A week has passed everything went just normal, Apollo and I still act like a normal friend and nobody knows about the arrangement.

One of our friends from school invited us to party tonight at a bar, and I heard everyone is going to come to the party to have fun.

Diana is the one who's going to drive us to the bar tonight, she said she's going to pick me up at 9. It sounds wild when we go to a party every Friday, but trust it doesn't always like that.

I'm ready and now I'm waiting for Diana to pick me up. I've promised myself that I'm not going to get drunk tonight, I have plans for tomorrow. I don't want to ruin my Saturday morning by waking up late with blurry vision.

After a while, my phone suddenly rings and I can see Diana's face popped on my phone screen. I picked it up and she said that she is already outside. I turn the tv off then walk into the lobby,

"Get in bitch!" Diana shout at me and it makes me laugh.

I got into the car, I found that my girls look so gorgeous tonight. I don't know why do we have to go to a party so often, maybe because we're a bored teenager with so many free times.

I can tell that my parents don't care if I want to go to wherever I want, they won't care and they won't even ask me where am I. They will contact me if they have an important thing to tell by telling Emilia to contact me.

"Do you know Where the bar is?" I asked them.

"It's quite near," She said.

On the way to the bar, Diana and Sarah keep talking about Ezra's and Floyd's activity for next weekend and I'm just leaning onto the window while staring at the dark sky outside.

After a while we finally arrived, Diana parked her car a couple blocks away from the bar. We got into the bar together. I started to hear loud music, just like a normal party where everyone is chilling with one another.

I see Sarah is meeting Floyd while Diana is walking straight to the bar, I follow her and sit next to her. She orders a lemon squash for us, good cause sometimes being wild in our age isn't really good enough for our health.

"Hey, Lana is everything okay?" She asked.

"Everything is fine Diana why are you keep asking me that question?"

"Nothing babe just want to make sure," she smiles then drink her lemon squash.

After she take a sipped of it she pulls me by my wrist to follow her into the dance floor, but I refuse cause I'm not in the mood so I let her dance by herself. I laugh over her funny move until Ezra came and put his arm around her waist.

I look away then began to drink my lemon squash, I don't know but I always feel sad in the middle of a party like this.

How lonely am I?

running away from reality by partying with my friends, just because I feel so lonely in my own house. No parents and brother, they left.

"Hey" I heard someone greeted me then take a seat right next to me, he is Bruce one of the students from our school.

I don't really pay attention to him cause I'm not in the mood to talk with anyone right now.

"Why are you sitting alone?" He asked.

"Sorry Bruce but not in the mood," I said before sipping on my drink.

He suddenly stands up and spins my seat to face him, I froze for a moment because I didn't expect that he's going to do this.

"Can you just look at me for a second?" He asked.

I can smell a strong scent of Alcohol from his mouth.

"Ugh you're drunk bruce get off," I said pushing him away.

But his gripped on my arms are too strong. He suddenly lean closer into my face and I can see how red his eyes are.

He moves closer and closer while mumbling words that I cannot understand. He puts his palm on my jaw pulling my face closer into his, I try to push him but his grip is getting stronger every time I try to push him away.

My vision got blurry because my eyes filled with tears, this is the moment where I cannot do anything besides hoping that he will stop.

"Get off!" I said pushing him away until a strong arm suddenly throw his body to the floor.

I open my eyes and found Apollo, he punched bruce right on the face which makes blood running out of his nose.

Bruce lays on the floor while holding onto his nose, he seems confused and loopy while his eyes are red. Tears suddenly fall from my eyes, not believing for what just happened. I am scared, my whole body is shaking I cannot even say a word.

Apollo walks closer to me, his blue eyes are looking at me. I close my eyes which makes a drop of tear came out of my eyes. When I open my eyes I see Justin and Ezra ran into us then asked Apollo what just happened.

Apollo explained what just happened, about him trying to assault me. Then Apollo told them that he has to punch him.

Justin immediately told the security to drag Bruce away from us, I feel so scared of him. All I want to do now is walking away from this situation. A man just trying to touch me and I'm so scared.

"Hey hey you okay" Apollo asked with his hands laying on my shoulder.

His thumbs moves back and forth against my skin. His face is right in front of me, those concerned blue eyes are looking deep into mine.

I put my palm on my face, I shake my head cause I'm not alright. I feel shocked for what just happened, I began to sobbed and I feel like my hands are shaking.

His arms suddenly pull me closer into his body, his hand brush against my back. I Surprisingly feel warm and comfortable when he try to make me calm. It seems like he knows the way how to take care of me.

He takes his jacket off before putting it around my shoulder. His action makes me froze, I didn't know that he can be this gentle towards a girl.

"let's get out of here," he said.

I got up from the seat with his arm lay around my shoulder. He walks me out of this bar with his arm stays around my shoulder.

It feel strange when I found out that I feel safe around him. Even though my legs are still shaking. I'm glad that Apollo is there to help me. I couldn't imagine what Bruce would do if he wasn't there, and I didn't want to think about it.

He walks me into his car, he opens the door for me then let me get into the passenger seat. He got into the driver seat, and it doesn't take him long enough to turn the engine on.

My eyes are stick to the rode in front of us, I still cannot believe. I see him reaching something from the back seat but I don't really pay attention to him. He opened the bottle before suddenly giving it to me,

"Here," he said while giving me a bottle of water.

My hands reach the bottle of water and there's where our hands touch. I take the bottle then began to drink it,

"Did he hurt you?" His low voice asked me.

All I can remember is he tried to touch me and gripped my arm with his strong hands,

"He tried to touch me, he's drunk," I said with a low voice.

"However if he's drunk or not what he did to you is wrong," he said.

He pulls his phone out from his pocket then text someone,

"I'm taking you home," he said before started to move the car.

"How about the girls?" I asked him.

"I've texted Floyd that I'm taking you home," he said.

"And to take the girls out of there," he said while his eyes are looking at the drive way.

On our way to my house, his black jacket is still laying on my shoulder. Calm musics filling our quite car ride, and all I do is staring out of the window. My eyes hurt because of crying plus the air conditioning is blowing my eyes.

I'm sitting on one of the sofa around Jace and Justin who is having fun playing a board game, but I found it boring to play in the middle of the bar.

Ezra is nowhere to be found since the first time we put our feet here, Floyd is sitting next to me while playing his phone. I wonder what time are we going to leave this club cause I started to feel bored. There is nothing interesting to do here. I should probably stay home and sleep, it is more interesting than to be in this bar.

A few minutes later Jace excused himself and guess what? he's not coming back. Justin ordered a bottle of soda and a fries for us, I can see that he's not enjoying the party to.

From the way they look, I think Floyd and Justin found that this party is boring as well. Because all we do just is sitting on the same sofa while looking at everyone.

Justin started to flirt with some random girls, he always does that to any girl that he found hot. He doesn't understand how a woman have to be treated like and how to respect them by not flirting just because of their look.

I remember that day when Lana played in volleyball game. Justin talked about how short was their pants and how good her ass was. I felt like I just wanted to punch his face or maybe pulled his tongue out from his mouth and ripped it off.

But before I could do that Jace did the right thing to do, he gave him a slap on the face. But unfortunately, Justin still found it funny. I hope someday he'll understand how to treat a woman.

An hour has passed the girls finally arrived, I see Lana walks in with a black tank top and light blue ripped jeans that show a little bit of her thigh. Floyd stands up from his seat and make his way to meet his girlfriend Sarah. I watch Lana is making her way to the bar, then Diana asked the bartender for a drink. I hope she's not drinking anything that's going to make her loopy tonight.

Floyd brought Sarah to take a seat on the same sofa with us, she began to order a snack for us to eat. Because Justin has finished all the fries that he ordered by himself.

"Dude do you want some drink?" Floyd whispered.

"Maybe later," I said.

I leaned my back against the sofa while watching Lana and Diana who are having a conversation at the bar. I keep wishing that she didn't order anything crazy, so I don't have to be her bodyguard today. Because I know Lana is a crazy girl when it comes to party. I remember when Floyd had to help Sarah to take Diana and Lana home cause they were super drunk.

I see Diana started to leave Lana alone at the bar, Lana is now sitting alone while looking sad. Does the drink that she ordered include alcohol that make her sad like that? Does girl cry when they got drunk? Is she going to cry? Oh my god she confuses me.

Suddenly a tall guy name Bruce takes a seat next to her. I knew him because he is one of the troublemakers in our school. My eyes never left her, once I see Bruce taking a seat next to her.

I suddenly saw Bruce suddenly spin her seat to make her facing him, but she tries to push him away. It means that Lana doesn't want him to be near to him, then I can see how much Bruce tries to pull her closer to him.

I got up from my seat then make my way into where she's sitting, I heard that she tells Bruce to get off her but he doesn't.

Without even thinking I curled my fist then punched him right on the face, I didn't realize that it was too hard until a blood runs out of his nose.

He lays on the floor looking loopy and hurt, his eyes are red. I turn around and found Lana is already crying, she looks scared and her body is shaking.

Everyone around started to look at us, Justin and Ezra suddenly appeared and asked what happened. I told them what happened then Justin told the security to kick him out of here.

She cover her face with her hands and I can hear that she's started to sob, she's still in shock for what just happened. To be honest I don't really know how to treat a girl when she's scared like this. But she's Lana, 'the girl that you have to protect' just like what dad said.

I have to protect her, and take care of her.

"Hey hey you okay?" I asked her.

She's still in shock, and she looks so scared.

I put my arms around her shoulder and her body feels cold. I pull her for a hug while she's crying on my chest, this girl is scared. I take my jacket off then put it around her shoulder, I hope she'll feel warm.

"Let's get out of here," I said then I walk her out.

We got into the car and glad I have a bottle of water inside of my car. I reach it from the back seat then open it for her. I offer her the water but her eyes are looking out of the window,

"Here," I said and I finally caught her attention.

She looks into the bottle then slowly take it, there's where her cold hand touches mine. It feels cold,

"Did he hurt you?" I asked her, while she's drinking the water.

She gulped the water while looking straight to the front with blank eyes.

"He tried to touch me, he's drunk," she said with a low voice, I know that she's still shaking.

"However if he's drunk or not what he did to you is wrong," I said.

I had to take her home, she needed to calm herself and take a rest. I texted Floyd before started to drive her home.

"I'm taking you home," I said.

"How about the girls?" She asked.

"I've texted Floyd that I'm taking you home," I explained.

"And to take the girls out of there," I say and she nods in answer.

I'm worried about her, gladly I saw what happened what if I didn't? I cannot even imagine what would he do to her.

My car stops right in front of her house's gate, it doesn't take much time for the security to open up the gate once they know it's me.

I drove the car into her house then stopped right in front of the lobby, she finally moves and took off her seatbelt.

Her baby blue eyes finally looking up at mine, her eyes look swollen red. Her hair is a mess I feel sorry for what she have been through today.

"Thank you so much for saving me," she said with a tired face.

I close my eyes and nodded, I hope she's going to learn a lesson from this bad day. I hope she's going to forget and be okay.

She opens up the door and walk out of my car, she closes the door behind her then walk in without any last glance.

She forget that my jacket is still laying on her shoulder but I just let her borrow it, after I watched her get into her house safely I left her house and went straight home.

I've never done this to a girl before.

I thought I didn't know how to treat a girl, cause I've never been into a serious relations with girls before. I was too focus on myself, my goals, and stuff. But every time I see her now, I feel like I have to protect her.

Never really hug a girl in that way until her, I don't really know how to love a person, I don't know what should I do to be honest.

But what I did to her today is the right thing to protect a girl, especially my soon to be fiancé.
