" Did you got the jewellery and ring? Not yet, what the hell are you even doing till now? Let me tell you I should get them by today evening if not you know very well what I am capable of doing" A man yelled on the phone as he walked back and forth.

After he hung up, he faced the girl that was sitting on the bed with an iPad in her hands.

" Kate Baby, did you select the dress you like?" He asked

" Yes, I did " She answered shortly with a fake smile on her face.

" That's great, show me which one you did?" He said.

" Here this one, " She said while giving the iPad that displayed the picture of the dress.

" It's gorgeous, is this dress the one? I want everything to be perfect for our special day " He said.

" Yes, I am sure," Kate said.

" Ok little love, I am so happy you have finally decided to be my good girl and stop with your little games and being difficult. " He said. His tone filled with nothing but happiness.

" Can I ask for something?" Kate asked

" Sure baby tells me what is it, I"ll give it to you," Alessandro said.

" I want my friends to attend my wedding," Kate said.

Alessandro hesitated for a while before saying with a smirk on his face " Fine if it's that you want but little love you know that if you or your friends will try to do something funny. I am sure you remember the demonstration, me and your brothers gave you a while ago "

Katelyn just nodded her head while remembering what happened a few days before.

Kate's Pov

It has been a few days since I was stuck in a chain and trapped with the devil in his room but a few hours ago I finally got him to remove the chains.

A knock on the door snapped me out of my thoughts. I looked to see it was a maid, she was carrying a tray of food.

As I saw it I had a perfect escape plan.

" Ma'am here is your food. If you need anything else please tell me" the maid said.

" Listen, do you want this necklace in exchange for your outfit," I said, showing her the necklace which Alessandro gave me when Cillian and Vladimir visited.

" No thank you but I don't want it " She replied.

" I know you want it, you just have to exchange your outfit nothing else. Please I really need it " I pleaded.

" I can't ma'am. I am sorry " She said and was about to leave. I can't let her leave so I took the lamp on the nightstand and hit her on the head.

I am really sorry but I need to leave. I have to get help and save my friends and myself.

I quickly took off her clothes and put them on them and dressed her in my clothes.

I somehow dragged her to the bed and covered her with blankets so that it looks like I was sleeping.

I made my way out of the room and kept my head down so that no one will recognise me.

I finally reached the gate without being caught by someone. The door to my freedom was open and right in front of me.

There were two guards at the door but my face was covered with a scarf so it was somehow easy to get out.

As soon as I was a little far away from the mansion. I ran to the main road and borrowed a phone from a man. And called Vladimir as he was the only one I knew and could possibly trust in this city.

I recalled his number, the one Cillian gave me. After two rings he finally answers the call.

" Hello, Mr Vladimir it's me Katelyn I urgently need your help. I am really sorry for troubling you, it's just you are the only one I can trust right now" I spoke.

" It's ok Kate, you can call me Vladimir and you are not troubling me, I will try my best to help you. And why is your voice sounding so panicked? please tell me what happened" His tone was soft and gentle as he spoke

Before I can answer him the phone was snatched from me. I looked and saw it was Alessandro and my so-called brothers.
