"WHAT?!" I screamed. "I demand you Italians to bring me back to New York! You can't just bring me to Italy like if I'm some sort of shipment!"
This whole time I thought I was in some secret underground building located in New York but it turns out I'm in Italy. I'm fucking miles away from United States.
"Should've thought twice before hacking." Valentino said, flipping the gun in his hand. Oh, how I'd like to smack that gun to his head.
"Im going to fucking kill you." I sneered staring daggers into his soul.
"I'd like to see you try, love." He mocked shaking his head.
"Oh, believe me. I will."
"Here."
"Huh?"
"Prendilo." He said stretching his hand out to me with a dagger in hand. I stared at his hand confused. Did he bang his head on something?
"English, please."
"I said grab it." He said throwing me the dagger and I rose my hand catching it before it hit my face. He raised an eyebrow and tilted his head eyeing me...impressed? I flipped the dagger in my hand and passed my finger through the edge feeling it, I suddenly through it aiming for his stomach but he rose his knee hitting the handle and it flipped in the air as he caught it with his hand.
"You're really stupida if you thought you could plunge that dagger into me." He said smugly smirking.
I huffed and sank in my chair annoyed. I was mad at the fact he was better than me.
"Impressive." The old guy said interested. "I'll definitely need you."
"Need me for what?"
He ignored my question and opened a drawer and slid it to me. I furrowed my eyebrow staring at him then I averted my eyes to the folder. In the top in big black letters it read, 'Mission #487 Russian Mafia.'
"Russian mafia?" I asked raising my head towards him. "What does that have to do with me?"
"Nothing but it will soon." He paused doing a movement with his hand and soon enough Leo and the curly guy walked forward beside Valentino. "You four will work together."
My eyes almost bulged out, "What!? Wait, work together in what?" I asked panicking. I didn't want to get more involved in the Mafia.

A small smile stretched upon his face as he looked at all of us. "Russian Mafia. Valentino, best assassin worldwide and specialist in sniping and hand-to-hand combat. Kai, second-best assassin and specialist in hand-to-hand combat and hand guns. Leo, the third one and specialist in manipulation and deceiving and hand gun. Lastly Athena, best hacker worldwide and specialist in throwing knives."
"Where are you going with this?" Valentino asked narrowing his eyes as he placed his hand on the desk leaning forward.
He chuckled checking his watch, "You four will vanish the Russian Mafia, a mission that has been planned since a long time. There's nothing more needed then you four, a specialist in every kind. That's where I'm going."
I just met with this guy and he think I'll be able to fight the Russian Mafia, he clearly hit his head. If my mom was here she would've scolded me already.
I cleared my throat, "Look Mr...Um your name?" I asked sheepishly.
"Lincoln." he answered with a bored expression.
"Look, Mr.Licoln, I really don't know what's going on in your head but I am certainly not fit to fight a mafia...a whole mafia at that, but I also wanted to ask why the Russian mafia?"
His eyes turned cold as he clenched his fist, "Those lying bastards think they can get away with everything they do. They steal shipments of crates full of bombs, snipers and assault rifles and they don't only steal from us. We have talked with other mafias including the Mexican, American and Asian Mafia and they have said the same damn thing about how the Russians betrayed them or stole their shipments."
I nodded swallowing.
"I'm not working with her. It's always been me, Kai and Leo." Valentino argued and apparently the curly guy is named Kai. "She's just going to be a burden for us."
Lincoln raised his head to Valentino and looked at him darkly but it didn't seem to faze him as he stared back with the same intensity. Lincoln sighed and rubbed his nose, "Look kid, I know you don't want to but do it for the sake of our mafia, La mafia Italiana. Remember, you're going to take the throne some day and you don't want to start with the Russians bothering."

Valentino sighed and closed his eyes resting his face down. "I'll do it but don't expect me to get along with her." He growled looking at me.
I rose an eyebrow looking at him with a bored expression, "I really hope you don't. I want to be far away from you every second." I said plastering a mocking smile.
"Enough!" Lincoln interfered slamming his hands on his desk making me slightly flinch. "You four will go to one of the bases located in the north. The Russian's are staying a while in Italy and I hope you guys use this advantage. Now get out of my sight." He ordered standing up and walking out the room with women and guys behind him.
"I guess were doing this, let's start getting ready." Valentino growled running his hands through his hair. He turned to me and glared at me with such hate in his eyes.
"How about you stop glaring at me and act—"
"Shut up." He whispered harshly.
I furrowed my eyebrows taken back. I really shouldn't be surprised.
He started walking towards me and towered me as he looked intently at me. "Let's get something straight. I don't like the way you speak to me or how you talk back to me. You're crossing your fucking limit with me and I might as well shoot a bullet into your skull. So from now on, as long as your in this mission with me, you'll follow my orders. Capire?"
I didn't want to argue more with him as this will get us nowhere. "Fine." Was the last thing I said before walking out the room not knowing where I was going.
"Just to let you know, we have guards surrounding the whole area so there's no chance for you to escape." I heard him call out making me clench my teeth together irritated.
I turned around and Leo was right behind me and he walked forward leading me.
"Thanks." I whispered, in this whole day of me being kidnapped and forced to work in the mafia, Leo has been the only one who hasn't irritated me or harshly speak to me. He wasn't that bad.
He turned around and started walking backward looking back every once in a while to make sure he wouldn't trip. "For what?" He asked smiling.
A smile rose on my face, "I don't know. You just don't make me mad."
He hummed and we walked through the hallway and we came across some rooms that looked like dorms. "This is were we stay sometimes but normally we stay at the main house."
"Main house?" I asked looking around the room. The room was painted in white with a black lining in the bottom, there were three beds. Two we're colorful and one was simple, with a black sheet and a white pillows. Hm I wonder who it belongs to...
One the other side of the wall, it was covered with weapons of any kind but what caught my attention were the throwing knives. They're were different sizes and different models. I walked up to them and passed my fingers through them feeling there sharpness. Different colors were plastered in front of me but I had my eyes on the black ones.
"Yeah main house. It's where our Famiglia mafiosa stays." He responded interrupting my gawking section. I heard him chuckle and I turned around seeing he was looking at me with raised eyebrow. "Fascination with knives?"
I smiled and nodded, "Yeah, my mom used to teach me how to use them when I was younger. I still have her knives and use them every once in a while."
He hummed and grabbed the black knife set and extended his arm for me to grab them from him, "Here, these are mine but I never really learned how to throw these so I don't use them."
I looked at him in surprise and shook my head repeatedly. "No, no. These are yours, I'm already invading and I don't want-"
He grabbed my hand and forced them into my hand. "Take them. You're not invading by the way, you're in this mission with us meaning we work together, so I might as well get to know you for the time being."
I looked down at my hands where three black knives rested on my palm. The surname Espinosa was beautifully written on the handle.
I raised my head and looked at him with a thankful smile, "Thanks Leo, this really made my day."
"No problem, you might as well put them to good use." He sighed.
