After hearing what she said I felt myself break.

But I'm not that naive I only said what I said to make it look like I don't care anymore, therefor while I keep trying to dig up what's really going on ill have to make it look like I'm done with her.

After leaving I went right back to my office as I continued to have my men get all the info on them. "Hey bro... I heard what happened... mom called asking what's going on, I told her that you'll call her later" I look up to see Jax and Samantha standing at the door. "Well, don't believe it because one thing for sure is, I'm going to get her back and ill call mother later in the meantime I need you both to do something for me," I say as I hand them a file. "What's this?" they both said as their eyes widened as they read the file. "I'm going to need you two to work on that. We have less than a week before the wedding so get working" I say as they nod and both head out. I turn to my table taking the glass of whiskey and drinking it.

Annalise P.O.V

I felt my heart snap in two as Ace stormed out the door. I was then snapped out of my thoughts as the sound of clapping came from behind me. I turned to see Elijah with a smug look on his face glancing at me. I clenched my jaw at the thought of him taking pleasure due to this situation.

"Beautiful," he said as he walks closer to me taking my hand and about to kiss it. I quickly snatch my hand away from him then storm out the door. I immediately get in the car and feel my tears flowing uncontrollably down my face. I knew I was going to regret later removing my hand from Elijah, but I didn't care. I felt as though I had nothing left.

The door then opens, and Elijah sits near me as the driver navigates to the hotel. The ride is silent, just as we drove up to the hotel and we got to ... our room I quickly tried to run to the washroom to lock it. Hence the word tried. "Where do you think you're going," Elijah says as he grabs a fist full of my hair. I let out a gasp as he drags me back towards him while desperately trying to free his hand from my hair only having him pull harder. I let out a hiccup as he smirks.

"Never, do that again... do you understand me? You are Mine!" he says in a low tone "Do you understand!" he says once more word for word. "Y-yes" I whisper as the tears flow down my face. He then lets go causing me to quickly move away from him. "I'm going to shower if you try to leave, I will find you and I will personally drag you back." He says throwing the towel over his shoulder as he closes the door behind him.

I need to find a way to send a message. I then quickly looked around as I searched for something. My eyes narrowed on a pen and some papers on the side. I quickly grabbed the pen and begin to write a message. Now to find a way to send it. My breath hitched as I heard the door to the washroom begin to open. I gasped as I quickly shoved the paper under the bed. Elijah had now gotten out and stopped to glare at me.

"What are you doing?" he asked as his eyes narrowed in suspicion. "N-nothing," I say as he quickly walked towards me grabbing my hair causing me to gasp as he brought my head closer to him "What were you doing?" he growls as I try to keep my cool, "I-I was just about to go shower" I breathlessly say as he continues to glare at me.

He then let's go allowing me to move away from him. I carefully eye him and under the bed to make sure it's not noticeable. Just as he turns to almost look, I quickly make a move. "Why don't we get to know each other a bit more how about you get some lunch and ill freshen up?" I say as his eyebrow raises. His lips then form into a smirk as he then bites his lips walking towards me... oh no just before he could reach out and grab my waist there was a knock on the door.

"I-ill get it" I quickly move to open the door, Elijah noticeably gets angry at the timing, I open the door to see my mother. My face turns blank as I quickly slam the door in her face before she could say anything.

Elijah glares at me as he opens the door to my mother fuming. "You disrespectful wretched child...I'll ensure Elijah teaches you some manners before tonight," she says as she huffs. "Tonight? What's tonight" I say slightly panicking. They couldn't have moved up the wedding. "There will be a little event being held in honour of our wedding," he said with a smug look on his face. "Thank you, Charlette give my regards to Henry and don't worry... ill teach her a thing or two" he smirks as my mother leaves the room closing the door behind her insuring it was locked Elijah then turned to rake my body up and down as I felt chills on the back of my neck. My eye zooms to the bathroom knowing the door can lock.

I then make a break for it "not so fast kitten" He says as I let out a scream as slams his lips to mine. He breaks the kiss and holds me tightly in his grasp. He slowly moves towards my ears as the words he whispers causes me to get angry as he kisses my neck. "Ace has been sleeping with a client he was seen leaving her room."

"Liar!" I yelled while I push him away, I also slap him across the face. "Ace is 10 times a man than you'll ever be so if you're going to try and fool me with your pathetic lies then be my guest. I know who you are you're a sad, pathetic, weak and disgusting human being who takes pleasure in peoples suffering" I say as I breathe heavily.

I continue to glare at him as he stands in front of me holding his cheek his eyes begin to darken as I feel no regret, he deserved it and I would do it again. "Is that so..." he says as he grabs my neck and pushing me to the wall causing my body to make a loud thud sound. "Guess what?" he says in a sinister smile.

"Wedding has been moved," he said but the next few words caused my eyes to widen. "2 days from now," he said as he lets go having me charge at him trying to hit him with all my might "I hate you! You can't do this!! Why do you do this to me!" I cried out as he grabs me throwing me to the bed pinning me down with both my arms above my head.

"Why...why do you want me so badly" I whisper as I continue to cry not caring anymore. He smirks as he takes pleasure in my pain "Why you ask?... you were mine the moment I seen you, I knew you had to be mine whether you liked it or not. Your beauty and soul would be mine so your parents made a deal with the devil... to yours truly and in exchange I would get you. Your parents practically begged me to take you since you were always such a burden" he says in a mocking tone causing me to hiccup as I cry.

"When you stand next to me, I will have all the power in the world as each man would pay millions for you," he says causing my eyes to widen.

"THAT'S WHY YOU WANT ME" I started to thrush in his arms knowing he only wants to sell me. I'm better off dead.

"Stop!" he yells venomously, I freeze.

"I won't let them touch you *I felt relief* You'll be my woman; they are going to bow to us... to me..." he says as I still don't get why it's me. "I'll never be yours," I say as his lip twitches.

"Then ill put you in a cage and chain you to the bed if I have to. You will be mine, you will learn to respect and love me, so I suggest you get comfortable" he snapped as he gets off me. "I'll be back in a few hours to pick you up for the event. If you leave then ill, make sure ill... well you'll find out. Also ill have my men watching the room so if you even open the door ill know. I'll have someone bring you food along with helping you with prep for the event, but that's it!" he threatened as he slams the door ensuring that it's locked.

I felt a lone tear slips down my face as I fall to the ground helplessly.
