I don't know for how much time I was in the closet. I could hear guns firing continuously. Jesus Christ! I hope Xavier is okay. This was the first I was hearing so many guns firing live. Earlier it was only in movies. Now my life was becoming a movie. I wonder if any director would be interested in making movie on my life? I know I may sound crazy. Outside gun shots were there and here inside I was thinking about my biopic.

Suddenly I heard my room's door opening. I think two men entered. Was it Xavier? Please be Xavier. I was sitting in corner of the closet. If someone entered they couldn't see me immediately. As expected two men entered in my closet. I could hear faint noises of their voices. I could tell no one was Xavier.

"You go in there. I will search here."

After few minutes they found me. Bad luck Scarlet!

"Oh darling, you're here. Come on boss wants to meet you."

"I'm not coming anywhere with you." I yelled at him. He was dressed all in black. He even had mask on. So I couldn't see his face.

"You bitch are not allowed to yell at me. Come now or else I will drag you out." He shouted at me.

"You fucking bastard I'm not coming anywhere with you. Didn't you hear me?" I yelled.

He came so close to me. He grabbed me by my neck. Then he grabbed my hair. I grunted in pain. Tears were forming in my eyes.

"You whore. You didn't listen to me. Now watch me." He grabbed my arm so tightly and with other hand he was holding my hair. I'm sure his grip on my arm will turn my arm blue.

He started taking me out of my room.

"Leave me you fucking asshole. Xavier! Xavier!" I kept shouting.

When we were in hallway, out of nowhere Xavier appeared in front of us. My knight in shining armour! Thank goodness.

"If you want to see tomorrow's daylight, you leave her right away." Xavier screamed at the guy.

"If you want to see your hot girl to live, move away. My boss will kill you."

"Oh are you speaking of the boss which is lying dead in the living room?" Xavier smirked.

The guy instantly left my arm and hair. Sob left from my mouth. As the guy was about to run, Xavier shot him in chest. The guy collapsed on floor.

Holy shit!

Xavier hurried towards me and took me in his embrace. I broke down in his arms. Thank god I was in his arms. I hugged him so tightly as if my life depended on it.

"Baby, are you okay? Did he hurt you anywhere?" He asked worry evident in his eyes.

"I'm okay, Xavier. Are you good? Who attacked us?"

"It was the Australian Mafia. The reason behind the attack is still not known. But we managed to capture the head man of the attack. So hopefully he will tell us everything about it."

"Oh!" It was difficult for me to digest such type of information.

"I'm sorry Scarlet. Because of me you have to face such things. But remember I won't let anyone hurt you." He kissed me.

"Xavier, I came here by force but I stay here by choice. You don't need to say sorry."

Xavier smiles. "Let's get you to bed. Maids will clear all the mess in the house and cook for us. Till then I have some work. I will call you once dinner is ready."

"But I can cook." I protested.

"I know you can cook but today you rest."

"Fine." I sighed.

He held my arm to take me to my room when I hissed at the touch. That guy sure left me some mark. Ouch!

"What happened sweetheart?" He began examining my arm.

"Um, nothing." I lied. I know how angry Xavier can get.

"Are you hurt somewhere?" He then got a look at my arm which was blue now.

"Did that bastard do this?" Xavier gritted his teeth.

"It will fade away Xav. Don't worry." I tried to divert his attention.

"Mi amore I'm asking you last time, did that bastard do this?"

"Um yes."

Though the guy was already dead lying on floor, Xavier shot him again and again till the last bullet in gun. God his anger is to another level.

"Come on let's get you to rest Scarlet." Xavier took me to the room.
