Elizabeth's POV

It's been a couple of days since I brought Alexa to reconnect with Jack and it's been so amazing, watching them share some inside jokes from years ago, and I found out they are so much alike, sometimes I forget that he's not her biological father.

And the way Jack and Grace treat the boys is so adorable, one time I even started crying in front of everyone unintentionally, and they all panicked and asked what was wrong until I just told them that it was just so beautiful to see everyone this way.

In all reality it was because I never thought that my boys would grow up with grandparents, and seing the way Jack and Grace played with them and taught them stuff, it made me realize that they will be their grand parents... maybe soon..

"What's up liz?" Jack asked as I pulled him aside from everyone else who was enjoying the sun and pool.

"Thank you so much jack," he pulls away and gives me another heartwarming smile, "you have no idea how happy this makes me, and how much less nervous I am now that I know I have someone to be able to and advice from"

"Anytime kiddo" he ruffles up my hair and I shake my head.

We start to walk back but not before he grabs some water for grace and a beer and i grab one for Alexa and some juice boxes for the boys, I decide to speak as we walk back, "you do realize I'm over twenty right?"

He looks at me and laughs, "you're still younger than me so I'm still gonna call you kiddo" he says and I just shake my head side to side and playfully roll my eyes.

As we turn the corner of the house I smile as mine and Alexa's eyes instantly meet, I walk over to her and give her a kiss on her forehead and hand her the beer i brought for her, she shakes her head "thank you baby but I don't wanna drink in front of the boys, I know you don't like to do that"

My heart melts from that and I sit in her lap facing her and out the juices down and wrap my arms around her neck and connect our lips.

I nod and stand up and give the boys their juice boxes, I grab the beer I brought lexa and take it back to the kitchen and change into my bathing suit, I grab the ring and put it I the black silky bag and tie it and hide it from Alexa.

I go back to the back yard and join the boys in the pool and than soon after Alexa joins us too as jack and grace make us some hamburgers.

After we all ate we all went inside and each had a shower and got dressed, we all went into the living room and watched a movie while aaron had a nap on the floor and Alex played with his toys.

Third person POV

As elizabeth excuses herself to get rid of her blush Alexa asks jack and grace if they could watch over the boys as they go to get something from their hotel room, they both happily say yes and so Alexa goes to find her beautiful girlfriend from in the kitchen.

"C'mon princess, Jack and Grace are gonna watch over the boys"

Even after all this time being with Alexa elizabeth still sometimes gets all shy and visa-versa.

Elizabeth shyly grabs Alexa's hand that was extended for her to grab, alexa intertwines their fingers and leads her outside to the car.

She decides to drive and let Elizabeth be in the passenger seat for once.
