Tears of happiness filled my eyes when he said the word I've hoped he would say all week, princess.
"Baby i need to get the doctor" I told him.
Although all I wanted to do was hold him and keep him to myself because of how much I missed him, his health comes first.
I tried to let go of his hand but he just kept hold of me.
"Stella don't leave" he told me.
"I'll be right back, I promise" I kissed his forehead and left the room in a hurry to find a doctor.
Once I got a doctor, I returned to the room instantly and straight back to Aces side.
The hospital has contacted Rosa and she's on her way here with Alessia. She's probably so relieved to know he's awake.
The hospital did a check up in him to make sure he was okay and that's he's healing okay.
Ace couldn't believe he was out for a week and he kept me close by his side the whole time.
The doctors left to give him some space and us some time alone.
I sat down in the chair next to him, still holding his hand and handing him some water.
"If you ever do that to me again, I will kill you" I joked whilst wiping my tears.
"I'm sorry" he said whilst looking down.
"You don't get to be sorry it wasn't your fault, I'm just so happy your awake I've been here all week for you and I couldn't believe it when your mum told me" I stroked his hand that was tightly held in mine.
"Princess when it happened the only thought running through my head at the time was you, and how I didn't tell you I loved you" the last three words were the words I've been wanting to tell him all week and now here he his telling me them first.

Idiot
I stood up and hovered over him smiling,
"You what?" I pretend I didn't know what he said.
"I love you Stella Ember James"
"And I love you Ace Emilio Rivers" I rested my forehead on his and he leaned up to softly press a kiss to my lips.
"I also hate you for making me cry so much, don't think your getting away with this because your in a hospital bed" I faked being serious but I couldn't keep it for more than a second because each time I did I would just smile.
"Oooh I'm scared" he laughed.
"You should be" I poked his side causing him to have a little spasm and laughed.
Looks like I found his ticklish spot
"You won't hurt me princess, you love me to much" he then jokingly said.
Then I noticed his attention bounce to the door and I followed his line of view to see Rosa and Alessia running into the room and over to Ace.
Rosa placed a kiss on his forehead which happy tears in her cheeks and Alessia climbed onto the bed and hugged her brother.
I smiled at the sight of the loving family
Thinking about family I better text my parents to tell them he woke and I won't be coming home until late.
I stepped outside the room to give them a moment and messaged my mum.
She just replied saying it was okay and that she will pick me up when I text her later.
I walked back into the room with a content smile on my face and sat at the end of Aces bed.
I read in on their conversation because Rosa kept on smiling my way.
"Stella's been here all week figlio, she's an amazing girl don't lose her" she smiled.
"She's not going anywhere" I saw Ace say

This caused butterflies to appear in my stomach.
That's right, I'm not going anywhere
Soon it was almost 9pm and I was begging in to get tired as I had school today and the relief that Ace had finally woken up made the exhaustion of this week hit me.
Ace must of saw this because he caught my attention by moving up the bed to make a space for me.
Rosa had taken Alessia back home as she started to get sleepy and hungry. I told her it was okay and to get some rest herself.
I stood from the chair and lay down next to him making sure I didn't hurt his bruises.
He wrapped an arm around my waist and held me close to his side whilst kissing me repeatedly anywhere he could reach on my face.
I giggled at this and looked up at him, kissing his lips that I had missed this horrible week.
"You are so beautiful" he told me when I moved my eyes to his mouth.
This caused me to blush and look away from him shaking my head. But he just grabbed it and faced me back to him whilst he nodded his head.
"You are, your the most gorgeous girl I have ever seen and you know what's even better?" He asked me.
"Whats better?" I questioned.
"The fact that I get to call you mine" he smiled at his own words. I blushed and kissed the corner of his perfectly shaped mouth.
The nurse from earlier had informed me that I could stay the night with Ace because it's his first day out of his coma and it would be nice for someone to say with him if possible.
She also told us that Ace would spend another day here before he could be discharged because they want to make sure his brain is functioning properly and his injuries are recovering well.
Rosa just got here around 10 minutes ago and was giving Ace some food and some clean clothes. I told them I would be back to stay the night as Rosa insisted I was the one who stayed.
Ace had no problem with persuading me and I didn't find a reason not to spend it with the one I love because it's the first time all week I have spoken to him.
"I'm just gonna go home, get changed and eat then I will be back here in about an hour an half. Is that okay or should I come back sooner?" I really wanted to have a shower and clean up as I did have school and haven't really been home all day.
"Take your time princess, I'm not going anywhere" he assured me and then I nodded and make my way out the hospital.
My mum picked me up with a huge smile on her face, she hugged me tightly and then drove us back home.
Once I got back I had a quick shower before putting on comfy Calvin Klein sports bra on with a black tracksuits over the top.
I then headed into the kitchen where my dad handed me a plate with a sandwich on and I ate that with a glass of water.
My dad ended up dropping me back of and before I got out the car he kissed my head and told me he's happy for me being able to find the perfect boy and he approved.
The as I stepped out the car it only just dawned on me, this is the first time I have spent the night with Ace.
and it's in a hospital
