《Bound by Desire | Completed》terms and condtions

The closet coffee shop in my neighborhood opened at 6am.
I chose this one since it was about a 30 minute drive from campus, lowering the chance that students would see us.
We also were set to meet time they opened, and I don't know a college student on Earth who wakes up at 6am on a Saturday.
My hand twirled the straw around my iced coffee as I sat near the window, taking periodic glances outside.
I told him 6:15, but I was here exactly at 6, unable to sleep due to my nervousness.
Before I called him, I told Ava what he'd asked of me and my response. She thought that I'd overreacted and that he was simply telling me what he wanted.
He could've worded it better but whatever.
When I finally got around to calling him, the conversation was awkward to say the least.
"Hello?" He answered sounding distracted.
"Hello?"
"I'm not sure if you know, but the person answering is supposed to say hello. You, on the other hand, are supposed to initiate the conversation."
I hung up and stared at the ceiling.
I thought,
As I pondered that, my phone rang.
"Hello?"
"Kyser?"
I wished I had a smart remark to make but my mind was blank. I was also stuck on how much I liked hearing him say my name.
"Hi."
He didn't respond right away, taking a brief pause, "How are you?"
I knew he knew damn well why I was calling.
"I'm fine. How are you?"
"Great."
Neither of us said a word, just listened to the other's breathing.
"Are you going to speak?" I asked, using his former words against him, "Or are you going to continue to sit there and breathe as loudly as you possibly can?"
Jaxon laughed, "I'm waiting on you to tell me why you called."
"I'm sure you know."
"I think we should talk about it more in depth though."
"Okay." I agreed since he had a point. I had my terms and I'm sure he had his.

"Are you available tomorrow?"
"Sure. Do you want me to come to your house?"
"No." He answered quickly, "I'll come to your house."
No the fuck.
"How about we just meet somewhere?" I suggested.
I was brought out of my thoughts by the sight of a black Jaguar pulling alongside the street in front of the coffee shop.
I'd never seen his car, but it just screamed something he would drive. It was confirmed when I saw him step out of the car, wearing a damn suit.
Who puts on a suit when they don't have to? It matched his uptight personality I guess.
I watched him walk, no strut, into the coffee shop, with an air of confidence and power surrounding him.
If I hadn't already done it, I'd want to have sex with him.
I still wanted to but that's besides the point.
He didn't stop at the counter to get anything, coming straight to sit down.
"Good morning." I greeted politely.
"Hello."
I rolled my eyes, "I get you're an English teacher but do you have to talk like one?"
"I'm sorry." He laughed, "I just naturally talk like this."
He laughs a lot more when it's just us. I found it easier to like this side of him rather than the person he portrayed in class.
I watched as he slid an envelope that I hadn't even noticed he was carrying towards me.
"Those are my test results." He said as I opened it, "I'm assuming you have yours?"
We hadn't spoken about bringing them but I did have a copy in my purse. As he read over mine, I took note of his date of birth, which read 5/12/1991.
So he was 28.
Not the oldest man I'd been with, and he definitely didn't look that old. I knew before looking that he had to be either going on 30, or already 30 plus.
"Does my age bother you?" He asked.
I hadn't realized he was done reading my paper and was now watching me stare at his paper with what I assumed was enthrallment.

"It doesn't. I figured you were around that age."
He nodded and handed me back the papers, "I don't like to use condoms."
What in the dirty dic-
Talk about a subject change.
Seeing my nose turn up, he backtracked, "I use them but I don't like to. Meaning I don't expect to use them in our arrangement."
Since we would only be having sex with each other, I didn't see the problem. He was clean, I was clean, there shouldn't be any issues.
"That's fine." I replied.
Jaxon then tapped the envelope, "Read the other paper."
As I unfolded it, I saw a sexual consent form.
He hadn't initialed anything, meaning we were about to discuss what I would and wouldn't like to do.
I went down the sheet, initialing next to what I was okay with, then slid it back to him.
There were more pages to go through before I signed, but I wanted to get the preliminary screening over.
It was quiet as he read over what I agreed to, with the only sound coming from the coffee machine and the bell dinging as a woman walked in.
"Restraints." He stated, "Is that not okay with you?"
Did I initial it?
"What kind of restraints?"
"It varies. Mostly a spreader bar and rope."
I'd watched enough videos to know what a spreader bar was, and was kind of intrigued to see how he would use it.
I reached to his side of the table to initial next to restraints.
"As for devices, I'd like to use a variation of toys on you."
That should've been common sense for me, so I also initialed next to that one.
I was waiting for him to bring up the other activities that was at the bottom, my head tilting in confusion when he began to initial without bringing it up.
It seemed like I would have to do it.
"So, Ava told me you were into... other things?" I posed it as a question in the hopes that he'd elaborate on it.
How do I ask a man if he likes to beat women with whips to get off?
His head stayed down as he scrawled his signature on the last page, "Ava shouldn't discuss other people's business."
"So is that a yes?"
"Yes, I'm into "other" things. We don't have to talk about that now since I was hoping to ease you into it."
I stared at him in shock, wondering how he felt like I'd be okay with doing that weirdo shit. I didn't want anybody putting their feet on my face and hanging me from the ceiling like a piñata.
"Sorry to waste your time but I doubt if I'll ever be into that."
Jaxon focused his eyes on me, "Do you even know what it is?"
"Don't they do stuff like, make you crawl across the floor and spit on you?"
A smile played at the corner of his lips, "Don't watch so much porn, Kyser."
"Well tell me what it is then." I demanded in curiosity, hoping to erase some of my naivety.
"It's an erotic, pleasurable experience that can be whatever you want it to be. That's all I'll say for now."
I wasn't sure how he expected me to agree to something I had no knowledge of. I didn't want to sign a contract and not be able to say no.
"You can say no at any time." He stated.
A mind reading king.
Taking a deep breath, I flipped to the back, reading over the final details and looking at what he'd check and initialed.
The price decided upon was $5500 a month, a happy medium for me.
My pen flew across the paper as I signed my name and gave it back to him.
"You'll have a copy by the end of the day." He stated.
I nodded, "Is that all?"
"I know the paper says our arrangement starts tomorrow, but I'd like to fuck you now if that's okay."
It was more than okay.
Following his lead, we walked to his car where he began the drive that I would one day wish I never took.
