"Okay! And done!" Lucy said as she finished her final touches. She decided pick out my dress, shoes, do my hair and makeup for the charity ball.

"Oh you look so stunning! I did very well, if I do say so myself" she said as I chuckled at her. "You can look in the mirror now" she said, turning around my chair.

I widened my eyes the beautiful girl that stared right back at me.

There's no way that me, right?

I was about to reply to Lucy when someone knocked on the door. I looked over at Lucy and she winked at me, knowing that Zach was here.

I got up from my chair and walked towards the door. I took a deep breath before grabbing the door knob snd opening it.

Zach was standing there. Looking so hot.

Ugh, why does he have to be so good looking?!

We just stared at each other, taking in our appearances. Until he said something that made me blush.

"You look...absolutely gorgeous" he smirked at me. I whispered a 'thank you' before he gently grabbed my hand and led me outside to be met with a limo waiting for us.

"Y-you have a limo?"

"Yeah. Have you ever been in one before?"

"No. This will be my first time"

He smiled at me and led me inside. For the entire ride to the venue, I could feel his eyes starring intense at me as I tried to avoid eye contact.

This is going to be a long ride...

Once we reached the destination, Zach grabbed my hand and led me out of the limo. When we got inside, he started to introduce me to his closest friends and explained to me about the charity.

He said that I would be meeting his parents, which got me feeling nervous.

Out of the corner of my eye, I saw a couple walk through the doors and I immediately guessed that they were hosting his charity ball, and were Zach's parents.

He grabbed my hand and walked us over to them. The couple turned around and a bright smile lit up on the woman's face as soon as she saw Zach.

"Zach, I'm so glad you could make it! And who's this lovely lady here?" She said her eyes falling in me.

"Mother, this is Riley, my PA"

"Oh honey, you're so beautiful" she exclaimed as she pulled me into a gentle hug.

"Call me Jane and this is my husband, Edward"

"Nice to meet you Mr and Mrs Lockwood" I said. Jane reached over to whisper something in Zach's ear but I was able to hear what she was saying.

"She's for you"

That made me frown in confusion. Who's perfect for him?

Anyways Zach had some business to take care of so I walked over to the food table.

"Hey Riley" I heard a voice behind. I turned around to meet Jack and he looked so handsome and cute!

"Hi Jack!"

"Wow, you look beautiful" he said showing me his cute smile.

"Thanks, you don't look so bad yourself!"

"Do you wanna dance with me?" He suddenly asked.

"Of course!" He grabbed my hand and led me to the dance floor.

All I could focus on was Riley as my good friend, Sean was talking to me. She looked so beautiful that I even wanted to rip that dress of her and make love to her in front of everyone.

I started at her when she was standing by the food table but I soon got angry when I saw Jack approach her.

That son of a bitch better not make a move!

"Dude, are you even listening to me?" Sean said, gaining my attention. I turned towards him.

"Sorry bro, what were you saying?"

"You like her, don't you?" He started to tease me.

"Who?" I asked even though I knew exactly who I was talking about.

"Your PA, Riley I think was her name"

"I do not like my own personal assistant. That's weird" I chucked at him.

"Really, because one of your colleagues is dancing with her right now"

I looked at the dance section and instantly became furious. My hands balled into fists. Jack was dancing with my girl.

Before Sean could say anything else, I furiously marched towards them.

Jack and I were having so much fun dancing together. Suddenly, he was harshly pulled back.

Before I knew what was happening, a pair of soft hands cupped my face and I was soon met with a pair of soft lips that crashed on mine.

I instantly knew it was Zach. He was kissing me. In front of everyone. But I couldn't help but kiss him back. He kissed me so possessively and as if his life depended on it.

He pulled back and looked at me with his intense eyes.

"You're mine, do you understand?" He said, with a hint of possessiveness in his voice. I quickly nodded, not being able to utter a word and blushing hard. He casually walked away from me, as if nothing just happened.

I looked around and saw everyone starring at me.

Great! Thanks a lot, Zach! For kissing me so hard in front of people!

I walked awkwardly and hoped that the rest of the night goes well.
