So Angela and I had reconciled thanks to the mediation by Nolan. He carefully explained everything to her and made us negotiate as well, thereby ending the feuding between us. I must admit, it was pretty nice to have Angela back to her normal self.

"It's finally here!" Mackenna cheered excitedly and we squealed with her.

We were currently waiting in the air conditioned room for our buses to arrive so we were chatting about all the fun things we'll do when we got there. Nathaniel had already arrived and he was chatting with his friends. Not that I cared though..but it seemed he amd his squad were the few students left to arrive.

"Did that bitch come?" Mackenna asked drumming her fingers on the desk.

"Don't know, don't care." Angela answered sighed.

Ever since Belinda nearly broke my head, I had not seen her since and in glad for that.

"She's probably dead." Mackenna deadpanned and we snickered.

Sometimes,I wonder how she thinks I can seduce Nathaniel.

"Oh no." I muttered when she came to pass by our table. Even if she didn't do anything bad to me, at least I got a glare. So much hatred I don't even know why.

And just like somethings i have absolutely n idea, she made he appearance.

I groaned internally when she went to the direction where Nathaniel and the others were.

Can't she go and sit with her friends who are just a miniature of her?

"So Pamela.."

Why does she have to always sit with Nathaniel? I mean I get to sit with him for a bit but why does she always have to be free with him?

"Pamela?"

Why is Nathaniel mean to me but not to her?

"Pamela."

He has to be mean to her so that she can change.

"Pamela?"

But what if she changes and they fall in love?

"Pamela."

They'll have their happily ever after

"Pamela?"

And what will I have? A saddy ever after?

"PAMELA?!" Mackenna and Angela both yelled and I flinched as I faced them.

"Huh?" I replied.

"What's wrong with you?" Angela asked.

"Nothing." I replied.

"So why are you looking over there?" Mackenna asked.

"Nothing." I sighed. "So why were you guys calling me?" I asked.

"What did Belinda do to you yesterday?" She asked.

"She..uhh..she..she accidentally.."

"Accidentally? "

"She unintentionally. ."

"Same thing."

"She inadvertently.."

"Same."

"She..unthinkingly.."

"Equivalent."

"She uhh..um..subconsciously"

"Subconsciously?"Angela.

"It's true..she didn't-"

"HURRY UP! THE BUSES ARE HERE! GO TO THE BUSES YOU'RE ASSIGNED TO!" The teachers yelled and we groaned.

That was because, we wouldn't be sitting with each other and I didn't want to sit with anyone apart from my friends. I moved out to look for the bus I was assigned to and when I found it I went inside.

There where many empty seats in the bus but the teacher in it instructed me to sit at a particular place. The place where Nathaniel was sitting.

Maybe I should ran away and go home...

He momentarily glanced at me before looking through the window and I sat down. The only air I could breathe was his wonderful cologne.

A few minutes later the bus was full and we set of to the place. I took out my phone and ear piece, this whole time feeling his gaze on me, plugged them into my ears and listened to some music.

I took them out of my ears for a while when the they were singing songs in the bus.

I didn't realize I was muttering the lyrics until, "Shut up your voice is terrible you don't even know how to sing the song properly." Nathaniel's statement reached my ears through his deep voice.

"I bet you know how to sing it better." I said in my mind as I shut up. After about an hour, I felt hungry.

Not wanting him to hear the rumbling of my stomach and taunt me more, I brought out my bottled malt and chocolate biscuit.

I should have listened to Eugene and had brought canned malt because I was struggling with the cork.I'm sure he tightened the cork just to punish me.

When we were kids..

"Pamela for the last time, give me the hose pipe!" Eugene yelled behind me but I ignored him. Dad had asked us to wash his car after countless of begs and I refused to give the hose pipe to Eugene as I looked in the hole of the pipe.

"Pamela!"

"Can't hear you." I lied.

"So how did you know I was calling you?" He asked.

"I didn't know you were calling me."

"Didn't you say you can't hear?" He pointed out and the next thing I knew, the water splashed over my face.

"Eugene!" I exclaimed as he laughed hysterically. I growled and chucked some water from the hose into his mouth and he gulped the water and it was my turn to laugh at him.

Now, both of us were laughing and we forgot to wash the car and our parents came to meet us.

"What in the world?!" Mom interrobanged and our laughter turned into crying when mom and dad...spanked us!

Again, I didn't realize I was chuckling until,"What's so funny?" Nathaniel asked looking down to me and I shook my head.

"Mad girl." He muttered shaking his head.

"You're girlfriend is the mad girl." I said in my mind so no one heard me. I continued to struggle with the cork and Nathaniel took it from my hands.

"You can't open this simple thing." He taunted and opened the bottle with just and click.

"Fuck." He cursed and when I turned to look up to him, the lather from the malt was dripping on his hand and I took out the tissue from my bad and wiped his hand.

I bowed my head to hide the grin and when he lifted my chin, my laughter seized as my eyes bored into his black ones.

The bus stopped for us to refresh and I got down to empty my bladder in one of the washrooms at the fuel station. When I finished, I washed my hands and came outside and I found Nolan talking with a couple of of guys.

"Hey Nolan." I chirped as I greeted the other guys with my eyes.

"Hey, we're in the same bus." He said. "Have you seen Angela today?" He asked.

"Of course, Angie is my best friend." I said.

"Well..um..okay." He said and I chuckled. "Don't worry, you'll see her."I assured.

"Let's go." He said, placed his hands on my shoulders and we went back into the bus.When we entered, "Where do you sit?" Nolan asked me.

"With the devil of course." I answered and when I looked over to my seat, the she-devil was there.

When Nathaniel saw me, he pulled her in for a kiss and Nolan groaned from beside me.

"He kisses her like his life depends on it." He said and I shrugged as if I didn't care. He went back to his seat and when Belinda got up, I went back to my seat and I sat down.

A strange feeling like hurt was in me and I couldn't decipher why. It's like I was angry with him or something. I shook my head and took out the brochure I stole from Nolan.

The Menuza Falls was a very nice exotic place, I could just imagine washing my feet with water from a spring. I was a busily going through the brochure and Nathaniel snatched it away.

You know, you could have just asked.

"I could just imagine me and Belinda in a lonely forest." He said looking down to me.

You think I care?

"But that might not happen because I have to make this trip regretful for you." He said and for some weird reason I blushed.
