"Sunny" a voice sang

"Wake up Sunny...wake up my love" a melodic voice whispered in my ear making me smile.

The soft wind brushed back my hair as I slowly opened my eyes to see the beauty of my love looking down at me with a gorgeous smile on her pinkish plump lips. My head was laying in her lap while she ran her soft fingers through my hair making me hum with peace and satisfaction. "I wonder what I did in my past life to be gifted with a loving goddess like you" I smiled as I held her hand bringing it to my lips before placing a kiss over her knuckles. "I love you so much my Riya...so much" my voice wavered slightly as I held her hand tightly to my chest, afraid to let her go.

Leaning her forehead over mine, we both closed our eyes, the wind adding more calmness while we both took in small soft breaths, enjoying the warmth and affection we shared with each other. "and I love you too...so much" she kissed my forehead twice before pulling my cheek making me laugh. Kissing her hand again, I smiled when hearing a cute voice calling out for me and my love.

"Mommy...Daddy" the voice lifted with excitement as I opened my eyes to see Riya smiling to her left. Sitting up from her lap, I opened my arms to a running adorable bundle of joy who jumped into my arms causing an 'uff' sound to leave my lips. Hugging her tiny form, I kissed her head and placed her on my lap while Riya pulled her chubby cheeks watching our 3-year-old daughter with awe.

I looked at my small family with so much joy and comfort that tears started to swell up in my eyes. My daughter jumped up and down on my lap playing with the buttons of my shirt. Seeing the tears in my eyes, Riya's smiling face fell as she looked at me with concern. Moving closer to me, she caught the falling tear that escaped from my eyes before caressing my cheek. "What's wrong Sunny? why is my handsome, sexy, hot and not to forget annoying husband crying?" she teased bumping her shoulder into mine making me chuckle. "I just.." I bit my lip, my eyes locking in with hers as she waited for my answer. Her soft thumbs caressed my rough skin, her eyes filled with care and love making my heart lighten up as I tucked back a hair-strand of hers behind her ear.

"I'm just so happy to finally be with you...to be with our daughter. After everything I have done to you, I sometimes feel like I don't deserve this at all...I deserve to be alone...I deserve to live in pain for my entire life. You and our child are the greatest blessings in my life and I forever will be thankful to God for giving me a second chance to be with the woman of my dreams, the love of my life...my Riya...my life...my annoying, sexy wife" I teased her at the end making her slap my shoulder with playfulness making me laugh.

I noticed how her eyes filled with tears when listening to my words. Cupping my cheeks, she leaned her forehead against mine, rubbing her nose with mine. "I hated what you did to me, I hated you a lot but I couldn't deny that the love I had for you was still alive in my heart. Everyone makes mistakes, everyone sins, even I am a sinner, this world is full of sins but everyone deserves a chance and our love won. I saw love in your eyes for me, I saw the tears you shed for me that day... I don't want to lose you Sunny, I never want to lose you, I can't explain how much I love you...I love you so much Sunny...so much...please forget our painful past...I don't want those memories to ruin our future, to ruin what we have. Let's move on with a fresh start...with a new beginning with our baby" her voice was warm filled with emotions, her teardrops falling onto my face making me close my eyes as I enjoyed the comfort of her arms.

My heart ached for what I did in the past but she was right, it was now time for a fresh start, me and her together with our daughter...my angel. Leaning forward, I caught her lips with mine stealing a kiss from her sweet petals. "Daddy" my baby tried pulling me back making Riya laugh at her actions. "Aww is my baby girl jealous" I pinched her chubby cheeks before kissing them making her pout. Laying on the thick grass, I picked her up and threw her in the air catching her making her squeal out of excitement making me laugh. I turned to see Riya laying down next to me as she smiled watching me play with our daughter.

"Again...again daddy" she screamed with happiness making me throw her in the air again and catching her making her squeal with enjoyment. We all laughed, the happiness radiating with brightness. I threw my angel once again in the air ready to catch her but suddenly darkness surrounded me making me sit up in a flash. Everything had disappeared, my daughter...Riya....the whole area was pitch black making my exhalation heavy.

"Riya...Riya...." I stood up and ran looking around for my family. Panicking I screamed and yelled out Riya's name but the only sounds I could hear were my own echoes. "RIYA...PLEASE...PLEASE WHERE ARE YOU...RIYAAAA.....RIYAAAAAAA" I roared out in pain as fresh tears left my eyes. Hiccupping and crying I fell onto my knees, my hands covering my wet face as I muttered the name of the woman who was my entire life.

"Sunny" a soft yet broken voice whispered making me halt. Slowly lowering my hands, my heart fell to my stomach as I looked at the scene in front of me with utter horror. A light shone onto a sitting Riya, her arms wrapped around her knees, her back facing towards me as she rocked forward and back muttering my name.

Shocked at what was happening, I placed my trembling hand onto the ground crawling towards her rocking form. "R-Riya..." my nervous voice called out causing her rocking to stop. Her long light brown hair was now dull, her body concealed with a lacy black dress, while her body seemed skinny. Her head slowly turned towards me, the light exposing the dark red liquid dripping out of her eyes making me scoot back with dread.

She was crying out blood, her eyes dull...defeated, dark and just lifeless. Her face was etched with pain, agony...tiredness. I was speechless, I didn't know what was going on. Knots clenched and tightened in my stomach as I watched how the teardrop formed out of blood trickled down her pale flesh down to her dry and chapped lips.

I crawled towards her, my body quivering as I sit in front of her, her eyes dead as she stared back with an inscrutable expression. Cupping her cold cheeks, my bottom lip shook as I hugged her to my chest crying. "I'm sorry...I'm sorry...I'm so so sorry" I muttered, caressing her hair...placing kisses again and again as I muttered multiple sorries.

My body tensed when I abruptly felt a pool of wetness over my trousers making me pull away from Riya. Holding her shoulder, I looked down at my trousers only to see the color of them darken. My eyes then quickly snapped towards her wrists seeing an open wound oozing out with blood making me nauseous.

"Riya...no...no" I muttered with fear and anxiety as I held her wrist with shock. "S-sunny" she whispered making me look at her with concern. "No...no...baby....baby don't close your eyes...Riya...RIYA PLEASE....wake up baby...wake up" I laid her in my lap, cupping her cheeks as her eyes rolled back....her body going limp making my heartbeat lose control over its speed with absolute terror. Ripping open my shirt, I tore half of the fabric and wrapped it around her cut to stop the gushing blood.

"You can't leave me...you can't" I hugged her form, burying her face into my neck as I rocked ourselves. "I already lost you...I can't lose you again...I'm nothing without Riya...I am nothing...my life is meaningless without you being in it...don't leave me Riya...please....please don't l-leave m-me" I cried into her neck.

Caressing her hair, I hugged her even tighter not caring about the heavy tears flowing down my face. I cupped her cold cheeks leaning my face towards hers watching her angelic features as she slept. "If you leave me Riya, I'm coming right behind you. I don't want to live anymore...I can't live...I want to die...I want to come with you...take me...take me to where you are Riya...bring me with you...I can't live in that world alone...I'm so alone Riya...I'm so alone" I whispered with grief as a burning sensation flamed up in my heart.

"Daddy"

I snapped my head up when hearing the sound of my daughter. "Angel...angel where are you?" I called out in desperation as I hugged Riya closer to my chest. "MURDERER" A voice screeched making me realize the sudden emptiness in my arms.

I breathed heavily once my eyes laid on my lap. My arms....my lap....empty...Riya wasn't there anymore. "RAPIST" the voice screamed again making my body vibrate as I looked around to see multiple clones of Riya surrounding me. My heavy breath shook as I hurried back looking at the accusing faces with shock.

"N-no...n-no...I'm... I'm not a rapist" I shook my head furiously denying the words she was spitting out. I wasn't a rapist...I'm not a rapist...I'M NOT A RAPIST. "You are a murderer Sunny...you killed me...you killed my baby...you killed my sister...you shall pay...YOU SHALL PAY FOR YOUR SINS" she cried demonically making me tremble with so much fear.

"MURDERER"

"No" I whispered

"RAPIST"

"No" I rocked

"CHEATER"

"N-no"

"MURDERER"

"RAPIST"

the words echoed, screamed, taunted, and insulted continuously in my ears. "NOOOO" I covered my ears trying to block the voices.

"RAPIST"

"MURDERER"

"NOOO.....STOPP...STOPP..." I yelled as I squeezed my eyes shut, adding pressure onto my ears but I could still hear the voices laughing at me...at my condition.

"I won't let you die...you can't die so easily...that will be unfair to Riya...that will be unfair to her baby...you have to live...you need to live...you need to go through what she went through...you need to be punished for what you did...I can't let this happen to you Sunny...you need to wake up...you need to wake up Sunny...WAKE UP"

"MURDERER"

"RAPIST"

"STOPPP...ARHHHH" I shouted as my head started to spin...a shooting pain igniting my brain as the voices got louder and louder.

"Patient is having a seizure...please leave the room"

"Sunny....sunny....my baby....wake up....wake up for your mum...Sunny" a feminine voice cried out but it was quickly overtaken by Riya's voice again. Her voice screaming crying, the crying sounds of a baby crying into my ear causing a ringing sound in my ear.

My heart was palpitating, my hands and body sweating as the voices grew louder and deafening.

"WAKE UP SUNNY....WAKE UP"

"WAKE UP"

"RIYA" I gasped out as I snapped my eyes open, my chest rising slowly as I inhaled a deep breath before drowning back into the same darkness I was trapped in before.
