Kadens pov
I woke up and rolled over expecting to find Stormi but she was no where to be seen.
How the fuck does she keep getting out of my room?!
I jumped out of bed and checked absolutely everywhere for her.
I narrow my eyes at Jullian who looked at me nervously as he walked around the corner.
I walked calmly over to him as his eyes grew with fear.
"She told me you told her to go home sir."
I couldn't help the impulse when my fist connected with his jaw.
"How long?"
"Three, maybe four hours ago."
I raised my fist again but was stopped by Romeo's voice.
"She was pretty convincing on you wanting her to go home. What were her words? Stick up your ass or something." He chuckles.
Of course.
Of course she left..without telling me.
You want to act like a child...I will too.
Her words repeated over and over in my head.
"Get the car ready." I told Romeo as I headed upstairs.
I changed into my usual attire. Suit with dress shoes. I slid my gun in the back of my pants, brushed my teeth and sprayed on my cologne.
I look at the trashcan and see a little box with Plan B on it.
After reading a few lines of what it was, I came to realization of why Stormi left.
I was unprepared and didn't wrap up.
How was I supposed to know I was going to lost my virginity to love of my life yesterday?
Not that I would mind having a child with her.
We definitely need to marry first though.
And she needs to control that smart mouth of hers.
I feel bad for ignoring her last night but I didn't know how to handle the situation.
I'd usually kill someone who spoke to me the way she did but I can't kill her.
I can't kill my baby.
But, Whooping wouldn't work.
I'd never hit her like she accused. I watched my mom get beat for years and I refuse to put the same fear in Stormi's beautiful eyes.
I have to do something about her slick mouth though.
It took all my strength not to say or do something to her last night especially when she thought it was okay to disrespect me infront of my men.
As we head to Stormi's house, I think of all the things that I can do to Stormi to teach her a lesson.
I'm a man and I deserve to be respected.
If not, there will be consequences.
I text my house keeper of things to get me as soon as possible and put them at my bedroom door.
"Sir." Romeo's says.
My head snaps towards the row of cops, crime scene and detectives that are spread through the front of Stormi's apartment complex.
I knew this apartment wasn't safe.
Where the fuck is Miles?
Probably at my house. Since nobody but Jullian and Romeo knew she left.

I'll deal with them two later.
I shake my head as I get out of the car.
I walk faster to Stormi's door when I see police officers walking freely in and out of her apartment.
I rush up the stairs and push pass the amount of cops and walk inside.
Her living room is completely destroyed. Everything is broken and torn apart.
I ignore the cop touching my arm and walk towards the kitchen when I hear her voice.
Stormi is talking to an officer.
Her eyes light up when she sees me and she runs into my arms.
I wrap my arms tightly around her and let out the huge breath I was holding.
"Are you okay Princessa?" I ask running my hands through her hair.
She pulls back and wipes her eyes. "Someone broke in. And...."
Her bloodshot eyes turn to her bedroom. I walk towards the bedroom and see hundred of pictures of Stormi surrounding all four walls and the ceiling.
The words written underneath the pictures of us was chilling especially since my face was crossed out on each one.
"Betraying family is something you should never do Pocket. Your choice; Kaden or your life." I repeated the words out loud a few times before grabbing Stormi.
I grab her face and kiss her for a long time until she pulls away, out of breath.
"Why didn't you call me?" I asked her.
She shrugged. "You were ignoring me so I figured you wouldn't pick up the phone."
"I'm so sorry babygirl. I'm here no matter what. Call me anytime you need me baby." I pull her against my chest as I close my eyes.
This is connected to what happened last night.
I need to figure out who and why.
I help Stormi pack a few things before we head downstairs after she talks to the officer for a few more minutes while I took pictures of her house.
I sent the pictures to Romeo and told him to get this under control. Whoever sent the men last night, sent them here as well.
We stopped at a local restaurant and grabbed food while Stormi ate silently.
"Let's talk when we get back to your house. I don't know who's watching." She whispers grabbing my hand underneath the table.
I nod as I watch my men approaching.
I'm boosting the security in place.
Nobody is going to let her out of their sight again. Next time, it's a bullet. No questions asked.
When we arrived at my house, Stormi gasped at Jillian's eye.
She apologizes to Jullian before giving him a hug.
"It's my fought Stormi. I shouldn't of listened to you without Kadens say so. I am also sorry for leaving you alone. I should of walked you inside but I wasn't thinking."
"It's not your fought. I'm so sorry." She says before turning to me giving me a death glare.
"What makes you think you can walk around punching people?"

"I don't like being disrespected. My men know that what I say goes."
"You think it's your right to just go around punishing people? You ain't God. You don't get to decide when and when not to take someone's life!" She screams with tears running down her face.
I try to pull her into my arms but she pushes me away. "Leave me alone."
I tighten my jaw as the hurt comes across my face.
She apologizes again to Jullian before she storms up to my room kicking the bags away from the door.
I grab the bags that my housekeeper bought and put them in my closet.
Stormi sits down her bag before heading to the bathroom slamming the door.
I sit on the edge of my bed with my face in my hands as I wait for her to get out of the shower.
My heart stops when the bathroom door finally opens after over an hour.
"Princessa! Talk to me." I plead with my eyes. I walk near her but she puts up her hand.
"Talk about what? How I'm freaking the fuck out? Or how about the only people who ever called me pocket was my parents and one of the kids from the many abusive foster homes I had? Or how you fucking ignored me yesterday? Then you want to put a fucking gun up to someones head pretending your fucking God and can just take someone's life when you want to. Then you punch Jullian like he isn't doing everything right. I forced him to take me because I can feel when I'm unwanted. You made me feel like complete shit for ignoring me. On top of that, you come home with wet hair and smelling like mint. The only people who shower before they come home is the ones who cheat so fuck you Kaden!"
I grab her in my arms and hold her as tightly as I could without hurting her. She punches at my chest several times before giving up and crying.
She wraps her arms around my waist and cries.
I stand holding my baby for awhile until she falls to the ground.
I fall with her holding her to my chest and she climbs on my lap and wraps her arms tightly around my neck.
"Talk to me Stormi. I'm here." I whisper against her hair.
She looks at me and I quickly wipe away the tears that fell from her beautiful eyes.
Her hands find my hair and she starts rubbing her hands through it.
"My parents would call me pocket ever since I could remember. When they disappeared, I was thrown from foster care to foster care. Getting abused by several of them. There was this boy in the twleveth home I went to, my last home. His name was Manny. He was so sweet but he was a year older than me.
When he first seen me, he instantly became so possessive over me. He was constantly trying to control me but he protected me from the abuse. Everytime our foster dad would come in, he'd take the beatings for me. He never asked for anything in return but Manny would make me sleep next to him every night incase he came in again.
One night, he called me pocket. I thought it was strange at first and when I asked why he called me that, he said he heard it once before. I didn't question it much because Manny wasn't the one who'd willingly tell you things.
The last night I seen Manny was my last night in foster care before I ran away. I was waiting for him to get home. It was almost twleve. At twleve he was going to turn eighteen. He was going to be able to leave and he promised to take me with him. He was working and has been saving each paycheck so we could get a place together.
I waited and waited. My foster dad must of heard me up because he came into my room. He tried to force himself on me and I screamed and fought several times... I eventually gave up but Manny...Manny came to the rescue like he always did. It's like he had this instinct that would hit him if I was introuble.
Even if I got a paper cut, he knew. He always knew what was wrong with me. He would be gone all day and if something happened, he instantly knew.
But he fought our foster dad but Manny lost. He was beaten so badly and there was so much blood.... Manny told me to run. He told me to never come back. I kissed his cold forehead and I left. I ran away and never looked back. Everyday I would check the news looking to see what happened but it never came until one day, they said they found his body in the woods.
It's funny though because a few years ago, I seen Manny. I seen him walking into a restaurant with a girl wrapped around his arms and a baby on his shoulders. It was him.
I ran up to him and called him by Manny but he didn't know me. He didn't remember anything about foster care and he said his name was Robbie."
Robbie.
Our boss name is Robbie. The guy from last night said.
It has to be the same Robbie.
"Baby." Stormi kissed my lips.
I cleared my head and kissed her back.
"How did anyone get those pictures of me?" She asked when she pulled away.
I shook my head. "I don't know baby. I promise you I'll find out. I won't let anything happen to you but you have to listen to stay safe."
She nods before kissing the side of my neck."Make me forget baby. Give me a distraction. Make me feel something other than those memories."
