"Eun Ae, how does a fish breathe?" Taehyung pulled his lower lip as he asked her. He was leaning on the railing, his eyes fixed on the waves which were forming as the ship was cutting the sea.

"With the help of gills." she answered.

"Oh, so gills are like nose of a fish?" he asked, curiously.

"Hmm.. you can say that. They survive due to the dissolved oxygen in water."

"Eun Ae.. but how oxygen get dissolved in water?"

"Actu-" she was cutoff as Jin interrupted by hitting Taehyung with his newspaper. She chuckled as he glared at the boy.

"Hyung that hurts." Taehyung whined as he rubbed his head, "Why?"

"Your own son will be going to school after few years and you are asking such questions? if you really want to discuss about such things then asked this to Namjoon. We are here to enjoy and not on a study tour." Jin retorted as he unfolded the newspaper. Eun Ae chuckled, "Come with me Eun Ae, let's taste some sweets." Jin grabbed her hand and after sparing a glance at Taehyung, he took her.

"I am sorry Taehyung oppa." she mouthed as she walked.

"It's fine but then atleast tell me why birds never fall while flying?" Taehyung shouted.

Jungkook entered the cafe, it was almost empty but then he spotted her who was in her own world as she was enjoying her coffee. He collected himself, they need to talk. He made his way towards her.

"Can we talk?" Jungkook asked her and a chill ran through her spine as if she has heard his voice after ages. She raised her head and looked at him, "Sure" she said and stood stiffed.

Jungkook sat opposite to her, interlocking his fingers he placed his hands on the table, they both were stealing awkward glances.

She gripped the handle of the mug, "Hi" she said.

"Hi" he answered, "Hmm... i think we should be normal, this..this doesn't suits us, we need to talk like before." he said making her to look at him.

She smiled, she knew he was right. No matter whatever happens they need to be like before or else the others will know that something is wrong between them, "Yes, you are right." she said in a low tone and looked down.

"Yeah.."

Eun Ae was bored in her cabin, it was 8PM and she still had time before dinner so she decided to take a walk near the pool. She knew that there will be no one at this hour because people barely visit pool at night on cruise, she thought.

She hugged herself while walking towards the pool, the night was beautiful. The cold breeze kissing her skin making her shiver till bones. Luckily the deck lacked human presences because people were busy in the clubs and nightlife. She wanted to enjoy, she wanted to swim.

She smiled as the urge of walking inside the pool and splashing the cold water came in her mind. Without any second thought she sat at the edge and slowly allowed her body to float and she landed inside the pool. Her body was shaking due to the icy-cold water but she didn't care at all because the pain she had in her heart was healing slowly due to that, her body moved along with the flickering water as she walked inside. She tried catching the reflection of the moon in the water but then it was of no use. She was too old to play that game but still she was enjoying it.

"Eun Ae" she heard a melodious voice calling her and she instantly turned her head towards the owner of the voice and saw him standing at the edge of the pool.

"Oppa" she said, her eyes nearly popped out. He smiled, his smile was pleasantly sweet.

"Can i?" he asked as he sat on the edge. Eun Ae was a bit embarrassed, her clothes soaked in water, her lower body under water. Before she could answer, Jimin jumped inside the water leaving her clueless, she gulped as he approached her. After every step he took towards her, she stepped backwards till the time she reached the end of the pool, the pool wasn't that deep so Jimin easily balanced himself on his feet inside the pool. Water dripping from his sleeves as he ran his fingers along his hairs making it wet, Eun Ae noticed his muscles flexed as he did that act. His body shone under the moonlight. A perfect eyecandy.

"I want to tell you something." she was snapped off due to his voice which dropped few octaves low. She gulped and gripped her pants under water.

She just nodded her head in agreement, her body shaking violently as she was monitoring his movement, Jimin smiled before licking his pulpy lips. His eyes turned crescent shaped and he showed his crook tooth while smiling. Her chest was burning and she wasn't sure why everything became so hot suddenly.

"Actually i-" Jimin paused, flipping his hair backwards as he looked down, "I love you." he confessed, his cheeks turning crimson as he looked at her and that was the moment when she noticed the most malicious stare he was giving her.

"Oppa" the word slipped off from her lips as soon as he confessed, she noticed the malicious stare he was giving earlier soon vanished and it was replaced by sincerity and warmth as he moved little closer to her. Jimin caged her in his arms by placing it on the either side of her body on the edge of the pool, he was dangerously close to her. She was never so close to any man apart from Jungkook, her heart responded quickly but then she wasn't feeling the same which she would feel around Jungkook, the emotions were void. Jimin on the other hand noticed how shocked she was, of course she wasn't expecting this to come especially now.

She can never feel the same which she only feels around Jungkook.. not for Jimin, never Jimin...

"I will keep you safe, i will care for you, i will love you till my last breathe..." he breathed the words, sincerity dripping through it. He forced his body weight on his hands, his fingers turning numb.

She inhaled, her heartbeats slowly perishing and she felt the genuineness in his words as he spoke. For a moment she wished it would have came from Jungkook, those words should have rolled from his lips while kissing her but that can only happen in her dreams and these days, dreams are more beautiful than reality for her.

"Oppa" she squeezed her body inside the pool, her legs rooted to the floor. She felt herself dissolving slowly as if she was a piece of sugar or something.

"It's fine, no need to answer me now. I can wait.." he looked down, a smirk appeared on his face, "Forever.." he said as he averted his eyes towards her.

She smiled gently, her body screaming for escape but then her mind was possessed by his muscular beauty, his shirt kissing his chest showing the outline of his muscles. She realised that Jimin's physique was no joke and that he looks sweet but he is a sensual lover unlike Jungkook who looks for his escape.

Her eyes interlocked with his, his mind badly wanted to kiss her but he controlled his urge. From the time he saw her, Jimin knew she was the only one but then he waited for a moment to arrive and today was that moment, he loved watching her dazing, her eyes averting everytime his eyes would stared at her passionately. Out of all the women he dated, she was unique, delicate and needed to be loved and taken care because she was worth it.

"Can i kiss you?" it was too much for him to stop himself especially when the woman he loves was so close to him, inside water with him.

Eun Ae was taken aback by his question, she wasn't sure how she should answer him, what should she say to the man who claimed that he will keep her safe and will love her. It reminded her about Rhea's statement, 'I never wanted anyone apart from Hoseok to touch me.' Now she knew why Rhea said that.

Jimin stared into her eyes for a moment and guided his lips towards her slowly, his breathe dancing on her skin while she was motionless, her eyes darted on him and his lips.

"Hyung!"

Jimin landed in reality as he heard someone calling him, he snapped away from her and stood beside her and his eyes made its way towards the younger who was standing at the entrance. Jungkook came on wrong time he thought but little did he know that the bunny man actually followed him towards the upper deck, he witnessed Jimin proposing the woman he loves. Jungkook knew it was inevitable and some or the other day it will happen but then Jimin trying to kiss her was too much for him to handle, atleast when she is still his wife. He curled his fist into ball as he switched his eyes from Jimin towards Eun Ae who was shocked and then he forced a smile, "Jin hyung is calling for dinner." he said and after taking a brief look at her, Jungkook made his way out.

Eun Ae looked down still in trauma, her heart filled with pain thinking about Jungkook. She did saw his reddened eyes, his curled up fist and his flaring nostrils.

"I am sorry." Jimin apologised as he thought that he needed to. He should have waited for her to answer back but then he was in hurry to make a move and now he made things weird for them.

Eun Ae made her way towards her cabin, her legs heavy and mind messed up. While the maknae met Jin on the way towards his cabin.

"So?" Jin asked, his hands on his hips, eyes focused on the maknae.

"So?" Jungkook shrugged, he wanted to shut everything up and just sit inside his cabin.

"I followed you Jungkook, you were in your own world watching the couple." Jungkook's heart skipped at his words, he was so in his own world and watching them both that he did not even realised Jin's presences behind him.

"Hyung i-" Jungkook was cutoff by him as Jin raised his hand and did a stopping gesture.

"Stob it Jungkook, you were the one who said that Jimin deserves her more right? so why were you secretly keeping an eye on them? you should have walked away seeing them both inside the pool." Jin snarled.

Jungkook chewed his bottom lip as he looked down towards his flip-flops, "Sorry."

"Sorry?" Jin scoffed, "You must have interrupted right?" he raised his eyebrows and Jungkook just nodded without looking at the elder. Jin walked towards him, he raised his hand and placed it on his shoulder, "Be a man Jungkook and love her, and if you can't do that then-" Jin paused which made Jungkook to look at him, "If you can't do that then just sit back and watch other man doing that for her." Jin completed and walked away after taking a brief look at him. Jungkook smiled looking down as the words of the elder echoed in the corridor, "Maybe..." he muttered.

Eun was bored, the club was full of couples and families who were here to enjoy the special night. The Jazz singers were doing their best to entertain the audience, Eun Ae drew her stare along the men who were with her, Namjoon was busy singing with them as he tapped his feet along with the rhythm, Jin was busy shoving the yummy Bruschetta in his mouth. Taehyung was singing his own version of song and was dancing while Jimin was making fun of him. The scene of last night was still playing in her mind, she did not went for dinner last night and even today she just stayed in her cabin but then Taehyung forced her to come for the special night. She knew Jungkook will be present there and after what he saw yesterday, he would be mad at her. Her eyes landed on him who was already looking at her but then he switched his eyes towards the stage. She felt heartbroken, in the room full of people, she was all alone. She quickly drank her orange juice and promptly made her way outside the club. Her legs took her towards the upper most deck. She inhaled the fresh air and her heart fell at ease. She blinked her tears and gazed at the moon, the sky full of stars reminded her about Jungkook and their moments.

She snapped off from her thoughts as she heard someone clearing his throat. Her eyes made its way towards the person standing next to her.

"Jungkook" she called him and then everything fell apart when he looked at her.

Jungkook stared into her dreamy eyes, he can't even tell what was deeper, her eyes or the sea, "Hi" he said and she just smiled whole-heartedly. They both averted their eyes towards the sea.

"So.. hyung finally proposed you?" he asked her briskly.

"Finally?" she muttered, "You were knowing this?" she felt so cheated due to his question, she can't even think why this was happening with her, she never imagined that someday her life will be a mess. His question gave another wound to her. Jungkook just nodded his head without looking at her, "What is your answer?" he asked as he turned his head to face her.

'So, did he said no because of Jimin oppa?', she thought. She smiled hysterical, she wasn't able to believe why on the earth Jungkook will do that but then she also knew that a man will stay if he wanted to and there is no need for you to ask him twice to love you. They say, Some people can stay in your heart but not in your life...

She looked down, "I will think." she said. His heart broke into thousand pieces and he knew that it will never be mended.

"Good" he cleared his throat and then they both concentrated on the beautiful view of the sea, the cold breeze hastily playing with there clothes and hairs while the stillness consumed them entirely.

"Eun Ae" she hummed as she heard him calling her, her name never felt so good from his mouth.

"If you ever thought of meeting me, then meet me where the sky meets the sea.." he said. his tone was calm.

Eun Ae was confused, her brain processed what he said just now. She was oblivious about his words as the time passed, "What are you saying Jungkook?" she laughed as she looked at him, "Sky meets the sea?" she chuckled due to his poetic statement, "You don't even know that the sky never meets the sea-" she paused as she realised what he wanted to convey.

They can never be together, they can never meet, just like the sky which never meets the sea.

She gripped the railing as the feeling behind those statement made it more painful for her than his words. She cannot express her feelings in words, her life was more dramatic from the day she was born, marrying Jungkook was a decision she will regret everyday till her death.

'Will he ever realise his mistake? will he ever know about my feelings?', she thought as she looked back at him, his well chiseled features. The weak moonlight falling on his face showed the outline of his sharp features. She will miss every single thing about him. As the time passes, her heart is becoming soft and vulnerable.

Jungkook could feel her staring at him, her eyes darted on him, he could actually feel his skin burning, he wanted to look at her but then he decided not to. 'It's a trap' he reminded himself, "Don't stare, staring is bad.." he spat.

His words had no effect on her, her eyes badly wanted to get lost in his dark ones but then he was ignoring her. She bit her bottom lip and looked back towards the sky.

"Sorry" she apologized with shaky voice.

"It's fine." he said averting his eyes at her. 'It's a trap', he reminded himself again but then little did he know that mind is frenzy and it can never be controlled.

Under the sky full of stars he was looking at her, towards his moon who had lightened his life. Who has touched his soul without touching his body.

'One can be a moon and still be jealous of stars, just like me...', he thought as he watched her chewing onto her bottom lip, trying hard to blink off her tears.

"I will leave now..." he declared and he waited for her reaction but then he got no reaction from her. When he was about to step back he felt her hand clutching on to his shirt, fistful amount, so hard that he could feel her nails reaching out to his skin.

Jungkook's eyes made its way towards her teary and reddened ones, "Eun Ae.."

"Can i ask for something Jungkook?" she flared her nostrils, her breathe became heavy as she spoke, "Can you kiss me like you own me?" she stifled her tears, her overwhelming feelings making her hard to breathe. She looked down, laughing crazily, "I want to know how it feels like getting owned by JEON JUNGKOOK. Own me once..." she said with a hoarse voice, which was filled with urge and desire.

Jungkook did not even thought twice after her words, he quickly pushed his upper body on her, his one hand made its way towards her waist and he pulled her closer while he wrapped the other one around her neck as he forced his lips on her.

'She will never know because he will never tell...'

Their lips moved against each others hungrily, none gave a fuck about the place or time, all they wanted was each other. Her lips were so velvety against him, for a moment he thought it were made only for him, only him.

She cried and cried, tears rolling out of her tight shut eyes. Her chest heaving, as the lump called regret stuck in there. His lips dawdled on her plumps as the time proceed but never wanted to stop.

She was gripping his shirt harshly as she was afraid to let him go because she knew if she released him then she won't be able to call herself his while Jungkook never pulled his lips from her as he was afraid that if he did, then he won't be able to own her.

They melted into each other forming as one under the graveyard of stars. They kissed, the countless number of stars witnessed their love and longing for each other.
