"You have to relax." Taehyung grabbed my hand with a chuckle, preventing me from adjusting my clothes once more.
"What if they don't like me, what if they're not-" And Taehyung cups my cheeks causing me to stop.
"They're going to love you. You'll see." He said as he tugged onto my arm, bringing me into the restaurant. The moment we stepped foot into the restaurant, the entire place was filled with a ruckus, all coming from one table.
"Oh my gosh." I gasp the moment every single head in the restaurant was turned our way but Taehyung looked the least bit affected. Almost like this was a norm for him.
"Hey!" He chimed, rushing to them. He goes in to hug every single one of the boys right before turning to look at me.
"Everyone, I'd like you to meet Areum." He says and the table goes silent for a bit and I gulp.
"Areum!" One of them chimed, shaking his head almost like he was impressed. Right after, everyone else started greeting me, introducing themselves all at once.
"Hi," I chuckled a little as I sat down.
"Jimin was just telling us how the both of you had something important to tell us." Namjoon said right before running his fingers through his blonde hair.
"Tch-" Taehyung clicked a little as Jimin raised his hands in surrender.
"Hey, at least I didn't tell them that she was pregnant." He said and the whole table goes silent.
"Jimin!" Taehyung exclaimed in disbelief as he hit the side of his head a little. Jimin finally digests that he had spilled the surprise and he stares at the both of us for a brief moment.
Right after, he sinks a little into his seat, a cheeky grin breaking through his lips.
"Uh- Taehyung." I tapped him lightly the moment I realised everyone at the table had their eyes glued onto me.
"You're pregnant?" Jungkook gasped and as I nodded the whole table gets filled with commotion again.
"Congratulations!" All of them start chiming, getting up to hug Taehyung once more.
"I can't believe you're having a baby," Namjoon breathed out, shaking his head as he smiled.
"Not just a baby." Taehyung looked to me and I beamed.
"We're having twins." I say and they start cheering, pouring shots of alcohol in their glasses as a form to celebrate.
Taehyung passed on the alcohol since he had to drive and the moment it reaches Jimin, he pours it in two glasses.
Jimin passes me a glass and Taehyung hits the side of his head once more. "You have to stop that!" He whined, rubbing the side of his head.
"Why would you give a pregnant woman alcohol?" He hissed and Jimin's eyes widened as though he had completely forgotten about the pregnancy.
"It's okay," I laughed, resting my palm on Taehyung's chest. I found it funny how the both of them managed to argue over the smallest things and make up within seconds.
I reached out for the bottle of water on the table and helped myself.

In the next few moments, our food gets served to us and the entire table gets immersed in conversations. Everyone was still trying to take in the news of the pregnancy, bombarding Taehyung with questions. Every once in a while they would break into a fit of laughter and I loved seeing Taehyung in that state.
He was genuinely happy with the boys, a warm glow emitting from his smile. I didn't speak much during the dinner but was satisfied with simply admiring Taehyung enjoy himself.
Soon, we were done with the dinner and Taehyung and I decided to leave. "Congratulations again," Yoongi said as he raised his glass. I smiled in response with a slight nod, still being a little shy to speak to them.
We walk away and I realise that none of the boys were leaving yet. "They're not done?" I question as Taehyung and I leave the restaurant.
"We usually stay back for a second round of drinks." He chuckled.
"Oh, then why don't you join them?" I asked and he shook his head.
"I want to get you home." He smiled but a sudden feeling of guilt began creeping into me, irking me. It had been awhile since he had spent some time with all of them.
"Hey, don't worry about me. I can take a cab home." I nod but he refused. "Taehyung, I'm serious. I want you to enjoy yourself too." I say and he stopped to think about it and I knew I was about to convince him.
"Plus, I was planning on seeing my father anyway, so." I nudged him a little and he looked at me with a little doubt.
"Are you sure?" He questioned, a subtle smile playing on his lips. I could tell how much he wanted to be with the boys.
"Yes, I'm sure." I laughed with a nod and he leans in to kiss my lips, excitement burning prominently through him.
"Text me the moment you reach, okay?" He said as he looked down at me and I nod.
"Alright, now go. Have fun." I beamed and with another kiss, he went back into the restaurant in a hurry.
I chuckled to myself as I flagged down a cab. I got in and gave the cab driver the address, resting back the next second as I felt a sense of nausea wash over me. I closed my eyes waiting for it to pass but before it could, the driver pulls up in front of my house.
I thank him right after paying and had walked up to the doorstep. I knocked onto the door and I feel my stomach contract as I gag, the meal from just now threatening to make it's way out. I knock against the door violently and finally it swings open and I charge in, rushing towards the washroom.
I fall to my knees as I threw up into the toilet bowl, emptying out my stomach. I fall back a moment later, trying to get in the right headspace. I feel someone shadow me and I knew it wasn't my father as he would've rushed to my side.

Even though I knew she was behind me, I don't acknowledge as I cleaned myself up. I turn around after a few seconds and I see her by the door, a look of worry washed over her features.
"Are you okay?" She asked, her voice just a little over a whisper.
"Mmhmm," I simply nod, walking into the kitchen. I didn't know how to speak to her or even face her for that matter. "Where's dad?" I asked the moment I realised he wasn't home.
"The office called him in last minute." She said as she sat on the couch, eyes glued to the ground.
"I'll get going then." I say as I placed the glass back down after taking a few sips of water.
The moment I reach for the door, she speaks out. "Wait." Aera turned to look at me, her eyes finally meeting mine.
I came to a halt, turning around to look at her as I waited for her to say something. "There's some leftover pizza, if you want." She offered but I simply shook my head.
"I'm not hungry." I let out bluntly and she goes silent for a bit.
"Oh," she breathed out, brows furrowing as she went deep into thought. "I'm sure dad will be home soon, you could wait here if you want." She spouted and that's when I start to feel my heart sink. I could tell she was trying to get me to stay but I couldn't understand why.
"Okay." I nod, walking back into the living room. I sat on the other end of the couch, an awkward tension building up in the room and I couldn't take it. The television was playing something at the background, the noise indistinct and not helping with the current atmosphere.
I could tell she was trying to think up something to talk about as her fingers toyed with the thread that hung from the sleeves of her sweater.
All of a sudden, an excruciating pain pierces through my temple and I wince. "Are you okay?" She asked from next to me and I brush it off.
"Yea, I just need water." I stood up, feeling a little dazed as I walked towards the kitchen. This pain was a little different than all the others, it was persistent and intense.
I filled the glass from just now, chugging down the water in hopes of making myself feel better. I place the glass back down and turn to look at Aera who was shadowing behind me. "You don't look too good." Aera said as she stared at me with worry.
"I'm fine." I say but start getting breathless. "I'm okay." I nod, this time trying to convince myself as I stare at her. Slowly my vision gets clouded by darkness and my body goes cold.

"Areum!" Aera shook me awake as I woke up on the ground, my body aching all over. I held my hand over my tummy, getting a little anxious after the fall. "Are you okay?" She asked, trying to help me up.
As I sit up straight, the pain in my head comes back and this time Aera catches the look in my face. "I'll get you an aspirin." She said as she rushed to the cabinet but I stop her.
I remember Dr Joon telling me to avoid painkillers during the pregnancy. "I don't want one." I say but she insisted. "I can't take them." I blurt and she goes quiet, waiting for me to explain myself and with a deep breath, I did.
"I'm pregnant." I let out, my voice low and timid as I watch her entire stance change. She doesn't peep a word, still trying to help me up.
"You should get checked." Was all she peeped as we stood up. "You had a bad fall." And she gulped looking down at the ground, almost like she was trying to swallow down the news.
"I will, Aera-"
"I think I'll head to bed." She cut me off abruptly, walking away while I remained in the kitchen. I groaned, leaning against the counter top as another dizzy episode makes itself known by messing with my vision.
I reached out for my phone, dialling for Taehyung but pause right before I called him. I didn't want to ruin his night with the boys, who knew when would be the next time he could hang out with them this freely.
I breathed out a sigh, stuffing my phone back into my pocket as I laid down on the couch. I start feeling weary, my eyes lids going heavy as they drooped shut and soon, I was sound asleep. But not for long as I feel the same pain from the theatre in my abdomen.
I knew how upset Taehyung would be with me if I hadn't informed him so, I did. I called him and within minutes he comes to pick me up.
"Are you okay?" He asked as he opened the door for me.
"Yea," I breathed out as I got onto the car. "I'm so sorry, I knew how much you missed the boys and-"
"Hey, it's okay." He instantly grabs my hand, "like I said, I'm going to be here every step of the way." He assured me and I smile but faintly, still being in pain.
"Are you sure you don't want to get checked?" Taehyung asked, passing me the occasional glance each time I wince.
"Yea, I'm just tired. I want to get to bed." I groan and he doesn't fight back, letting do what I wanted. "And Dr Joon said the cramping isn't something to worry about, remember?" I looked at Taehyung and he nods.
"But you passed out this time," He threw another glance my way, caution tainting his voice and I groan.
"I just want to go home," I sighed. "And sleep, please?"
. . .
A/N: yooo she needs to stop passing out. (I keep saying this yet I keep writing it. sigh.)
