It's been a month since Ice found out about Isla and he's seen her twice a week, he's been nothing but loving towards her and he seems to be getting used to holding her, slowly. At least he doesn't look like he's holding a ticking bomb anymore. I still haven't told my family about him, I can't decide if my mom will tell me to marry him or beat me for having a baby with an outlaw.

"Your ride is here." Natalie calls. Today the club are having a barbecue and Ice asked if I would bring Isla to meet the whole club. I am terrified. Nat isn't even coming with me because she didn't want Socket to think she was trying to get clingy. Apparently the sex is too good to risk a relationship.

"Hey Princess." Ice smiles as he lets Isla wrap her hand around his finger

"You look beautiful." He smiles before kissing my cheek. Things between us are so awkward. We had sex once, but we aren't friends, sex buddies or dating, we just share Isla and neither of us have figured out how to act towards each other. Sometimes he is scared to touch me, other times he kisses my cheek. He hasn't apologised for fixing my car, but he hasn't tried to give me the money back either, so I'm just going to let that go.

"Are you ready to go?" He asks and I nod as I grab my bag and Nat has secured Isla in her car seat. Ice carries Isla as I follow him out to his truck. I wanted to drive myself so I had a means of escape but I think Ice knew that was why. I climb into the passenger seat as I look back to check Ice has secured Isla properly and he has, before he climbs into the drivers seat.

He pulls out and immediately Isla starts crying

"Need me to stop?" He asks as I look back at her

"No, hang on." I say as I pull my cell out of my pocket and bring up my driving playlist.

"Tick tick boom hear me banging down these back streets, Bumpin' Blackstreet, treated like a athlete life ain't a track meet, no, it's a marathon" I wrap along with the song, subbing out the curse words, and she immediately stops crying. I look over to Ice to see him trying not to laugh

"What it works." I shrug. We arrive at the club house and I immediately feel over dressed in my yellow summer dress as girls walk around in jeans. I lift Isla out of her car seat and throw my bag over my shoulder as I follow Ice. There are tables with food over by the grill coolers scatter the lot as do picnic tables

"Imelda!" Cordelia calls with Lily in her arms

"Go find your friends she's mine." Cordelia says to Ice as she pulls me towards a table full of women and kids.

"I want you to meet the gang." Cordelia says as she sits down

"I'm Scarlett and this is Jessica." A gorgeous blonde woman says holding up her little girl, who looks younger than Isla

"I'm Evie and this little handsome bubba is Callum." A girl with long dark hair smiles as she kisses his chubby cheeks

"I'm Skye and Delilah is currently chasing her daddy." A blue haired girl sat in a wheelchair beside the table says pointing to a girl in a purple dress wrapping her arms around the leg of a really tall heavily tattooed man.

"I'm Izzy, although I'm sure I've seen you at my salon and that little angel wrestling with the boys is my daughter Camilla." Izzy says pointing to a pile of kids

"Those are my twins and Diesel is the one playing cards with Ace." Cordelia sighs

"And then this is Indigo, she's finally joining us in the mama club." Cordelia says as she wraps her arm around a dark haired girl who looks a little nervous

"Adeline is around here somewhere." Scarlett says looking around

"I didn't realise there were so many children in your club." I reply

"Yeah well that happens when the nurse hands out defective birth control." Scarlett smirks pointing to Cordelia

"It was not defective. It's just coincidence that you and Evie got pregnant around the same time." Cordelia replies

"Yeah yeah, you just wanted more kids around." Evie replies

"At least I'm not the only one who had an accident." I say and they laugh

"You're gonna fit in just fine." Izzy laughs, am I? I don't really know what's happening I just thought I was bringing Isla to the party because Ice didn't want to bring her himself, not that I'm sure I'm ready to let him.

"I see that look, relax, Isla's father is a club member and you're her mother, that makes you part of our family and we take care of our family." Cordelia explains

"I'm sorry, you all look really happy, but I'm not sure I want to be part of the club." I reply honestly

"Scarlett relax." Cordelia says as I look up and see the fury on her face

"You've heard the rumours? There's a rumour that Killer did this to my face and made me quit the hospital." Cordelia explains to the other women

"I'd like to see Killer try, you could kick his ass one handed." Skye laughs

"Look I'm not going to spill all our histories, but I got attacked, Killer rescued me and I was so scared people would stare at my face I hid for a while until Killer forced me to start going out again. All these years later I really don't care if people look at my face." Cordelia says

"You can have my history I was on the run from a mean mother fucker with the law in his pocket and if this club hadn't helped save me I'd still be on the run or dead by now. Don't you dare look down on my family." Scarlett growls

"I'm sorry I didn't mean offence I just mean, I'm so used to it just being me and Isla and now I have Ice in our lives, and I'm not sure what's happening there, he's been good but will he get fed up of us and move on? I'm just confused I didn't mean I don't want to be part of your club, I knew the rumours were bull because I know you." I say looking to Cordelia

"Damn I sneak off for a quickie and it all goes to hell." A woman with a thick accent says approaching the table

"You must be Imelda, I'm Adeline. I tell ya, I go out of the country for a couple weeks and I come back and Ice had had a baby, I couldn't stop laughing." She says sitting down beside me.
