Alex rubbed his nose against hers before taking her into a tight hug. He can never get enough of her no matter how much time has been passed. He can't believe it's been almost 7 years since the first time he saw her.

She happens to be the best thing that happened to him. She is the only one who stood her ground in front of him through all and also supported and stood by his side no matter what.

Even Sarah is equally grateful for Alex in her life. He brings the best out of her every single time. He also happens to be the best father along with being the best son/ brother/ friend/ husband/ leader.

All the moments they spent together over these 7 years flashed across her mind and her eyes moistened with tears thinking of all the happy times.

"What happened?? Why are you crying??" Alex broke the hug as he felt wet on his chest and looked at his wife concerned.

"Nothing. I am just happy that you brought me here that day. Or else everything would have been different" Sarah said controlling herself.

"Why do you think that.? Whatever may be the situations are, you are meant to be with me. You are MINE since you are born. Remember??" Alex reminisced the memory Andre shared with him.

Sarah nodded smiling and intertwined their hands. "We are meant to be together. FOREVER"

Alex leaned towards Sarah who closed her eyes waiting for their lips to meet just like their souls. But their moment is broken by continuous knocking on the door.

Alex growled and stood up from the bed and gave Sarah time to let her get dressed and he himself got dressed too before opening the door. He was met with his entire family at the door.

Even before he could react, Ric ran towards his mother and hugged her tightly by her neck.

"Happy Birthday Momma" 6-year-old Ric wished his mother.

"Thank you so much Baby" Sarah kissed and hugged her son close to her heart.

She still can't believe that she is already 25 and a mother of a 6-year-old boy who is growing way faster than his age. Ric resembles more and more like Alex with the time.

No one calls him by his name just like he wanted and ordered by his grandfather. And he is so mature for his age too.

Everyone wished for her and gave her the presents they brought for her.

"What did Fratello give you Sarah??" Ruby asked who is 9 months pregnant.

Ruby and John are out of the world when they got to know that she is pregnant and is healthy after 6 years of their marriage.

John and everyone wanted it to be a girl as the whole house is filled with lots of boys already.

John and Rose moved to Rome completely 2 years ago as they didn't want to live in Russia anymore without any family. John and others got along so well easily.

Stephan and Lily gave birth to a baby boy who is the perfect mix of his both parents. They named him Lorenzo but everyone calls him Enzo.

Sebastian and Rose welcomed their twin boys after two years. And here comes the twins' gene again. They named the elder one Matteo by Bash's father and the younger one Mario.

These 4-year-old twins are said to be the most dangerous and naughtiest of all. While Enzo is the coolest of all, Mario(Rio) is the most aggressive and impatient one. Matteo(Matt) happens to be both based on the situation.

David and Damon together chose surrogacy for their twins' birth. They clearly said that they can never get married as they wanted to marry the same girl which they thought can never happen.

But everything changed when the surrogate mother made her way into both their hearts. Alice, who is an orphan and also the surrogate fell for both of them equally and agreed to marry both David and Damon.

Alice gave birth to twins 2 years ago. Gabriele and Giovanni respectively look like David and Damon. The trio married a year ago and are happy with each other.

Alice is overwhelmed by the love she is being showered by the family and it took no time for her to be friends with the girls. All 5 of them started to do everything together and are a gang against the boys.

Steve and Nikolai vowed that they would protect these 6 little boys and will teach them everything.

Andre and Katherine are spending much quality time together with each other and also with their grandchildren. They are so happy that their family is being complete.

And as a gang, they are stronger than ever. No one now tries to go against them or even think about it. John and Alex together increased their forces and strengthened their defense.

Sarah was brought back from her chain of thoughts by someone nudging at her shoulder. She saw everyone looking at her expectantly for an answer.

"What??" She asked confused.

"Where are you, Sarah?? We have been asking you what present Fratello gave you" Nikolai asked acting annoyed.

"He gave me this." She said pointing to the pendant she is wearing. It is a heart-shaped rose color pendant.

"What's so special in this?? He usually gives you something different. Isn't it??" Stephan asked confused.

It is true that Alex gives something different for Sarah as presents on different occasions. Once, he has gifted her a private island that will only be used by their family.

Once he has gifted her with a diamond ring which has a diamond that is very rare and unique. Once he has gifted with a very old antique watch.

So they are curious as to why their Fratello has gifted a simple pendant this time.

"Well, the specialty of this pendant is this" Alex said opening the pendant where there are pictures of their 6 boys.

"And this has their names printed on it" Sarah spoke caressing the pendant.

"Why does this have these two spaces here??" Lily asked pointing empty spaces. One is to the left of Giovanni and the other one is to the right of Alex.

"These are for the babies of John and Ruby" Sarah answered excitedly.

John and Ruby are happy that their children will be treated just like the others. Never less. And this is what they wanted for their children. To grow in their own family.

"Yayyyy!! I am so excited for them. When are they going to come actually??" Alice asked caressing the belly.

"You know that they are already past the due date and can come anytime soon now" Ruby spoke smiling warmly.

"Yeah and we want at least one girl who will be our Principessa" Alex spoke.

Alex wanted a girl more than anyone. Every time someone gets pregnant he hoped it's a girl. But it turned out to be boys which disappointed him a lot.

Even Sarah and he tried to have another child but the doctor said that it would risk Sarah's life if she gives birth to another baby.

Even though she was able to give birth to Ric, a few complications occurred in her health and Alex doesn't want to risk her life for this.

So, he now hopes that Ruby would give birth to a girl. And when John and Ruby said that they wanted to know the gender only after birth, one should see Alex how sad he is. Now, he couldn't wait anymore.

Another new mansion is built in the estate for the next generation and the interior will be finished once they grow and are ready to take over the reins.

Ric proves to his mother every day why he deserves to be the heir. Even if he is just 6 years old he is into this already. He never feared blood or guns. He actually liked them and always asked his father and uncles to teach him how to use them.

"Even I wish it to be a girl" John added to Alex's comment.

"I want the baby girl to come out fast" Ric spoke touching the belly. He strongly believes that it will be a girl and boy. Everyone is so sure that if the baby is a girl, then the whole family is going to be wrapped around her finger and they don't mind it.

"They will c-" Ruby shrieked in pain holding her belly. "They are coming"

Those words made everyone hot on their wheels and soon they are standing in front of the OT while John is along with Ruby inside.

Alex is pacing back and forth nervously the whole time. The door opened and John came out with two babies in his hands.

"It's a boy," John said showing the baby in his right hand and Sarah took the boy in her hands looking at the clone of John.

Now everyone is curious about the second baby's gender and looked at John expectantly.

"It's a girl" Happy tears filled in everyone's eyes looking at the cute little angel in John's arms. She is extremely beautiful and is a perfect mix of John and Ruby.

She opened her eyes slowly and she has her father's green eyes. She yawned adorably and looked at everyone in awe.

"Show me the baby girl" Ric nudged at John's legs. Ric is asked to sit on the chair in the corridor and John sat beside him and placed the baby in Ric's lap.

Ric held the baby as instructed and caressed her feather-like cheeks. "Can I name her??" Ric asked hopefully and John nodded at him in approval.

"Gina"

Everyone looked at him amused at his selection of name as Gina means Queen. But his next words created a dilemma for everyone whether they should feel happy or not.

"MY GINA!!!"
