《The Girl Who Never Smiles | ✔️》Chapter 49

"You goddamn drunkards." I try to clean up the pieces of glass, but Armani keeps trying to tickle me.
Jesus Christ.
Those bastards even ate off most of the damn cake.
"Bay, let me do it." Issac says and rests his hand on my hand that is around the broomstick.
I look up at him and butterflies flutter around in my stomach. I nod my head and give him the broom. He gives me a look that tells me he is feeling exactly what I am feeling right now. My lip tingles as I replay the epic kiss Issac and I just shared and my body is itching for me to kiss him again.
I walk over to Cartier who is sipping on some water while watching Dance Academy on Netflix. Victoria is knocked out as well as Sienna. It looks like Asher got stabbed with a piece of the shattered glass of the vase, so Zoe is helping get the shard out and help him not bleed out.
Despite everything Asher did, I really hope he could change because I really ship him and Zoe.
I check the time to see that it is 12 pm. I want them all out, but how?
Wait.
Victoria and Cartier both live in the same subdivision, so Victoria can go with Cartier since Cartier is sober. Sienna could tag along. Asher and Armani are both wasted so I don't know how to get them home. They live in the same neighborhood as Cartier though, but I won't put Cartier though that.
"What happen?" Cartier asks.
"Tryna figure out how to get these guys out."
"I can drop them. I will use Asher's car. We don't live far anyway"
"No, Cartier I won't let you have to handle all these people."
"You and Issac obviously need some...alone time and I think me getting these drunk teenagers out of here would help. I insist."
"God thank you Cartier, I don't know how to thank you."
"Thank me" she gets up. "By getting together with Issac. Issac is a good guy and he deserves happiness after what Victoria put him through. Don't tell her I said that." she winks and helps pull her friends up. I help her get everyone into Asher's car. Zoe helps Asher into the car and Cartier hops into the driver's seat and gives me a wave before driving off. I head back into the house and close the door behind me. Issac has swept up all the stray pieces of glass and has fixed back up the living room and has rid the place of stray beer bottles and such forth.

When Issac looks over to me, I gesture to upstairs and I walk upstairs with him following behind me. I open back up my room door and I walk over to my bed. I lift up the pillow and pull out the scrapbook I made, Issac's last birthday gift. I kick off my heels and I walk over to Issac with the scrapbook. I give him the scrapbook and he looks at it amused.
"This is your last birthday present. It is a scrapbook of pictures of all the adventures we went on. Picture of just..us."
He flips open the book and looks through the pages slowly cherishing every memory of our friendship.
"You did all of this?"
"Well Issac who else would have these pictures? Hmm. Elsa?"
He gives me a pointed look and a smirk forms on my face.
"You are amazing." He mutters and I feel heat rush up to my cheeks. He closes the album and rests it gently on the table behind him. He walks over to me slowly with a half smirk on his face.
"So Bay Stewart, no one is in the house, what would you like to do?"
"You" I say and capture his lips with my own.
....
School is the usual. Buzzing with some drama. I am surprised there is no drama buzzing around about the little party I had for Issac. I guess Victoria and Sienna were too wasted to remember anything. With the amount of alcohol they consumed, not even the weekend could wash that all out.
A pinch on my arm snaps me out my thoughts.
"Ow" I rub the attacked area and glare at Zoe.
"So did you?"
"Did I do what?"
"Did you...ride the pony?.....tap the sack-"
"Zoe what the actual fuck are you talking about?"
Zoe rolls her eyes and face palms, "Did you have s e x with Issac?"
Lord in his good name.
"No. You know not everything is about sex Zoe. Now please go away and I will harass you later at lunch about Asher."
She glares at the side of my head as I open my locker.
"Prude." she mumbles and walks away.
I shake my head and stuff my bag in my locker and take out my books for class. A pair of arms wrap around my waist a familiar cinnamon and vanilla smell floats into my nose.
Home
A chin rests on my shoulder and I look to my right to see a beautiful pair of grey eyes.

"Good morning." I say with a pink blush on my face.
"Morning to you too beautiful" He says and kisses my cheek gently and then pulls away to open his locker.
It is friendaversary number 4 today. Today marks the 4th month Issac and I have been friends, but technically we aren't friends anymore, we are more than that.
"Happy friendaversary." He says and wraps a scarf around my neck. I look down at the pink Burberry scarf with black lines going down and across on it.
"This is so beautiful." I tell him and admire the baby pink color.
"It belonged to my mother." He says. I look up at him and he is looking at me with adoration.
"Issac. I can't take this. This belonged to your mom. You should cherish everything she ever gave you."
"But she also said to find a girl who would make my heart beat faster than the speed of light and cherish her. I want to give you a piece of my life. A piece of me. All though you already have a big piece of me anyway."
"What piece?"
"My heart." he says and flashes me his signature charming smile that made me fall for him in the first place.
"Corny ass." I mutter under my breath.
"Heard that" He says with a grin on his face.
"Keep it. It looks good on you anyway and I refuse to take it back." He adds.
"Are you sure?"
"Yeah." He says with a smile on his lips. I lean up and kiss his cheek and put the beautiful scarf in my bag in my locker and I shut my locker close after I take out the gift that I got him out my bag. Issac is digging in his locker for his books and I take this time to just admire him and I guess just enjoy his presence. His dark brown, almost jet black hair, is swept back and looks very shiny under the fluorescent lights. I stare at every detail, small or large, on his face, even if it is as small as a freckle. A small smile sits on his light pink lips the same lips I kissed last night.
"Are you going to stare at me all day Stewart?"
"Like you don't do it to me. Don't think I didn't see you staring at me at your party"
"My party, I could stare at whoever I want."
"So that mean you will stare at other girls? Here I am thinking you only had eyes for one girl, which was me. Oh well." I tease and walk away. His hand quickly grabs on my arm and gently, but firmly pulls me back to him.
"Do I need to show you that I only have eyes for you?"
"That would be nice, but I am not a big fan of PDA." I say and give him the gift I got him. I got Issac a black leather jacket with his name sewn on the front.
"Look inside."
Issac opens the jacket onto the inside and on the left side. He stares at the extra piece to the jacket that will make this jacket important to him.
"Bay...this is" He sighs and shakes his head with a smile on his face. I had a picture of his mom sewn into the inside of the left side of the jacket, where his heart is, so his mom will always be close to his heart literally.
"You like it?"
"I love this and I love you" He says and pulls me by my waist to him. He crashes his lips against mine, knocking the wind out of me. I slide my hand up to the nape of his neck and I comb my fingers through the soft hairs there that I have become fascinated with recently. Butterflies erupt in my stomach as I move my lips against Issac's lips and fire ignites every place where Issac's soft fingertips caress my bare skin. I decided to wear a crop top today despite the chill today.
The school bell rings snapping Issac and I out of the bubble that we naturally build for ourselves. I pull away from him first and I look up into his hooded grey eyes.
"See you later beautiful." He says and pecks my cheek quickly before going off to his next class, with his books in hand. I stand there, frozen in my place trying to calm my breathing and register in my brain that that just happened. Like I am not fantasizing or something. That actually happened. I clutch my books closer to my chest and I walk off to class wondering when I will snap out of this daze.
Oh wait I have math.
And just like that, my happy glow fades away at the thought of complicated mathematical terms and god knows what else.
Kill me now.
