I woke up the next morning and got ready for work.

I went inside and greeted Lisa. After that, I changed into my uniform.

After some time I went out and got to know my other co-workers.

There were two girls and a boy. There was Jason, Ella and Grace. Ella had brunette hair and black eyes, also she was a little taller than me and she looked like she was in her late 20s. Grace was the same height as Ella with Red hair and green eyes and she looked like she was in her mid-20s. Jason had brown hair and blue eyes and he was about 6ft. He looked about 2 or 3 years older than me and is very attractive.

They were very welcoming. Even though I am new they didn't make me feel out of place. I wish people were like that in my old school or workplace. But whatever I should now stop thinking about them and wasting my time.

The bell rang indicating that someone had come. It was a group of teenagers.

" Kate you go and take their orders " Ella whispered to me.

"Ok," I said and grabbed my pen and notepad and went to take their orders.

" Hello, guys I will be serving you today. So what can I get you" I said.

After they placed their orders. I placed their orders on the order wheel for the cook. After some time their order was ready I picked it up and placed it in front of them.

" Do you need anything else?" I asked.

" No thanks," one of the girls replied for all.

Around noon it was really busy. A few hours later my shift was over. I bid goodbye to all. And then I started walking home.

After I reached home I changed into my PJs and after some time I start making dinner. After doing the dishes and cleaning the kitchen. I went to sleep.

" You bitch you tried to steal my mom's jewellery," Sebastian said.

I shook my head no because I wasn't allowed to speak. Before this, I was cleaning ma'am's room her bracelet was lying on the ground. I picked it up and just as I was about to keep it the door opened revealing Sebastian. He looked at the bracelet in my hand and assumed I was stealing it and without giving me a chance to explain myself he dragged me to the basement.

" Look at you now you are lying," Leonardo said.

" We will show you what happens to thieves and liars like you," Enrique said.

After he finished speaking Valentino came and slapped me across the face. Then he punched my stomach. Sebastian and Enrique also came and joined him in hitting me. By the time they were done my whole body was aching from pain and it was all bruised.

After that Leonardo came with a tub of water. Leonardo grabbed me by my hair and put my head in it.

He did it 5 five times. Then he slapped me and said, " Next time if you try to steal from us it will be worse than this ".

I woke up breathing heavily. I looked at the time it was 1 a.m. I drank some water and laid down after some time I fell asleep.

Alessandro and the Gonzalez's were sitting in the dining room eating breakfast. There were gloominess and sadness in the atmosphere.

Like every day none of them chatting or laughing. The reason because the youngest member and the only girl of Gonzalez's family wasn't here because of their mistakes.

" Any news on her " Nicholas Gonzalez asked for everyone.

" No dad we haven't gotten any news on her " Francisco said.

" She is so young how will she live without her family," Sierra said her voice filled with worry for her daughter.

" Mom don't worry we will find her soon," Sebastian said.

" Yes Aunty don't worry I have also sent my most trustworthy men to find Kate," Alessandro said.

" Thank you, son, for helping us," Nicholas said.

" Guys I want to confess something," Alessandro said.

All of the family looked at Alessandro.

Nicholas nodded at him urging him to continue.

" I love Katelyn and once we find her I am going to marry her, " Alessandro said

Everyone was shocked and didn't know what to say.

Sierra was the first to break the silence and said " son are you serious about this ".

" Aunty I love Kate with all my heart she is my life. The day I find her I won't let her leave me because she is mine and mine alone" Alessandro said.

Everyone could see his eyes filled with love, sadness and obsession for Katelyn.

Nicholas and all of them just nodded their head. With one thought on their mind that was to find Katelyn and bring her back to her home and family.
