《Bear》10

"Aren't you supposed to be in bed with your husband?" inquired a confused Jessie as she watched her newly-wedded brother stroll into the kitchen with a frown on his face.

"Under normal circumstances yes, but-" the omega was interrupted by the opening of a door and the humming of his younger brother, who practically glided over the floor with a huge smile on his face.

The happiness radiating off of him almost blinded his siblings.

"Good morning my loves." greeted Tanner as he placed his shoes on the floor and made his way to the fridge," how'd you sleep?" he asked as he pulled out a bottle of water and gulped it down, letting out a sigh once the bottle was empty.

"I really needed that." he commented as he threw the empty bottle in the bin, he knew that his father would shout at him later for not putting it in the recycling bin outside but he could care less right now, he was just so happy.

"You need to give me whatever it is that you're taking." stated Jessie, face filled with amusement.

"Yeah, I would like a double dose please." stated Bear as he sat at the counter across Jessie.

Tanner laughed as he made himself comfortable on the counter, wincing a bit at the pain that hit him.

"I doubt that either of you really want what I've been taking." he said as he stole one of Jessie's apple slices.

Jessie and Bear glanced at each other before gasping, they knew that look. Holy shit Tanner wasn't as innocent as he looked.

"You got laid." gasped Jessie as she stood up and began to shake her brother.

"Congrats Bro!" Bear joined in the ruckus, laughing as a blush formed on Tanner's cheeks.

"Stop! You're going to wake dad and papa up." he said as he escaped their hold and ran to the other side of the kitchen.

"This is a momentous moment Tanner. My little brother got fucked last night." teased Jessie as she and Bear burst into a fit of laughter. They loved embarrassing their poor brother.

"Poor dad, none of his kids are going to get married as virgins."

Bear felt for his father, the poor man was going to be heartbroken. Bear couldn't wait to see the look on his face when the truth about Tanner eventually came out- there was no such thing as secrets in their family.

He knew that his Papa was going to have a field day teasing the life out of their Dad, Bear couldn't wait. It was going to be hilarious.

"He'll get over it," commented Tanner," oh and speaking of marriage... how was your wedding night?"

The smile on Bear's face fell instantly.

"What did he do? Do you need me to beat him up for you?" asked Jessie, going into full Alpha mode.

Being the only alpha child in their home meant that she always had to look out for her brothers, despite her sex she wasn't afraid to fight against strong alpha males, if it meant protecting her brothers, she would do it.

"Nothing big" said Bear with a shrug.

"Bear," Tanner placed a hand on his shoulder," what happened?"

"He didn't come home last night, which is fine because I know what kind of job he has."

"But?" urged Jessie.

Bear let out a sigh," he didn't call me or even text me. He just left me sitting at home worried. And then just showed up this morning with a story about how he was on his way home when he got called in to work."

Bear ran a hand through his hair, or at least he tried to until his hands got tangled in a knot. Natural hair sucked sometimes.

"I'm not upset about him missing our wedding night, I'm upset...." he trailed off, he felt stupid. Maybe he was just overreacting.

"You wanted him to communicate." finished Jessie.

"Your feelings are valid." stated Tanner, seeing right through his brother's facade.

"I just don't want a repeat of Mason. He sucked at communicating and that eventually resulted in our break up. If he had communicated with me about how his emotions and what others were saying... maybe we-"

"You still would have broken up." interjected Tanner.

Bear looked at, his brows furrowed.

"You two were never going to last, yes if he had learnt to communicate then maybe you wouldn't have had such a bad break up. But you and Mason, you weren't meant for forever."

"But you and Titus though, you are meant to be." Finished Jessie with a light squeeze on her brothers shoulder.

"You need to tell him about you truly feel and what you expect from him in your marriage and vice versa. You shouldn't be afraid to voice out your emotions Bear." Tanner adviced.

Bear thought about what his brother had said, he was right. He had to be fully honest with Titus and not be afraid to speak his mind. They were married, and if they wanted to stay married they would have to learn to be honest with one another. They had to lay everything out in the open.

"Thanks Tanner," Bear thanked his brother with a hug," I see that the dick made you wiser." he teased earning a light slap on the chest from his brother.

"Who was it?" asked Jessie as Bear opened the kitchen cabinet and pulled out a box of cereal.

"Well..." Tanner returned to his seat on the counter," please make some for me, I'm famished."

"Did your man not feed you after robbing you of your inocense?" inquired an amused Jessie.

"As a matter of fact he did, he made sure that I was well fed." Tanner said with a wink causing both his siblings to gasp.

"You... I have no words." said Bear as he shook his head, their little brother wasn't as pure as they thought he was. He was nastier than Bear and Jessie combined.

"Was he at the wedding?"

"Yeah... he's actually related to Titus."

Bear stopped pouring milk into his cereal, while Jessie paused in her slicing of her 2nd Apple for that morning.

"Who is it?" Bear had net quite a few members of his husband's family, even though he couldn't remember all their names and faces. Titus had a huge family.

"His twin brother."

A look of recognition washed over Bear's face, he hadn't personally met Tyson, his husband's twin brother. The man had arrived late and Bear had been so busy that he had totally forgotten about him.

"Damn, so you're telling me that both my brothers ended up with a set of twins."

Jessie was impressed.

"Hey don't jump the gun! We just had sex. Nothing major."

Yes Tyson had told him that he wanted more than just sex, but it was still too early to assume things. Tanner did not want to jinx it.

Bear and Jessie shared a knowing look, they both knew that this wouldn't just end with just sex. Tanner wasn't that type of man, he didnt just sleep with anyone. Something about Tyson had led to him deciding to have sex for the first time. They were so stuck with each other.

"I hope that you used protection." Bear handed Tanner a bowl of cereal.

"Yeah," Tanner said with a nod as he placed a spoonful of cereal in his mouth.

"Good, the last thing that you need is an STD or a baby." stated Jessie.

"Don't worry, I was safe. I made sure of it." reassured Tanner.

"Well then we have nothing to worry about." said Bear as he ate his own cereal.

Tanner nodded again but then paused when he realised something.

"Shit!" he immediately placed his bowl beside before jumping off the counter.

"What's wrong?"

"This morning, shit I forgot!"

"Forgot what?" asked Jessie as she too stood up.

"I need to rush to the pharmacy. We didn't use a condom and we all know I'm not on birth control."

Tanner picked up his shoes and ran out of the door.

"Wait for me!" Shouted Bear as he ran after his brother," tell Papa that I'll bring his bowl back later." Bear was not leaving his cereal unfinished, he would finish it on the way to the pharmacy.

Jessie heard the door slam shut and she shook her head in amusement, her brothers sure knew how to make ones morning eventful.

"That's weird, I thought I heard Bear's voice." stated her Papa as he strolled into the kitchen, still dressed in his pajamas.

"Yeah he came over for a visit."

"So early?" It was barely 9pm, why on Earth was he visiting so early in the morning. He should have been at home with his husband.

"Yeah," Jessie stood up," I have to go get ready for work."

"And your fruits?" asked Alex as he looked at the plate of sliced apple.

"You can have it, I heard that apples are really good for your health."

Alex laughed, his daughter was weird.

Heck all of his kids were weird.

"Mason!"

Mason looked up and saw the lady at the counter holding his order. He quickly stood up and made his way over.

"Thank you." He took his order and made his out of the cafe, the ringing of his phone causing him to look down into his hands.

"Ow!"

Mason cussed as he looked up from his cellphone and at the stained white shirt of the man in front of him.

"I'm so sorry." He apologised as he placed his bag of croissants and his cellphone on a nearby table, before rushing over to the counter and asking for a few napkins.

He returned to find the man sitting at the table, and dabbing at his wet shirt.

"I'm so sorry." apologised Mason as he began to dab the shirt with the napkins," I wasn't looking where I was going and-"

He stopped talking as a hand grabbed his, causing him to pause in his actions.

"It's okay."

Mason nodded and finally looked at the victim of his coffee spill.

Holy shit.

Mason was pretty sure that his jaw dropped as he took in the man's appearance, he was gorgeous.

And he was also the Priest... The Priest that had officiated Bear and Titus' wedding. The wedding that he had embarrassingly interrupted.

Mason wished that the earth could open up and swallow him.

"I'm sorry." He whispered as he removed his hand from the man's chest and stood up straight.

The man stood as well," It's okay. It's just a shirt."

"I'll pay for it to be cleaned." offered Mason, it was the least that he could do.

"No it's fine, you don't need to do that."

"But-"

"You can have coffee with me."

Mason frowned," Coffee?"

"Yeah," the Priest with cute dimples said.

He was really handsome, Mason was beginning to feel really unattractive.

"To make up for this," said the man as he gestured to his shirt.

Mason nodded, it was the least that he could do. It was just coffee, there was nothing to worry about.

"Okay."

"Good, now let's go."

"Go?" asked Mason as the man walked away, the alpha quickly picked up his bag of pastry and his phone before following the man.

"Yes, I can't have coffee in a stained shirt. So we first have to go to my house."

"Um.."

The man noticed Mason's hesitation.

"Don't worry, I won't do anything to you."

Mason scanned his features, his gut was telling him to trust the beta.

"Okay."

"Good, by the way my name is Aran."

"Mason."

The man smiled knowingly," oh I know."

Mason groaned internally, why had he gone to that wedding?

Why?

He got into the man's car and they drove off, the entire ride to the Priest's house, Mason had to constantly block out the images that his brain was sending him.

Images of a shirtless Aran.

He was a Priest, and here Mason was picturing him half naked.

He was definately going to hell.

There was no doubt about It.

"Just apologise and be honest with him. It's not that hard."

Titus raised a brow at his brother, " Oh really now? This is coming from the man who hasn't been in a relationship in years."

Tyson rolled his eyes at his brother's words," I've been single because I couldn't find anyone who could offer me something else besides sex."

Titus shook his head," And let me guess, your lay from last night had nothing else to offer as well?"

He knew that his brother had been rolling around in the sheets with someone, he had marks all over his neck and a shit eating grin plastered on his face. He had been smiling since he had gotten to Titus' house.

"Well... He um." Tyson blushed and picked picked up a muffin from the breakfast that his brother had prepared.

"Hey! That's meant for my husband." His brother swatted his hand and pushed him away from the dining room table.

If not watched, Tyson would eat everything. The man loved to eat.

"This tastes really good, Bear is one lucky man." complimented Tyson as he took another bite of his muffin.

"I am?"

Both men looked towards the door where Bear stood, his keys in his hands.

"And that's my queue to leave," Tyson hugged his brother." I'll tell you about my baby later." He whispered before making his way over to Bear.

"It's nice to officially meet you, my brother really bagged himself a gem."

Bear smiled at Tyson's words.

"Now I have to go,please hear him and don't ruin the house too much."

"Ruin the house?" Bear asked, confused.

"With your love making. I heard that newly-weds tend to get a little passionate during sex. And loud, so keep it down-"

"Get out!" shouted Titus as he began to push his brother out of the house.

"But I didn't get to hug Bear!" protested Tyson but he was quickly silenced by the slamming of a door in his face.

"I'm sorry about that. He was dropped on his head a few days after birth."

Bear laughed.

"It's okay, I like him."

"Not more than me, I hope."

Bear shook his head and placed his keys on the coffee table before making his way over to the dining room table.

"This is quite a spread." the table was filled with food, lots of it.

"Yeah."

"Did you make everything?"

"Some, and others I ordered since I didn't know when you would be back."

"Ok," Bear picked up a grape and popped it into his mouth, " at least I know that I won't starve in this marriage. "

Titus laughed softly," yeah, that's one thing that you don't have to worry about."

Bear turned to face him.

"I'm not happy with what you did last night."

"I know." Titus felt like shit and he knew that what he had done was behind stupid.

Bear deserved better.

"But everyone makes mistakes, so I'm not going to hold it against you."

Titus smiled.

"But I need you to know that in this marriage, we communicate. We talk and inform each other about everything, no matter how small or insignificant it may seem. Okay?"

Titus nodded and took Bear's hands in his.

"Yes, and I'm sorry about last night. I was an idiot. I promise that it won't happen again, that I'll be the best husband in the universe."

"Don't promise me anything Titus, show me. Actions speak louder than words."

Bear placed their joined hands on Titus' chest.

"I don't ever want to regret marrying you."

"You won't." stated Titus as he placed his forehead against his husband's.

"You won't."

He leaned down and kissed Bear.
