Ellie told me that the bell just went signalling it's the end of last period.

We were all going to the beach later and I'm not sure if I'm excited or really nervous.

For some weird reason Ethan thought it would be a good idea to tag along with Elliot and Ace.

I like Ethan he's a good friend but Ace and Elliot I'm not so sure.

Everyone says Ace is cold hearted and emotionless and I see why they call him that but somethings has obviously happened for him to be like that.

I walked outside to the car park and waited by Cohen's car for him since he's driving us back home.

After two minutes I see Cohen walking out with a girl by his side. She's really pretty with her short brown hair and cute summer dress. After Cohen sees me he begins waking over with the girl by his side.

They both approach me and smile. I smile back and then Cohen says

"Hi Stell this is Grace she's my partner for a project"

I look at Grace and she gives me a warm friendly smile before saying "hi Stella"

"Hi" I both said and signed.

"She's coming back with us, we're going to get a head start on it" Cohen then says as I look back at his face. I gave him a smile and a nod and got in the passenger seat of the car.

Grace climbed in the back and Cohen started driving.

I'm not sure whether they were talking or anything I just kept my head facing the window thinking about later today.

We arrived home shortly after and I opened the door and got out.

Cohen opened the door for Grace.

Such a gentleman.

I unlocked the door using My key and headed up to my room to get my things ready for the beach.

Ellie is driving us all there so she's going to pick me up on the way. The boys are meeting us there.

I packed a towel, sunscreen and a spare change of clothes in my bag. I made sure I had money and other necessities.

I changed into a navy blue and white striped bikini with a T-shirt dress over the top. I put on my white Calvin Klein sliders, it's a good job I painted my toe nails.

I braided my hair into messy Dutch braids and applied waterproof mascara but avoiding the lipgloss.

By the time everything was sorted it was 3:30 and I went to tell Cohen where I was going because my parents were working.

I walked down the hall to his room and knocked on.

Something hit the door telling me to come in so I did.

Cohen and Grace were both sat on the bed with text books open and papers scattered everywhere.

Wow they really were serious about the project.

"Hey I'm going out to the beach tonight with my friends" I signed to him.

"Okay what time will you be back?" He signed back.

"I'm not sure I will text you. Make sure mum and dad know" i signed making sure he tells mum and dad because they don't know I'm going.

"Okay have fun" he said out loud obviously can't be bothered moving his hands.

I said goodbye and bye to Grace as well shutting the door and grabbing my things.

My phone vibrated in my hand and I checked to see it was Ellie.

I locked my phone and put it in my bag.

I walked outside to see Ellie's car and everyone inside. I opened the back door and climbed in.

"Hi" i beamed instantly a smile making its way onto my face.

"Hey Stella ready for the beach" Mila said from beside me.

"Of course I am" when I finished speaking Ellie set of.

The whole ride here took around half and hour and we all just relaxed and talked until we got here.

When I stepped out of the car I was instantly hit by the warm weather. It was gorgeous out.

Charlotte tapped my shoulder and then her mouth moved "do you know where the boys are ?"

"No they didn't say" I replied back talking and signing.

Then we all saw a black Jeep making it's way into the car park.

"Maybe thats them" I exclaimed pointing to the car.

The girls nodded and watched as the Jeep parked up and the doors opened.

Familiar Faces got out and moved around to get their things.

Ethan spotted us first and motioned Elliot and Ace towards us.

When Ace turned around he instantly met my eyes. His blue ones staring into my green ones.

He's wearing a white T-shirt and black swim shorts. He looked really hot with his messy hair moving in the breeze.

They made their way over and the girls huddled a little close towards me.

Aw.

"Hey star" Ethan smiled.

"Hi" I signed back.

I realised I signed and didn't speak but he looks like he understood what I was saying.

A paper ball was thrown at my head and I turned to look at who did it.

Raven stood with a smug smile and then said "so I think we should head down to the beach and find a spot"

We all agreed. Well I didn't say anything and just waited for everyone to move.

As I was walking I felt a weight being lifted of my shoulder and turned to see Ace has taken my bag of me and put it on his.

"Thank you" a smile is evident on my face.

He just nods and carries on walking.

I stop when everyone else stops and put my things down. I unravel a towel and place it on the warm soft sand.

The girls do the same in line with mine. I take of my dress so I'm just in my bikini.

I don't know whether I'm imagining something but I swear Ace just looked me up and down.

I'm probably imagining it.

I watch as Ace takes of his T-shirt and just wow. He's sexy alright. His abs are defined and he's got a prominent v line running down into his shorts. I want to kiss his chest.

Wait what

No I don't. I never thought that.

I advert my eyes away before he catches me staring but the smirk on his face tells me otherwise.

I look towards Mila and Raven seeing as though Charlotte is in a heated convo with Elliot.

"Wanna go down to the sea" Mila asks and Raven nods her head.

"Sure" I nod my head also.

We start walking down towards the sea. The beach is beautiful the soft sand running between my toes and the hot sunlight shines down kindly.

We carry on walking when I felt a presence behind us. I ignore it and carry on walking, Mila and Raven along side me.

Then a hand touched my shoulder and I flinch.

I spun around and I saw Ethan and Ace standing behind us.

"Oh you scared me" I said my hand on my chest.

"Sorry star" Ethans mouth moved.

Ace gave me an apology nod.

Why can't he just say the word sorry?

"Anyway we decided to come down to the sea with you guys"

From the corner of my eye I saw Mila respond to him so I kept quiet.

I looked at Ace but he had a playful smile on his face. Before I could ask him about it he wrapped his hands around my waste and hoisted me onto his shoulder.

I think I screamed a little I'm not sure but I definitely did when he started legging it to the sea.

"No Ace put me down" I demanded but I just felt the vibrations of him laughing.

Aw he's laughing.

I mean ew he's laughing.

"Ace I'm warning you" I demanded again but he still didn't let go.

Before I could get another word out he threw me into the cold water. Again.

This is twice he's threw me into water.

I surfaced from the shallow sea and lunged at his laughing state.

I tackled him into the water and splashed him.

He grabbed onto my wrists and held them against his chest stopping me from splashing him even more.

"Not. Funny" I said taking deep breaths.

"It is a little" he laughed out back.

The others watched and laughed at us as we fought in the water.

Even though he pisses me of I have to admit it was really fun getting to hit him in the face with sea water.

After our little water fight we made our way back to the shore and sat on our towels.

Ace grabbed me a drink from the cool box and handed it to me.

I signed a thank you to him which he nodded at and sat next to me.

The remaining time at the beach we all laughed and joked around with each other.

I'm having a really nice time.

When you first meet Ace he's a dick. Especially when he throws you in pools. But the more I spend time with him the more things I notice about him.

He's never happy or smiling but today I've seen him laugh more then I've ever seen him during my short time living here.

I plan on doing it more often.
