John and I reached downstairs where everyone are already waiting for us. As we met the group, Stephan explained how different announcements are made. First, Alex will be introduced and everyone gets to see how "THE KING" actually looks like. Second, Alex and John are going to announce their new ally by including John into the Elites. Third, Dad makes his appearance and includes me and Lily as Elites.

It's going to be a long night!!

Bash showed me the place where we needed to wait until we are called. So we stood in balcony which has stairs down to the main stage. The place is already crowded with people who belongs to different gangs and businessmen along with their partners. Alex, John, Dad, Lily and I are standing while Stephan and others were down on the stage.

There is a huge chair at the centre which is clearly for Alex. Every year it will be empty as Alex never showed up himself and today it is going to have it's owner seated in it. On two sides, there were 5 chairs on each side but shorter than his. May be they belong to Elites.

Stephan went on the stage and everyone became silent. Sure he has that power.

"First of all, I, Stephan Andre Russo, second in command of The King welcomes you all to the Ball. I hope you all are having a great time here." He spoke in mic with his cold face.

"As every time we make a new announcement, this time we are here with not just one but a number of announcements. First, I want you all to welcome The King" He announced and everyone gasped. Everyone started murmuring among themselves and looked shocked and curious.

Alex started descending the stairs and spotlight was on him now. As soon as everyone saw Alex, gasps were heard and fear is clearly evident in everyone's eyes. Why don't someone fear him?? He carries his dangerous and dominant aura which can make everyone seem weak infront of him.

Women were drooling over him. But I am not jealous as I know he would never cheat on me. Today, he is looking devilishly handsome which make me want to rip his clothes off and take him.

"HERE COMES THE ONE AND ONLY, ALEXANDER DE LUCA, KING OF LIONS!!!" Stephan said and Alex sat on his chair.

"And as I said there are several announcements tonight, here comes the second. We have a new addition in our Elites and that is none other than John Vadik, Leader of Russian Mafia."

As soon as this is announced, everyone in the room went crazy. I know everyone is wondering how two powerful gangs in the world have become friends?? Everyone here knows that when Alex and John happens to be together no one dares to think plotting against them, let alone attacking. They are going to be "THE DEADLY DUO".

Even before everyone realize if it's true, John reached the stage and Alex and John are sharing a friendly hug. John was indicated to sit beside Alex.

"It's not over yet!! Here comes a good news for the members here who were associated with our padre." Stephan said and Dad started moving downstairs. And soon all the elders started cheering and clapping for Dad.

He took the mic from Stephan and soon Stephan and others sat at their respective seats leaving 3 vacancies. Two are left to Alex, one is in between Stephan and Sebastian.

"Thank you for your warm welcome. I haven't thought that my friends will still remember me after all these years. And on this occasion which gives our family various reasons to celebrate, I want to announce something that I want to do from so long" Dad spoke and everyone are listening to him attentively.

"I want to introduce my daughter to all of you. Sarah!!" He announced and I started to descend the stairs. "SARAH ANDRE RUSSO!!" I reached the stage. "Soon to be SARAH ALEXANDER DE LUCA"

Wait what??

I haven't expected this. I turned to see Alex who is smirking at me as he already knew this. I shot him a death glare. Dad took my hand in his and handed it over to Alex.

"How come I don't know about my own wedding??" I whispered to Alex as everyone are smiling and cheering for us.

"Do you really think I don't know what you want??" He whispered.

"Oh really?? So what do I want??"

"I know you wanted to get married to me soon. But I don't think we have much time for that because of our baby. So it would be better if we got married by the end of this month."

"What?? In two weeks??" I exclaimed.

"Yeah what's wrong in that??"

"Nothing wrong. But I feel like we need more time to plan everything."

"Don't forget who your husband to be is!!" He said and I mentally rolled my eyes.

"And I also want to introduce you all my God Daughter Lily!!" And soon Lily stood on the stage with Stephan. "I, therefore, happily announce that Lily Davies is arranged to my eldest son Stephan Andre Russo"

Woww!!!! This is really unexpected.

Everyone seems as if they knew this already. Even Lily is not shocked as if I was when Dad announced my wedding. She might have already known. So, I am the only one lack of this information.

The whole crowd has gone completely crazy after all these crazy announcements. And the rest of the night went by Dad catching up all his friends while they congratulated and blessed all of us. Everyone were enjoying themselves with making deals with others and forming new friends.

It would be an understatement if I say I am tired. I am completely drained and exhausted. So, I left the stage and Alex followed behind.

"Are you okay??" He asked looking concerned.

"Yeah I am fine, just tired and all" I said not wanting him to overreact.

"Hmm, Let's go. Tomorrow we are going to visit a doctor for checkup." He said.

"Okay!! Don't you want to stay until it's over??" I asked.

"I want to, but no one and nothing is more important for me more than you and our baby!!" He said and lifted me in bridal style and started walking towards the car and carefully placed me in the car. He reached the other side and slid into the driver's seat.

I don't know when but as soon as we were in the car, I fell asleep. And when I woke up I saw it's 3 in the morning and I am in our bed with Alex sleeping soundly with his arms holding me by my waist. And he even changed me into his T-shirt. He sure likes me in his clothes.

I slowly removed the hair falling on his face. He looks so peaceful just like a baby. Now I feel like my life is complete. Dad, Alex, Lily, all my family, John and now this baby. Everything seems perfect. I can't ask for anything more than this in my life.

"I love it when you stare at me like I am the most handsome man in this world" Alex said huskily which instantly turned me on.

"I love you" I said and kissed him.

"I love you too" He said and kissed me back slowly and sensually.

"I want you to show me how much you love me!!" I said seductively drawing random figures on his chest.

"Are you sure??" He said looking in between me and the belly.

Awww!!! He is already concerned and protective about the baby. I just nodded in reply and soon he rolled me and hovered above me and started kissing every inch of my body. He made love to me in different ways and soon the sun started to rise. I loved every part of it. I was exhausted once again after a number of releases and fell asleep in his arms.

When I woke up, I felt cold on the other side indicating Alex left. I saw it was 11 in the morning. He must have been in his office now. I freshen up and reached downstairs to the kitchen as I was feeling hungry. There were no one in the kitchen, so I went to the microwave to see a plate of breakfast already kept inside.

I mentally thanked to whoever it is and warmed the food and ate before reaching the Alex's office. I opened the door and saw everyone inside including Dad, Lily and John. As they saw me, they stopped talking about whatever they were talking and sat in silence.

"So are you ready to go??" Alex asked coming towards me and kissing me on my forehead. I nodded and smiled at his gesture.

Soon we reached a hospital which is also owned by Alex i.e, our family. He simply walked in with me and everyone bowed with both respect and fear. Everyone might have known he is the King by now. Even before we reach the reception desk, a bunch of doctors came running towards us.

"My Lord!! We just came to know why you were here. So, please come this way" The doctor whose tag read Head of the department, Gynecology said indicating us to the right. Alex just started walking without a word while carrying his dominant aura with him.

The checkup went well with a 'lady doctor' and she informed that I am 4 weeks pregnant and the baby is completely healthy. When she showed us the baby in ultrasound scan, the baby is just as small as a small seed more like a dot.

The expression of joy and anxiety on Alex's face is priceless. The whole ride back to the house he caressed my tummy and said sweet nothings to the baby.

"Whom do you want?? A boy or a girl??" I asked curiously.
