Next morning I woke up with a bad mood. I really don't understand how to make Scarlet understand that I don't love Anastasia. Whole night I kept thinking ways to tell her. But I guess there is only one way. I have to tell her my past with Anastasia.
Just then I got phone call from my best friend Alexander. Much needed.
" Where the fuck have you been?" He yelled from his side.
"Hello to you too Alexander. I'm in Rome by the way."
"Meet me at our usual restaurant then for lunch." He ordered. Only he had the guts to order me around.
" No I can't Xander. Yesterday......."
I narrated all that happened yesterday.
"Anastasia is such a bitch. But no worries. You and Scarlet both come for lunch. Ariel is also there with me. It would be fun."
"Okay then. See you." I sighed.
As I turn I see Scarlet watching me. Confused.
"Good morning Scarlet." I smiled to lighten our mood.
"Morning Xavier."
"I wanted to ask that can we both go for lunch with my best friend Alexander and his wife Ariel?"
"Why me? You can always go." She shrugged.
"He knows about us. Please it would be change for us." I said.
"Fine but we have to talk first." She said.
"Let's talk over breakfast." I said.
She nodded.

We sat at the table with some omelette, fruits and coffee. First we decided to eat as yesterday both of us didn't have dinner and then to talk.
We were soon finished with our breakfast.
"Scarlet you tell me whatever is there inside your mind. Please don't leave anything."
"Alright." She sighed. "To begin with whatever I saw yesterday your conversation with her, you breaking things here, I think you still get affected because of her. I don't know what and how much deep relationship you guys shared but I think you still love her. And that's why maybe as you're hurt with something about her you reacted that way."

"This is what you think?" I ask. She nodded.
"Fine then. Let me tell you the whole story. Anastasia Williams and I dated a while ago. About fiver years back. Her father was my enemy but still I loved her so much that I took the risk of dating an enemy's daughter. I thought she loved me too. But I was completely wrong. She never loved me. She was with me for money and to help her dad. She wanted some important information of mine. Her dad attacked me. We barely won. That day I got to know she was fake all this time. That day I promised myself not to trust anyone. Every girl is a lying bitch."
By the time he completed, I was all crying. How much more stupid I should behave? All this time I was telling him to go back to a girl who hurt him so badly. Scarlet you're such a dumb girl!
"Xavier I-I'm........" I literally broke down in front of him. I covered my face with my hand.
"Hey hey. Don't cry." Xavier came towards me and engulfed in a tight hug. "Don't cry sweetheart. I'm sorry." He kept caressing my hair.
"Nooo!! I'm so sorry Xav. I'm the one who should say sorry. Don't ever go back to her. Don't leave me please." I kept crying.
"Shush..... I'm not leaving you okay? Stop crying please." He placed a kiss on my forehead.
"Okay." I looked at him with worried eyes. " I'm so sorry Xav you had to go through so much."
"It's all okay. You are with me now. I'm happy about that." He smiled at me.
I looked at him lovingly.
He is the one.
