"Where did the other one come from?" Those are the first words that come from Sean when everyone finally makes their way in.

"My womb." I said in a duh tone.

"But weren't you pregnant with one?" He asked

"Oh! my! Goodness!!" Shrieked Jason. "I'm like a double uncle now-owww!" He rubbed the back of his head when Mom smacked it.

"Watch it. The twins are sleeping." She pointed to my two bundles of joy who were fast asleep next to me.

I could place them in the cribs that are here in the room but I just don't want them far from me. And there's nothing wrong with me having them next time because they were in the cribs while I was resting.

"I was supposed to. But the other one was hiding." I replied to Sean.

"Cool! This is like a buy one and get one free situation." I laughed at his comment and Ethan rolled his eyes.

"What are their names?" Michael asked

"Baby one, is the one in white. And her name is Elaine. Baby two, in yellow, is Athena." I pointed to my two babies.

"When are they gonna start twining?" Mason asked

"Once we can differentiate between the two. "

"Can I hold one?" Jason excitedly asked. I swear he looks like he's gonna burst.

"Do you know how to hold a baby?" I playfully asked

"Yep. I carried Sean when he was born." He shrugged.

"That was a million years ago. Get over it." Sean glared at his brother.

I laughed as they continued bickering, before lifting Athena who seemed to be waking up.

"You two should grow up." Ethan snapped at the two.

"They're waking up now." Marcus said and stretched his hands out so he could take Athena from me.

"If y'all continue like this then the both of y'all won't carry the babies." Came mom's voice

"I wonder if they'll open their eyes now. I'm dying to see their eye colours." I excitedly said to Ethan who sat on the chair that was very close to the bed.

"Me too." He chuckled at my spirits.

"I wonder what colour eyes brown and grey make." I wondered out loud.

"Lena here's your coffee. I have to get home. But I promise to be back with gifts for these two angels." She placed my coffee on the side table.

"Already?" I pouted

"I've been here since midnight woman. It's 5pm I have to at least rest." She picked up her bag, and cam over for a hug. "And sanitize my eyes after seeing you all wide and open, popping them babes out." She whispered in my ear then pulled away.

My eyes widened at what she said but played it cool. She innocently smiled and placed a kiss on Elaine's tiny fist.

"Bye guys." She waved at everyone before leaving the room.

"Why hasn't Elaine woken up yet when everyone in this room is so loud?" Mason asked.

"Maybe she's a sleeper like her dad." I threw Ethan a glance.

"Oh my goodness she opened her eyes!" Sean screeched when Athena opened her eyes.

"What colour are they?" I impatiently asked

"I didn't see, she's kinda playing peek-a-boo with us- ooh I think it's grey!" Sean was cut off when Elaine let out a loud scream.

"You just had to be so loud huh?" Ethan shook his head while trying to quiet her down.

"Sorry. But I guess I just can't help it. I'm happy." He sheepishly said.

"Give her to me." I said to Ethan when Elaine wouldn't stop crying.

I cradled her and moved in a left right motion but she just wouldn't stop.

"I think she's hungry." I told Ethan.

"She's so loud yet she's only fake crying?" Sean said in disbelief.

"She doesn't have any tears yet Sean." I laughed.

"Alright everybody out." Ethan stood and chased his brothers. "I'll take her." Marcus gave Athena back to Ethan then they made their way out.

"I'll be going home now. I really need some sleep." Mom yawned and got off her chair. "I'll be back later with your dad." She said. She planted kisses on Elaine and Athena's foreheads then left after we said goodbye.

We're finally alone.

I pulled down my hospital gown so I could expose my boob. Elaine immediately latched on and started sucking. Loud.

"Yep. Like I said. I don't mind sharing." Ethan said while keeping his eyes on our daughter who was feeding.

"Perv." I rolled my eyes at him.

"Don't say that in front of them." He gasped.

"Woah. She really does have grey eyes." Ethan exclaimed with his eyes on Athena.

"Wow. She couldn't come over to mommy's side. Just had to stick with daddy." I joked. "Hopefully Elaine doesn't go to the dark side."

"I still can't believe that we have twins." Ethan smiled down at Athena who's eyes were glued on his face. Almost as if she was imprinting every single one of his features to her mind.

"Me too." I smiled.

"We should try for another child. Maybe this time we'll get three." Ethan suggested.

The smile on my face dropped and I gave him the dirtiest look I could muster.

"How easy do you think giving birth is?" I glared at him.

"I know it's painful babe, but just imagine three more of this cuteness." He said.

"Don't expect three more of this cuteness anytime soon Ethan. And shouldn't you get accustomed to keeping guys away from these two before adding three more?" I smirked.

It was his turn to scowl.

"But you're right. Three more of this cuteness will be cute. More son in-laws for us." I smiled.

"Don't."

"Don't what? It's not like they're not gonna date, or have boyfriends. Just wait for them to start kindergarten. There'll be this boy who's gonna share his sandwich with them, or maybe share his colours and boom. Puppy love."

"And just because you said that I think homeschooling will be the best option for them." He said with his jaw clenched.

I burst out laughing. My nipple slipped out of Athena's mouth and she let out a scream. I quickly slipped it back into her mouth, before her crying triggered Elaine's one.

"My children will go to school whether you like it or not" I chuckled.

"Then maybe I'll be needing body guards for them. Or maybe just send them to an all girl kindergarten."

"They have those?" I raised my brow.

"Even if there aren't any. I'll build one." And I cracked up again.

Athena stopped sucking and looked down to see that she fell asleep, with her tiny mouth open. Her lips twitched up into a smile .

"Awwwww..! Look at her Ethan. She's smiling in her sleep." I whisper yelled.

"Please bring the crib." I asked Ethan. He held Athena with one hand and pulled the crib with the other.

I placed Elaine in and covered her with a blanket.

"It's now your turn." I cooed at Athena when Ethan placed her in my arms.

She was staring at me with her big grey orbs. Damn this baby is adorable.

"She's so cute Ethan, look at her." I cried out.

"The both of them are. They got the best genes after all." Ethan smirked.

"And that's why guys won't be able to stay away from them." I laughed when the smirk on his face disappeared and he sent me a playful glare.

"I don't think I've ever been this happy on any of my birthdays. I don't think I've ever been this happy in general. You guys are the best things that's ever happened to me." Ethan said.

"You guys are the best things that's ever happened to me as well." I looked at him with love and adoration.

"And there's no other way I would've preferred to spend my 25th birthday than with my new family." He placed a kiss on my forehead.

Athena pulled away from my boob and stared at Ethan when he pulled away from my forehead. He leaned down and placed a kiss on her forehead as well. He placed a kiss on my boob as well then moved away.

"Ethan!" I gasped and slapped his shoulder.

"What?" He chuckled.

"I can't believe you did that."

"I didn't do anything wrong. Just appreciating what's mine." He shrugged while chuckling.

"Well. For the next nine months or so these boobs won't belong to you."

"Says who?" He raised a brow. He then leaned down again then placed another kiss on my exposed boob. Athena pulled away then looked at Ethan. Her hand moved up and her tiny fingers gripped the beard that grew on his face during our stay at the hospital.

"Shi-"

"Uh-uh. No foul words in front of the children. Remember?" I innocently said

"Da- why does she have such a tight grip?" He exclaimed while trying to pry her tiny hand away from his beard.

Even in the middle of such mischief, she still looked so innocent.

I laughed at his battle. Deciding it was time to end his misery, I placed my nipple on Athena's lips and she latched on, forgetting about her previous activity.

"Damn. For a new born she's got loads of strength." He rubbed his cheek.

"That'll teach you to not touch what's not yours." I chuckled.

He rolled his eyes.

After Athena fell asleep. I handed her to Ethan and he placed her next to her sister in their crib.

"I love you guys." Ethan said.

"Me too."

He got into the bed with me. "Let's cuddle." He said.

"And what will happen if we fall asleep and have visitors?"

"They can always come back. We have to rest because we don't know how long those two will be up for before falling asleep again." Ethan waved off.

I placed my head on his chest and he circled his hands around my waist.

"Remember, no getting touchy. I just gave birth." I warned

"Not gonna make promises."

"Then you'll have an even longer six weeks if you start looking for trouble this early."

"Don't remind me." He groaned and I laughed.

We're finally going home today. It's been so long since I saw the house.

Barb checked us out and everything was good. The babies are breastfeeding well, pooping and everything is alright. And everything is alright with mommy so we're free to leave after two days in the hospital with them.

Richard and his wife arrived later that day and brought presents for Athena and Elaine. Richards surgery was a success and his patient was alright. Mom and dad also arrived later on with more gifts.

And let's not forget JoJo and Abby who came with even more stuff.

It's as if all that we got during the baby shower wasn't enough. So needless to say that we left the hospital as if we were moving out with the amount of things we had.

Ethan's car is stuffed with the gifts. I'm in the backseat with both babies, while he's driving, with mom by the pass ever seat. And I've just got some bags next to me.

Elaine and Athena got the sweetest uncle's ever.

The guys got Elaine and Athena these boards that we could put on the wall, above their cribs. It had their names and surname on it, along with their date of births, and time.

It is like literally the sweetest thing ever. And it looks so cute with the cursive writing and the vines that were on the board.

I'll hang them up first thing when we get home.

Ethan same to a stop in the garage. He hopped out and opened my door. He took both babies from me then I got out the car.

"Are we taking the gifts up now?" I asked

"No. We can do it later. Or I'll get someone to do it." He said.

We made our way into the house from the garage door, that led to the kitchen.

We entered the house and I saw that no one was inside.

Thank God!

I thought they were gonna throw us a surprise welcome home party. But thankfully they didn't because all I wanna do right now is bury myself in a normal bed. I swear my body hurts more because of the hospital bed and not because I just gave birth.

"I'll go put them in their room." Ethan said, referring to the girls. Ethan had his brothers add another crib in the room for Athena.

I nodded at him and turned to mom. She came so she could make sure that we had everything planned out at home.

"You should go rest dear. I'll hang around for a little bit then I'll leave when I'm sure that everything is okay. You know how to make the babies formula?" She asked.

"Yes. Barb taught me to mix it." I nodded

"Okay. I'll check on Ethan and the girls then I'll leave. Take care of yourself sweetie." She hugged me.

"You too mom." I hugged her back.
