Allesandro's pov:

Aria has not been feeling good today. As soon as i finished all my work for today, i went back home.

On my way, i picked up some flowers, her favorite, roses, the bubblegum milkshake that she loves, and her favorite fast food KFC. Just like our first time having lunch together.

I went home, and opened the door.

I decided to suprise her but instead, i got suprised.

The floor was decorated with white rose petals, the light was dim.

As i closed the door, i noticed a sticky note on the door.

I read what was written on it.

"Dear Mr Moretti,

Thank you for letting me be part of your life and for all the things you have done for me.

P.s there will be more such notes on your way to the room, take your time to read them and make your way there."

I chuckled. What is she doing?

As i followed the path of the rose petals, i saw another note on the bookshelf.

"Thank you for always being there for me."

What are you trying to do wife. I chukled.

As i walk there was more notes.

The other one said

"Thank you for making me the luckiest woman in the world."

The followed one said

"Thank you, my love for making me feel the most beautiful woman in the world."

"Because you are." I muttered.

The last one said

"Thank you my love for giving me the greatest gift of life."

I went in the room and she was sitting on the chair by the window and looking out. She seemed lost in some thoughts but i did not miss the smile on her lips making her even more beautiful.

She was wearing her black satin floral robe. She was hugging her knee to her chest. The sun rays reflected on her beautiful skin making her look like a goddess.

"Hello, mio amore." I said and she came out of her daze.

She smiled brightly and her eyes twinkled in hapiness. She got up and came to me.

She wrapped her hands around my neck and said "welcome home, husband."

I smiled and hugged her waist. She got on her tip toes and kissed me. In less than a fraction of a second i responed back.

"Are you feeling better?" I asked.

She nodded.

"I have something for you." We both said at the same time.

We laughed and she said "Me first."

She excitedly went in the closet.

She brought a gift paper bag with her.

"What is this?" I asked as she handed me the bag.

"A gift." She smiled.

"I told you before i don't need anything except you. I mean if it is a sexy lingerie for you, i would not deny." I told her.

She rolled her eyes but smiled anyways and waited for me to open it.

I sat on the edge of the bed and removed the box inside the box.

I looked at her in confusion but she just smiled.

Opening the box and there was a card on top.

I read the card.

It was only written on the card.

I looked her and she pointed me to look in the box.

I removed the papers in.

I was shocked with what was inside.

There was 2 baby clothes one saying 'Hello daddy' the second 'let the adventure begin. There was also two pregnancy tests and a ultrasound copy.

I again looked at her and she kneeled in front of me.

"Ar- ar you pregnant?" I stuttered.

She smiled and pecked my lips.

"We are going to be parents, Sandro. You are going to be a dad." She said as tears flowed down her cheeks.

"I am going to be a dad." I muttered in disbelif.

She smiled and nodded.

I helped her to get up and cupped her face.

"I love you. Thank you so much." I kissed her. It was nothing demanding about it. I was just showing her how thankful i am.

"I am going to be a dad!" I said as i picked her up and kissed her again.

I sat on the bed with her on my lap.

"When did you find out?" I asked.

"This morning. I have been feeling a little weird for the past days and i decided to take a pregnancy test. They both came out as positive. I also went to a doctor and made sure the baby is okay."

I could not feel more proud and my ego and joy grew even bigger with the news of me having a child.

We had our dinner and now we were laying in bed, a little earlier than usual.

My head was on her chest and I placed my hand on her stomach and a smile formed on my face.

"Thank you so much, my beautiful wife." I said.

She ran her fingers through my hair and said "Thank you, handsome."

She added her melodious chuckle.

I lifted my head and gave her a kiss. The kiss was slow, Aria moaned in my mouth.
