《If only I knew you (UNEDITED)》Chapter 31: Missing

"God damn it...pick up the phone Eyshu" I muttered under my breath. "Sorry the number you are trying to-"
"Fuck" I cursed, punching my steering wheel. "Where are you Eyshu...where are you?" I leaned my head back, pinching the bridge of my nose. After Eyshana ran out of the hospital, I ran after her but lost sight of her. I then decided to drive myself to where she went but she wasn't there. My blood boiled when I saw Ezhil Hi-fiving the others through the window. While Eyshana was suffering, this bastard was enjoying his life?.
I tried my fully best to gather proof to prove Eyshana's innocence. I don't know why but I knew she was innocent. Innocence screamed in her eyes, I saw it in her tears but the one who claimed to love her was blind to see anything. Shame on him and his saw called feeling of love. I loved seeing their reactions, the way they cried, the regret, the guilt, serves them right after what they did to her. I felt so ashamed being friends with these monsters. I knew what type of guy Ezhil was but I never knew he would stoop so low to ruining a girl's innocence, having a sister himself who nearly went through the same procedure.
Since that night I have been trying to find Eyshana but she is no where, it's like she has disappeared. I don't know what plight she would be in, I'm so scared and worried for her. I knew wherever she is she would be in pain. I need to find her, I can't let her go through this alone, not after that horrible news.
I spent days and nights searching for her but there was no news of her. I even went to the police but they didn't help. Useless police officers. It's been 1 week since she has gone missing and I feel so useless not being able to help her when she needs me. I stepped out of my car and walked towards the temple. "Excuse me, have you seen this girl walk by?" I stopped a random man and showed him Eyshana's photo. He looked closely and shook his head. "No...sorry" he said and walked away. I ran my hand through my hair and continued asking the people around this area but they all said no.

I sighed and looked at the temple. I took my shoes off and walked up the stairs, facing the idol. Many people were here, bells ringing, children laughing. I folded my hands and closed my eyes. "Please god....please....please help me find her....help me find her god....keep her safe...keep her protected god...please" I prayed as a tear drop fell out of my eye. This was the only temple close by as London doesn't have many temples, so I had a feeling she might have come here. I slowly opened my eyes and smiled to myself as I walked down the stairs. I wore my shoes and started again asking people.
I stopped an old man who looks like he works at the temple. "Excuse me uncle-" I called out. The old man stopped and turned to look at me. "Yes my child" he said kindly. I fished my phone out and showed him Eyshu's photo. "Uncle...have you seen this girl anywhere....or even walk past here?" I asked him with desperation, my breath becoming heavy. He squinted his eyes and held my phone looking closing at the photo.
"Yes...yes she...she looks very familiar but she doesn't have that glow on her like she has in this photo" he gave me my phone back. I looked at him with shock. "Uncle...uncle which way did you see her go?...please uncle....I really need to find her" I held his hand, pleading him. He patted my hand and smiled at me. "I've seen her walk down this road many times. If you go straight-" he pointed at a quiet road, "you will see an empty path. Just keep walking ahead until you see a small house. It looks very old and broken, no one lives there but I have seen her walk that way many times during this week my son" he said.
I said in relief and closed my eyes, re-opening them again. "Thank you....thank you so much uncle" I thanked him. He just smiled and patted my hand, "May god bless you" he said and walked away. I looked back at the temple and smiled. I put my phone back into my back pocket and started to walk on that empty road. The road looked abandoned and dark. It was weird how it was day time but this side of the city looked so spooky.

I kept walking straight until I saw a very small house in the distance. I stopped and squinted my eyes only to realize that was the house that old man was talking about. I started to run towards the house with a smile on my face. Finally...finally I found her.
I stopped in front of the house, my eyes widening in shock as I looked at the place. It looked so old, so small and so broken, like no one has ever used it. What was Eyshu doing at a place like this?...alone?.
I knocked on the door but once I touched the door it fell to the ground making me move back. What the....
Is that how weak the door was?
I slowly made my way in, the whole room was dark and very dusty. I coughed a bit swaying my hand in front of me due to the dust. "Eyshana" I called out as I moved more into the room. It was a very small room, with logs all over the place. I wouldn't even call this a house.
"Eysh-"
I stopped when I heard movement near a broken window. I stood there shock, my eyes wide as I stared at the girl wrapped in a blanket, shivering to herself. "Eyshu" I whispered in pain as I rushed towards her.
"E-eyshu...Eyshu it's me...Sagar" I said with tears but she flinched back. My painful smile died down when I saw her face. Her nose was red, her hair was tangled and in a very bad mess, her eyes were bloodshot red, her skin was pale, her lips were chapped and dry. She looked so thin...like she hadn't eaten for years. She had dirt on her face as she shivered, clutching onto the ripped blanket.
She sniffled, leaning her head onto the wall. "E-eyshu" my voice shook in pain as I sat on the floor beside her. I took off my coat and placed it over her body. "E-eyshu...what has happened to you?...what have you done to yourself?" I asked with pain, my lips trembeling.
She just stared at the wall, ignoring me like I wasn't here. I looked down and realized there were some packets of white surrounding her. I looked at them with confusion as I held one up. I touched the white powder and brought it close to my nose to smell it. My eyes widened in disbelief as I whipped my head at Eyshana in utter shock.
She...she was taking drugs?
I threw the packet away in anger and grabbed her arms shaking her furiously. "Eyshana...talk to me....talk to me god damn it. How dare you do this to yourself....how dare you take drugs?.....DON'T IGNORE ME.....TALK TO ME....EYSHANA" I yelled at her, shaking her madly but she continued staring at the wall with no expression on her face.
I let go of her arms as I stared at her in shock, stumbling back, leaning onto the wall in pain. I bit my lip, my eyes tightly closed as tears started to stream down to my cheeks. I tugged onto my hair, my face hidden in between my knees. "I'm so sorry Eyshu...I'm so sorry" I cried
