"What?" I propped myself up a little, staring at him with a smile painted over my lips.

"Move in with me." He repeats himself, cupping my cheeks with both his hands and I couldn't help but laugh, getting overwhelmed.

"Okay?" I shake my head looking at him, the both of us immersed with joy.

The moment I answer, he presses his lips onto mine. I couldn't help but smile through this kiss and he pulls away, his smile reflecting my own as he looks at me with endearment.

He squeezes me hips, getting me to lay down. "This calls for a celebration." He grins at me with mischief while getting back on top of me. He intertwines his fingers with mine as he presses my hand to the mattress.

I giggle, a smile breaking through me as I reconnected our lips.

"The annulment gets granted in about 10 days, so that gives us time." Taehyung said from across from me.

"10 days?" My eyes widened at the drastic change of the timing. "That's so close!" I exclaimed, biting into the burger.

"Mmhmm, things are going smoothly." He nodded, taking a bite into the burger. "So it's just your dad, now." His voice goes a little silent towards the end as his eyes peer up to look at me.

"I honestly don't think he'll be an issue." I say and Taehyung's eyes widen.

"Really?"

"Yea," I breathed out. "And Aera's practically ignoring my existence. I don't think she'd bother if I left." I say and he reaches out for my hand from across the table.

"So, you're moving in." He smiles as me, squeezing my hand lightly.

"I'm moving in." I squealed as I repeated after him, my excitement bubbling out of me.

"Just two more days for the annulment to be granted." Taehyung chimed over the phone as I laid on my bed.

"And then I'll be living in your place." I squeaked and he chuckled in response.

"You never told me what your dad said about all this." He spoke out from the other end of the line.

"He didn't really say much." I twirled my hair around my finger as I stared at the ceiling. "He just gave me his usual, if I'm happy he's happy, speech." I said and Taehyung simply hums.

"I'm almost done with packing." I sat up, staring at a couple of boxes on the ground, my heart starting to pound against my chest. "I can't believe I'm moving in." I whisper and Taehyung lets out a tiny sigh.

"Me too. I can't believe everything's finally working out." He said and I smile. I stood up to shift more boxes but as I did, I everything goes blurry for a second and I fall to the ground.

"Areum?" He instantly calls out the moment my phone drops to the ground. I shake my head, trying to snap myself out of the dizzy spell.

"Sorry, I dropped my phone." I massaged my temples and he laughs on the other end.

"You have to stop being so clumsy." He teased but I didn't have the energy to laugh for some reason, a migraine hitting me out of nowhere.

"Hey, I'll talk to you tomorrow alright? I'm a little tired." I said and he spoke out.

"I won't be able to speak to you for the next two days, the annulment and all." He groans a little. "So I'll see you on Monday after my work? Help you with the move." He said and I nod even though he wouldn't be able to see me.

"Alright, bye." And I hang up hastily, feeling something twist in my gut. I rush to my bathroom, dropping to my knees in front of the toilet bowl and emptying out my stomach in it the next second.

I fall to the floor, rubbing my temples with a groan. My symptoms from the concussion have been getting progressively worse for some reason but I assumed it was only normal. Dr Song said it could take months or even longer to fully recover from a concussion and I didn't want to give Taehyung the unnecessary stress of having to worry about my symptoms so I simply kept him in the dark.

I took my painkillers and crashed onto my bed, allowing the night to consume me the next second.

"Taehyung!" And I jumped onto him the moment I open the door. He catches me instantly, spinning me a little right before locking our lips.

We don't pull away, letting ourselves melt into each other's hold. His hands were firm on my back, pressing me to his body as our lips moulded together perfectly. We were finally us. Without having anything being held over our heads.

We part, resting our foreheads on each other as we drowned in each other's gaze. He leans his head towards the side a little, brushing the tip of his nose against mine and I couldn't help but smile.

He lowers me after a few moments, finally entering my home. We go up the steps, hand in hand. "So where are the boxes?" He asked and I pointed towards my room.

He picks up the heaviest one and walked down the steps while I followed behind him, carrying a box in my arms. As I walked down the steps I feel the same nauseas feeling wash over me but I tried holding it back as I made it down the steps.

Before I could place the box down, my vision gets blurred and I fall sideways due to the weight of the box, my head slamming against the wall as I fell.

"Areum!" Taehyung drops the box in his hands, rushing over to me. "What-"

And before he could finish his sentence, I throw up right next to him and he freezes, shock consuming him.

"Hey," he rubs my neck, trying to get me to look at him.

My head bobs around, my neck being a little to weak to support the weight as I looked up at him. "I'll call Dr Song." He fished out his phone the moment I don't speak.

I tried waving it off, but he holds my arm as he goes on the call with Dr Song. "We'll be there." Was all he said as he helped me up, bringing me to his car.

"I just don't understand why you would hide something like this from me." He lets out frustratedly, fingers running through his dishevelled hair.

Dr Song just left the room after the consultation and would be back to update us on my current state.

"I didn't want to cause you unnecessary worry, I'm sorry." I shook my head, looking at the ground.

He lets out a deep sigh, "It's okay. At least we're getting it checked now." Taehyung took my hand into his, rubbing the back of it with his thumb.

The next moment, Dr Song comes into the room, an indistinguishable look smeared across his face.

"I think I'll have to talk to the patient alone." And there's a look in his eyes that sends a chill down my spine, my anxiousness peaking.

Before Taehyung could rebut, I looked at him. "It's okay," I nodded towards him and he mirrors my actions before leaving the room hesitantly.

"Is everything okay, Dr Song?" I asked but his face remains stoic which didn't help with my current state of mind.

"There's something you need to know." He lets out in a calm voice but my entire body goes numb after he explains the situation to me.
