Savannah's POV

Today is Parker and Mia's reveal party. I woke up before Nate and headed down to the kitchen for coffee, man I missed being at home to do this. Last night was my first night home and although I didn't get much sleep it was for a good reason. As I popped the keurig cup in the coffee maker I heard footsteps coming down the hall, curious as to who else is up this early I look to see Brooke with messy hair and one of Brayden's shirts on holding the clothes she wore the night before. I stood there shocked and she gave a small smile.

"So... you two worked things out I guess?"

"Haha yeah it was all a... misunderstanding"

"I'm glad for you" I smiled "Want coffee?"

"I would love some. After I forgave him we spent all night having se-"

"Yeah okay" I cut her off "Even though I'm happy for you I don't need to hear what my best friend and brother did last night"

"Well when you call him your brother it makes it sound worse" she laughed

I've been calling Parker, Brayden and Austin my brothers for a while now. It all started with Austin accidently call me sis and I guess it just stook for the rest of us. We walked back into the kitchen and Brooke sat on the stool while I made coffee

"I'm so glad to have you back Savvy"

"I'm glad to have you too Brooke, being in that treatment centre was torture"

"I wanted to come see you but I wasn't aloud"

I nodded understandingly "So what do you think Mia is gonna have?"

"I bet two girls" Brooke sounded confident on that one

"Well I'm going for one of each"

Brooke got this weird smile on her face and I looked at her confused before nearly jumping out of my skin when arms wrapped around my waist

"Well I think you're both wrong, I bet two boys" My idiotic boyfriend said

Everyone is supposed to wear either pink or blue or both depending on what gender they think the kids will be. The only people who actually know are Lauren and Mia's mom so they could plan it. I got dressed in royal blue shorts and a pink tank top while Nate wore beige khaki pants with a blue top and Brooke wore a pink sundress. Soon Brayden and Austin came downstairs, Austin was in blue jeans with a pink and blue shirt on and Brayden was in all blue like Nate.

"Yay! Austin"

"Pfft we got this" we high fived and looked at the others

When walking to the door I noticed Brayden take Brooke's hand and whisper not so quietly that she looked beautiful. I smiled at my best friend before my own boyfriend wrapped an arm around me and kissed my temple "You look as gorgeous as always princess"

When we got to Parker and Mia's house there was blue and pink everywhere. The moms really went all out with both coloured cupcakes, punch, hershey bars with 'he' or 'she' coloured in, cookies and candies. They didn't miss a thing. We walked over to the snack table where we loaded up on pink and blue food while talking to some of Nate's relatives.

"Okay everyone it's time to find out the genders!" Lauren called and we all grouped around Parker and Mia who were each standing in front of giant boxes. I noticed that Mia was in all pink while Parker was all blue. They both looked extremely nervous but excited at the same time. After everyone was there and Lauren got her video camera ready they opened their boxes. Mia's flew out first with blue balloons! Soon Parker's was open and pink balloons flew out! They were having a boy and a girl! Mia was crying while jumping up and down before Parker picked her up and spun her around. Everyone cheered for the happy couple and soon went back to their tables since pizza had come for lunch. Soon Parker and Mia made their way to our table and we all hugged them congratulating them.

"You guessed right!" Mia squealed looking at my outfit and I laughed

"Hey what am I chop liver?" Austin said from across the table

"Austin! You guessed right too" she went over and hugged him

"Of course, I'm always right"

"Don't get too ahead of yourself kid"

"Hey I'm only what like five years younger" Austin argued which just made it sound worse for him

"Exactly" Austin grumbled and Mia laughed before walking over to other guests

"You guys ready to go?" Brayden asked and we nodded. We waved goodbye to Parker and Mia since they were talking and headed out to the car.

"Okay so I'm dropping you three off and then Brooke and I are going out"

"Ooo on a date" Nate said

"Yes on a date you dimwit"

"We should tonight too" Nate suggested

"Yeah there's this new place I want to go to"

"Oh sure just leave fifth wheel Austin at home"

"It's not our fault you can't hold a girlfriend" Brayden said

"Bray!" Brooke hit his arm "That was mean"

"It's not my fault Brayden's old girlfriend got bored and cheated on him" Austin snapped

"Austin" Nate yelled and Brayden stopped the car

"Get out"

"No" I pulled Austin's arm since I was beside him "Bray we are in the middle of nowhere"

"And I don't give a shit. Get out Austin"

"Fine then if Austin's going so am I" I got out of the car too

"Savs get back in the car, you're still not one hundred percent healed and walking so far can make it worse" Austin said "I'll be fine, it's only like a half hour walk"

"Which is why I'll be okay too"

"Bray come on man, if you don't let Austin in Savannah isn't coming either and that can be bad for her" Nate tried to reason but Brayden didn't budge

"Close the door and let's go" he said

Oh no he didn't

"Brayden!"

"If you don't like it Nate you can get out too. No one brings up Jessie" Brooke looked kind of hurt by that but I knew she had a plan going in those devious eyes.

"Fine" Nate opened the door and got out "Be a dick but when Savannah hurts herself and can't play soccer you're to blame"

"I never said she couldn't get in, all I said is no Austin"

"Princess get in the car and I'll walk with Austin"

"No fucking way"

"Okay and there you have it"

And with that Brayden drove off.

"I'm sorry" Austin croaked

"It's not your fault Brayden was being a dick"

"But I shouldn't have brought up Jessie"

"He needs to handle it, he has a new girlfriend now"

We started walking down the road and after ten minutes I was starting to feel it in my legs but I didn't say anything not wanting to worry the others. We heard a car honk behind us and we turned around to see Brooke in my car.

"Thank you so much" I said hugging my best friend

"Of course"

"What about your date with Brayden?" I asked when we got in the car

"I told him to take his date and shove it. No one leaves my best friend on the side of the road and besides he'd probably rather go on that date with Jessie"

"Brooke he loves you" Nate promised

"She was who he kissed" Brooke whispered

"What?!" Nate roared

"I flew in before my parents and Bray was gonna meet me at the airport, my flight got in early and when I exited the plane Brayden was lip locked with another girl so I took a taxi to your house. Talked to Lauren who told me it was Jessie after describing her, let me stay in your room and called Brayden yelling at him and told him I was here. He didn't even notice my flight had come in" she broke into tears and I hugged her from the passenger seat

"I'm so sorry Brookey"

"I forgave him since he said he never kissed her back but then the way he snapped at Austin about her made me question it"

When we got home Nate was fuming. He hated Jessie, before and after the cheating thing. I took Brooke up to my room and we could hear Nate yelling at Brayden. You could tell Nate was angry since those two never fought.

"Brooke" Brayden came in the room with tears in his eyes

"What Brayden" she wouldn't look at him but I think that was more just so she didn't see his tears and feel bad.

"I never meant for you to think I still like Jessie"

"Why do you still get so defensive over her?! I've had many boyfriends cheat on me and they could come up to me with a dozen red roses and I wouldn't bat an eyelash. I know that for a fact since it's happened!"

"I don't know okay!"

"Do you even love me" he took an extra second too long to answer that and I knew it. Brayden was in the dog house. No he was in something worse than the dog house. That extra pause right there could've just destroyed their relationship.
