightstand drawer," I confessed.

"Why'd you keep it?" he chuckled while drawing circles on my leg.

"To remind me that someone out there, has a little crush on me." I played with my words there. I kept it to remind myself that I was wanted by someone. Even if it was in sixth grade. I looked at it a lot in the eight months I was with Cody. He said he wanted me but I never felt it.

"I see through your wordplay, Faith," he said softly. "Anyway, give me three of your biggest turn-ons," he smirked.

"Alex," I huffed. "It's my question, you have to answer whatever I ask."

That is just called taking advantage of the moment.

"Alright, let me think um- lip biting," I began hesitantly, "Hickeys," my voice got softer, "Dominance," I said quickly.

"Now I know," he smirked.

"What are the first three things you look at when you see a girl?" I questioned.

"Her eyes, smile, and her legs. It's the legs," he nodded shamelessly.

"Please explain," I laughed.

"You have hot legs, see," he ran a leaf over my leg. "My turn, what's your favorite feature on me?" he smirked suggestively.

I rolled my eyes and stifled a laugh, "Your eyes. They're a shade of green I've never seen before," I admitted, "What's your favorite personality trait in me?" I asked.

"Your kindness, humor, your innocence," he listed. I only asked for one but okay. "What's one thing you've wanted me to do that I haven't done yet?" he questioned.

That one's tricky. To be honest, he hasn't given me a hickey yet but can't say that now, can we? "Taken me out on a date," I answered bluntly, "Tell me something about you that no one knows," I said.

"No girl has ever stayed the night at my house and I'll tell you one more just because," he shrugged, "I gave myself a piercing when I was fourteen and took the earring out in two hours," he laughed. "What would you do right now if I kissed you?" The playfulness in his tone was gone.

"Not kiss you back and then kick myself for it," I sighed. "Why would you kiss me right now?" I bounced off of his question.

"Because at this very moment, I am very attracted to you, Faith." He ran his hand through his hair, "Can I kiss you right now?" he asked.

"No," I replied quickly. "What are your three biggest turn-ons?" I changed the topic quickly and abruptly.

"Teasing, lip biting," he smirked, "And seeing a girl in my clothes."

My heart stopped beating when he said that, I'm pretty sure I flatlined for a moment.

"Who's the last person you thought of before falling asleep last night?" That a weirdly good question that I don't want to answer today.

"You," I cleared my throat. "Who's the-"

He cut me off, "Wait, wait, wait! What'd you think about me?" he teased.

"Well, the hoodie had a very intoxicating scent, it was hard not to think about you when it felt like you were right there," I huffed. "Who's the first person you thought of this morning?" I arched an eyebrow.

"You and how I wanted to kiss you."

This is getting too much.

"Okay, the game's over," I said quickly while he moved closer to me.

"Last question, can we start over tomorrow? I really can't stop thinking about kissing you, Faith." He looked at me pleadingly and it was eating me inside out. He was leaning against the tree while looking at me, waiting for me to answer.

I watched as his eyes traveled down from my eyes to my lips before snapping back up. I sighed in defeat and he grinned while we both leaned forward. I pecked his lips but I knew he wasn't gonna take that.

He pulled me by the waist, having me straddle him before kissing me. It was a drowning type of kiss.

I lost all thought of my surroundings and I was in a completely different headspace than I was just a second ago. I felt his fingers brush against my bare skin on my waist and that just sent shivers throughout my body.

Can I just say, I'm on top and he's still the one dominating the kiss?

He bit my lip.

He bit my freaking lip. I pulled away with red lips and a heaving chest and looked at him.

"Two down, one to go," he smirked. I kissed him again, just as heated and bit his lip back but pulled away before he could react.

I pulled away and caught him rolling his eyes in frustration. "Two down, one to go," I smirked back. I got off of him, gathering all my things since the bell would go any minute.

He shook his head and chuckled to himself, "I hate you," he opened his eyes and met mine.

"Do you want me to ever do that again?" I arched an eyebrow at him.

"Yes please," he nodded.

"So shut up," I sipped my water while he looked at me wide-eyed.

"You drive me fucking insane," he mumbled as the bell rang and echoed while we got up and began heading into the building. We stopped by at our lockers and grabbed our books, heading to English without uttering one word to each other. We walked hand in hand but I think we were both just processing what the fuck we just did.

We sat down beside each other and when the class began, Ms. Welsh announced that we were watching the movie for an extract we would be doing and turned the lights off.

I was doing my own thing, minding my business and taking notes when my left leg twitches at the touch. I'm really regretting wearing shorts today. I looked down to see Alex writing on my leg.

I shook my head and tried going back to taking notes but it tickled! I tried shoving his hand off but he just kept bringing it back. I rolled my eyes and let him do whatever it was that he was doing until after a few moments he stopped.

I looked down to see his name written on my thigh with hearts all around it. I turned to him and deadpanned.

"Really?" I whispered.

Thank god we're sitting at the back.

He showed me the back of his hand where I found my name written, with hearts all around it. I shook my head but couldn't help and smile while rolling my eyes and getting back to the video.

He traced circles on my thigh and it gave me chills but I ignored it and kept my gaze on the board. He took my left hand and began writing on the back of it. I bit back a chuckle and let him do his thing.

While I was taking notes, my hair fell in my face and he brushed it away for me before getting back to doodling on me, his human canvas. Once he was done, he placed my hand on the desk for me to see.

Two down, one to go. I glanced at him to see him writing the same thing on his hand.

Oh, honey, what the hell is he doing?

He turned to me and locked my hand with his, kissing it.

That made butterflies flutter in my stomach.

Fucking butterflies, are you kidding me?
