Yoora couldn't focus on anything, her mind drifting to the steamy encounter with Yoongi in the girls bathroom. Her chin leaning on her hand as she looked out the window, her gaze focused on the swaying trees and sweaty, panting boys trying to catch their breaths by the pitch.
''Thank god I skip gym class,'' she thought as she reminisced all the times she'd run during gym in school, cursing herself for not skipping every single time.
She felt herself blush as she remembered how Yoongis breath tickled her ear, how close their bodies were in the stall. She knew she was in denial, deep down the knowledge of her feelings towards Yoongi was eating her from the inside. When has she started feeling this way towards the boy?
Not realising class was over, she didn't budge from her position, eyes still glued to the window. Minji nudged her friend but received no response, until she hugged her from behind, earning a high pitched yelp from the dazed girl.
''Minji! Don't sneak up on me like that,'' she exclaimed as she glared at her now laughing friend.
''Sorry, you were daydreaming, I called your name at least ten times,'' she said.
Yoora grabbed her bag and left the classroom with Minji trailing behind her.

The girls walked home, arms linked, with a bag of fries in their hand. They munched on their food loudly as they neared their apartment. Minji took out her keys and before she opened the door, noticed a white envelope laying on the ground by the door. Curiously, she picked it up. It was a blank envelope, flipping it over she saw Yoora's name written on it with a black marker.
She gave her friend the envelope. ''For you, it was on the ground,'' she said as she fumbled with her keys.
Yoora eyed the envelope in her hand suspiciously, but didn't comment on it as they entered the apartment.
Minji flopped onto the couch with the bag of fries as Yoora sat beside her.
She nervously tore the envelope open, taking out a sheet of paper with very messy handwriting on it.
You haven't been answering my calls, how rude of you. I see you hanging around a group of guys everyday and you can't give me a little attention? I know where you live, sweetie. I know which bedroom you sleep in, I know where you go to school. You're very pretty, you know? You should pick up my calls, so I don't have to pay you a visit.
Yoora felt tears filling up in her eyes as she stared at the letter in shock. Her hands shakely gripping the paper, she held back a sob.
The silent phone calls, the constant feeling of being watched, it all clicked. She was being stalked, she had a stalker. Since when has he been following her? She felt uneasy, what if he was watching her right now? Her hands started to sweat as she remembered all of the times she rejected his phone calls. What was she going to do now?
She didn't want to break down in front of Minji, so she folded the paper neatly, placing it back into the envelope.
''Is it from a secret admirer?'' Minji asked with a mouth full of food.
Yoora turned around to face her and flashed her a fake smile.
''Just a letter from my mom, that's all,'' she replied.
Minji, not noticing the fear in her voice, simply nodded and continued devouring her food.
''Oh, I'm taking you out tonight,'' Minji stated.

Yoora raised her eyebrow at her, ''Where?''
''Jungkook invited us out for noodles and soju, he insisted on your mandatory attendance.''
Yoora opened her mouth, about to protest, before Minji shoved a fry into her mouth, silencing her.
''Nope, you're not getting out of this one, you're coming.''
Yoora sighed in defeat, slumping against the soft couch.
No matter how badly she wanted to break down at that moment, she stayed silent. She didn't want to worry Minji, so she bottled her emotions up, as she usually did.

The two girls walked through the busy streets of Seoul, the sun has set a long time ago as the night sky was on full display above them, no clouds in the sky as the moon shone brightly. Minji went all out, wearing one of her best dresses, meanwhile Yoora settled for a simple sweather tucked into a denim skirt.
Yoora dreaded the sight of Yoongi, how could she look him in the eye after the bathroom incident? She felt a burning sensation in her stomach as they were nearly at their destination.
''It'll be fun! Jungkook said its all on him, so us broke girls have nothing to worry about,'' Minji chirped cheerfully as they walked.
Yoora rolled her eyes at her friends remark. ''Well, of course you'd say that,'' she muttered.
Yoora's thoughts drifted to the note she had received. What it that creep was stalking them right now? She couldn't help but occasionally sneak a glance behind her, trying to notice any suspicious behaviour, but failing to locate anyone tailing after them. Maybe he was lurking in the shadows, waiting for the right moment to reveal himself.
Her train of thought was interrupted by her friend letting go of her arm as she ran to the group of buys standing by a brightly lit noodle bar.
''You made it! I'm glad,'' Jungkook exclaimed.
Yoora's eyes immediately wandered over to Yoongi, who stood farther away from the boys, leaning against the wall. His eyes were closed, as if in deep thought. He was wearing a black leather jacket and black skinny jeans, making him appear thinner than he was.
His eyes shot open as he felt movement, lowering his head he locked eyes with Yoora who was staring at him intently.
She immediately averted her gaze, feeling the blood rush to her cheeks.
''Alright, let's go in already, I'm starving!'' Jimin exclaimed as he opened the door to the bar, letting the girls through first.
Yoora hoped to snatch a seat beside Minji, but everyone immediately took their places and the only seat left was beside the boy she was desperately trying to avoid.
''Someone kill me now,'' she thought. She was about to dash out of the bar before Yoongi grabbed her hand and forced her to sit down beside him, not sparing her a glance.
He leaned into her ear, ''I hate it when you avoid me, kitten.''
She tensed up, not knowing what to say. He's too close, he's always too close.
''I-I'm not avoiding you,'' she said as she turned to face him. His expression was unreadable as his eyes pierced hers.
''Whatever you say,'' he retorted, looking away from her.
Yoora looked at Minji who was sitting beside Jimin, she could tell she liked him from the way her eyes sparkled at every word he spoke and the smile plastered on her face as he leaned in to whisper something in her ear, causing her cheeks to turn bright red.
''How cute, now I've got something to tease her about,'' she thought.

Namjoon ordered the drinks and food, asking everybody what they wanted. Yoora had completely lost her appetite from the moment she was made aware of her stalker, so she declined and settled for some soju.
''Are you not hungry, Yoora?'' Jin asked worriedly.
Yoora shook her head in response.
''You shouldn't drink on an empty stomach, you could get sick! You should have something to eat,'' he said.
Yoora smiled at that, Jin had always been the most caring out of the group, making sure everyone was eating and having fun.
''I'll be fine, Jin, thank you,'' she said politely.
Yoongi noticed how distressed Yoora looked, her hands firmly gripping the hem of her skirt while glancing around every few seconds. She seemed to be scared of something, but he couldn't figure out what.
''Yoora, why are you acting so strangely lately?'' he asked.
Her head perked up at the sound of his voice. ''I'm not, what are you talking about?''
He carefully studied her face. Her long hair was put up into a ponytail, there were bags under her eyes and a certain sadness hidden in them, he could tell she was playing dumb. With one look, he was able to deter how she was feeling, whether it was happiness, anger or pain, he could tell.
''You shouldn't lie to me, Yoora. I can see you're nervous,'' he said.
He just wanted her to be honest, he was extremely worried about her at that point.
She forced a smile at him. ''I'm not lying, Yoongi. Stop worrying already, would you?''
He was about to say something before a bottle of soju appeared in front of him. ''Drink up!'' Hoseok exclaimed.
Yoongi unscrewed the cap and poured himself a shot, immediately downing it. The bitter liquid slightly burned his throat, but he didn't mind.
''Hey, you're supposed to drink with us, not alone!'' Jungkook exclaimed as he gestured to his empty shot glass.
Yoongi smirked at him. ''Oops, you're too slow,'' he said.
Soon enough their food arrived and everyone dug into their noodles, except for Yoongi who played around with them, poking them with his chopsticks.
''You should eat your food, not play with it,'' Yoora said as she stared at the bowl of noodles being violated by Yoongi.
''Says the one who won't eat,'' he mumbled under his breath.
''What was that, grandpa?''
He shot her an offended look. ''Do I look like a grandpa to you?'' he said in a high pitched voice.
She let out a chuckle. ''Yeah, you do.''
He scoffed at the girl, crossing his arms over his chest.
''I'm offended,'' he stated.
''Aw, is grandpa Yoongi triggered?'' she said in a mockingly fashion.
His gummy smile nearly made Yoora's stomach churn.
''I missed your laugh, you should laugh more, kitten.''
She suddenly felt nervous as Yoongi looked at her with softness in his eyes. She wasn't used to that at all, she was used to the playfulness, the lustful look, the smug smirk. The sight of his gentle expression sent her mind into total dissaray.
She didn't like the control he had over her, but at the same time found it amusing and enjoyable. It felt right.
But she was too scared to admit it.
''How many times do I have to tell you, I'm not your kitten, " she said with a pout.
Yoongi raised his eyebrow at her suggestively. "I know you secretly enjoy it, babe,'' he said with a wink.
Yoora burst out laughing, her loud giggles making the grin on Yoongis face widen.
He took her bottle of soju and poured her a shot, pouring himself one afterwards. He took his glass and raised it up to hers, the sound of glass clinking resonated in their ears before emptying their glasses. Yoora let out a whimper as her throat burned, it felt as though her windpipe was on fire.
''It's not that bad once you get user to it, trust me,'' he said as he watched Yoora's sour expression with amusement.
''Yah! Yoongi, don't be teaching Yoora how to drink, she shouldn't even be drinking on an empty stomach!'' Jin exclaimed.
Yoongi let out a sigh. ''She did come here to drink, didn't she? Im not teaching her anything, besides, are you her dad or something?'' he said with a laugh.
''Hey, treat my dad with respect, you punk,'' Yoora said as she grinned at a now laughing Jin.
''He may be your dad, but I'm your daddy,'' he cooed.
Yoora nearly choked on her own spit, couching up her lungs in the process.
''Min Yoongi calm your horny ass down,'' she exclaimed with flushed cheeks.
Yoora felt relieved, Yoongi has successfully distracted her from her dark thoughts. She relaxed a little as she sunk into her seat, watching Yoongi pour her another shot and waved it around in front of her face.
''Alright alright, let's drink,'' she said in defeat as she grabbed the glass from him and putting it to her lips, feeling the burning liquid ooze down her throat.
''Yuck, this is awful,'' she muttered.
''Alcohol isn't supposed to taste good, dummy,'' Yoongi said as he playfully hit her on the head.
Taehyung watched the two continue to drink shot after shot, before taking the bottle of soju away from them. ''Yoongi, are you trying to kill her? Her alcohol tolerance is way lower than yours,'' he said as he motioned to the giddy girl.
Yoongi simply smiled at him. ''Okay, I won't give her anymore, just give me back the alcohol,'' he said as he took out his hand, waiting for the bottle to be handed back to him.
Taehyung sighed in defeat and placed the bottle in his hand.
Everyone seemed to be having fun, eating good food and laughing at Jins terrible dad jokes. After some time Namjoon placed his hand on Jins lips in order to shut him up. ''Jin, please, they're laughing because of the soju in their systems,'' he said, a pleading look in his eyes.
Yoora felt her phone vibrate in her pocket, whipping it out she noticed it was a text message from an unknown number.
Is the boy sitting next to you your boyfriend? I can't believe he's the one making you laugh instead of me
Yoora froze, a single bead of sweat traveling down her forehead. The muscles in her body tensed up as she read the text over and over, trying to wrap her head around it, her heart in her throat. She abruptly stood up, grabbing her bag and heading towards the bathroom with trembling hands and tears cascading down her cheeks.
Yoongi watched as she disappeared around the corner, where the restrooms were located. He couldn't help but grow worried as she left so suddenly, without uttering a single word.
Minji looked at Yoongi from across the table, he returned the gaze, they were both confused. They cared for Yoora the most, seeing her act the way she did made them uneasy and agitated.
Meanwhile, Yoora locked herself in an empty stall in the restroom. Her mind was in a frenzy, millions of thoughts rushing through her head. The paranoia made her feel crazy, why was she allowing a stalker to ruin her life like this? She felt an anxiety attack show its roots as she started hyperventilating, her eyes wide open, her hands placed over her chest, feeling the palpitation of her heart.
Her breathing finally slowed down after a minute, her muscles relaxing as she collapsed onto the ground. She felt pathetic, weak, but most of all, humiliated.
She couldn't bear it anymore, she needed to get home quickly, she wanted nothing more than to snuggle into her blanket in her comfy bed, with her plushies at her side. Most of all, she wished she could just wake up and have all of this be nothing but a mere nightmare.
But she had to face reality, this was the cruel reality, the fact that she was holed up in a bathroom stall having a panic attack all bevause of some twisted creep who refused to leave her alone.
She shakely took her phone out, typed out a message to Minji and sneakily made her way out of the bar, avoiding the table where her friends remained.
The vibration of her phone captured Minjis attention, grabbing it and clicking on the message she had just received.
sorry I felt unwell so I went home early don't worry about me and get home safe
Minji read over the text with a puzzled expression on her face. There's no way she'd just leave if something wasn't right.
She instantly got up, walking over to where Yoongi was seated. He was pouting himself another shot just as Minji shoved her phone into his face.
''Yoongi, I have a bad feeling, somethings wrong, I have to go find her,'' she slurred, looking at Yoongi with desperation.
Yoongi immediately noticed her intoxicated state and told her to sit back down. ''I'll go look for her, you stay here,'' he said as he grabbed his leather jacket from his seat.
Taehyung noticed the commotion and walked over to Minji who was now tugging at Yoongis sleeve.
''No, Yoongi, I have to go with you,'' she said in between hiccups.
''Yoongi, what's going on?'' he asked as he stared worriedly at Minji who was wobbling against him.
Yoongi snatched Minjis phone from her and showed the text message to Taehyung, whose face went dark.
''Yoongi, you stay here with Minji and don't let her leave, you got that?'' he ordered as he grabbed his jacket and darted out of the noodle bar, leaving a confused Yoongi behind.
Taehyung ran through the less rowdy streets of Seoul, looking for any sign of Yoora. He was frantic, his pace quickened as time went by. She couldn't have gone far.
He reached a dark alleyway, littered with knocked over trash cans and various home appliances that looked at least 50 years old, definitely in used condition. He noticed the silhouette of a not too tall girl at the end of the pitch black alleyway.
Without a second thought, he rushed up to her, not bothering to jump over any obstacles on the way, his legs clashing with various trash bags and cans, but he didn't care. All he cared about in that moment was Yoora, all he wanted to do was hug her tightly, feel her small body against his, shield her from the danger she felt in her bones.
He finally reached her and pulled her into a hug, embracing her small trembling frame. She felt her heart nearly jump out of her chest as she felt someone latch onto her, but relaxed once she heard Taehyungs voice.
''Thank god you're okay,'' he said in between pants. He held her tightly, refusing to let go.
Yoora let her hands dangle lifhtlessly at her side, not having the energy to move a muscle. She felt so vulnerable, like she could break at any second.
The tears came to a stop as Taehyung squeezed her with all of this strength, causing the oxygen to be knocked out of her lungs, but she didn't protest or push him away, she simply stayed still. She felt her body go limp before Taehyung pushed her away, locking his eyes with hers.
''I'll never leave you alone, you hear me? You have nothing to be scared of, I'll protect you,'' he said softly.
Taehyung knew. From the day he brought her out for coffee, he spotted someone following them, but decided to brush it off. He didn't see him as a threat, he didn't think it was serious. He chose to ignore it.
So when he saw the text message, that she left all alone in the middle of the night, he panicked. He was so terrified of losing her, he remembered how that creepy guy tailed her, how he brushed it off as nothing significant.
And he hated himself for it.
