I had to leave and get the hell away from the house and prepare for the big ambush I had planned on doing very soon.

We headed back to the clubhouse to finish getting ready and before doing so, I had a few of my guys make sure to drop off my father's body because I can't deal with it right now. In fact, if anything, just witnessing him dying helps with the rage and the strength as well as the adrenaline it gives me.

We are all standing around and talking when I hear my phone go off in my pocket! I look down and see it's Brie calling me.

"Brie?" I answer it.

"She's gone! You have to come home." She says panicking.

"Calm down sis, where did Korah go?" I ask her.

"I don't know. But she left me a message telling me she was going to end this once and for all. She said she loves us and is sorry for everything." She cries.

"Shh. Calm down. I'll find her alright?" I assure her.

"But what if....." She starts and then I stop her.

"I will find her, I promise. But first I'm gonna stop by the house. I'm on my way." I tell her.

She tells me to hurry before hanging up and I quickly tell the guys what's going on and Neko and I both jump on our bikes and quickly start heading towards the house.

When we get there, we run inside and see a crying Brie along with the two guys I had left to protect them.

"Abe man, we're sorry." One of them started to apologize.

"Save it. I'll deal with you both later after you explain but right now, I just need you both to get yourselves ready. We're heading to Carusso's tonight in the SUV's.

Neko already is at her side and they have their arms around each other and all I can think about is Korah and wishing she was in mine right now.

I never should have left them. After seeing my dad though die right in front of me tonight, I just lost it. That was the final straw for me.

I see the cars pull up and as I get ready to head out there, I stop Neko.

"What the hell bro?!" He asks me.

"Stay here." I tell him.

"What? No, I always go with you, I'm your VP." He says.

"Yeah well, if anything were to happen tonight, I wouldn't want her to lose more of the people she loves. Just stay here and no matter what happens, take care of my sister." I tell him as I choke back on some tears.

"You can't be...." He started but was interrupted by the guys honking the horns.

I then walk over to Brie.

"I love you sis." I tell her.

She embraces me in a hug and we hug one another as if it's our last one.

"I love you too. Please come back and with her." She cries into my chest.

"I've gotta go." I cry a little and then give Neko a bro hug and sprint out towards the car then hop in and we speed off.

I can't believe that this is the life I chose and if I do make if out alive, I plan to do what my dad did and leave it for good.

We all prepare by cocking our guns as we pull up in front of the house and start sneeking closer towards the place without the many guys surrounding the outside of it see us.

Sure there are more of Carusso's men than mine but that's never been an issue for me and my club.

The hardest part will be finding Korah but I know she's in there. I am prepared and ready to put my life on the line for her.

There was a brief moment while on my way here when it crossed my mind in what my dad fold us about hers before he died but that to me, honestly doesn't change anything as this is his fault partially and I'm sure that Korah will agree with me.

"Abe?" I hear one of the guys whisper-yell beside me and I look at them and they ask me if I'm ready. I nod my head in agreement and that's when we get up and start tactfully, if you will, start making our say towards the house while a shootout immediately begins as his men spot us.
