Since it's the weekend. I woke up really early.

Like 12pm.

That's really early. Trust me.

I take a shower and as usual wear my black outfit.

I have no interest in other colors. I can't be bothered matching clothes. I am not like Gabriel who's walk in closet is like a rainbow explodes inside.

I went down and saw daddy waiting on the couch. He's alone.

Where's mommy?

Daddy saw my expression and easily know what I am thinking.

"Your mom's with your uncle Mark, Eric and Chase."

Oh no.

Dinner will be interesting then.

"Where's everybody?"

"They'll be down in 10 minutes. I got to drag down Jamison out of his bed after that I enter Grabriel's room to throw him in his tub full of water just to wake him up."

Since we are young daddy's the one who wake us up while mommy will put us to bed. They made sure that they are the first thing we see in the morning and last at before we go to sleep.

I want to pass that tradition to my kids someday.

Why am I thinking about kids?

Sure enough, after 10 minutes my 4 siblings went down.

As usual Jamison is wearing his cargos shorts and collared shirt, Parker's wearing red plain shirt and black pants, Gabriel's wearing a plain white shirt with a cartoonize mushroom explosion of atomic bomb on the front and Ameera's wearing a black dress.

It was funny because we are all wearing our matching black sperry's top siders.

"Come on guys let's go. Mall's busy at this time."

Daddy ushers all of us outside the house.

We went out of the estate with only 2 SUV following us.

I am not the only one who notice it.

"Why only 2 car daddy?" Jamison ask curiously.

"The other 3 is with your mom."

"Oh yeah. Good decision. Remember when mom decided to swim at the fountain because she thought the water's cold and refreshing?" Jamison said.

We all laugh at the memory. Mom's literally taking a deep at the Bellagio fountain in Vegas.

"True. It was so funny. The MIB tried to stop her but in the end they are force to join her. I thought daddy will divorce her at that time." Ameera added.

Daddy snorts." As if. I already accepted all her weirdness, innocence and ignorance on that we met."

"Aw..daddy you'll make me cry." Daddy look at Gabriel weirdly and sigh.

"Hey can you pass some chocolate milk." Parker requested.

I open the mini fridge and get five. I pass it to all my siblings. I ask daddy if he wants one but he declines.

So Gabriel the blabber mouth reacted.

"Are you really? Our dad? Like 100%?" Daddy looked at Gabriel like he's contemplating if Gabriel is really child.

"Gee Gabriel I don't know. Considering I was there when all of you are born and all of you excluding Parker looks exactly like me." Daddy said sarcastically.

"So there's a chance Parker's not your son?" Gabriel dumbly replied.

Daddy roll his eyes and looks at me saying deal with your brother.

"Yes." I replied which makes dad bang his head on the window.

"Oh my God Parky! Your adopted!" Gabriel exclaimed.

"Parker your adopted!" Jamison shouted.

Daddy glares at me and I just shrug my shoulders. "Can't blame me. Jamison and Gabriel's idiotic reactions was so fun to watch."

We arrive at the mall.

All of us are excited. We always go out but we rarely shop.

Daddy looks at us and ask curiously "Did anyone of you bring some cash or card?"

All five of us shakes our head.

Daddy raise his eyebrow.

"Do we have too? You are with us. You'll pay for everything." Parker said.

"What if I don't want to pay for it?" Daddy challenged.

"Easy. We'll call mommy." Ameera replied.

"We don't need to go that far princess. I am just joking. Don't call your mom." Daddy replied immediately.

We all snicker while dad scowl at us.

"Where to first?" Daddy ask.

"Lunch!" All five of us shouted.

Daddy roll his eyes and I hear him mutter. "Of course food first. Why did I even ask."

We went to a steak house. To the waitress astonishment we ordered two rib eye steak each. She incredolusly looking at daddy saying are you shitting me? but daddy just ignores her.

"Your side dish?" The waitress ask.

"Do you have rice?" Parker ask.

"I'm afraid that it's not included in our menu." The waitress replied.

"Uhm just mash potato then." Parker replied sullenly.

"Don't worry honey we have some rice on the car okay?" Daddy said to Parker comfortingly.

All of us perked up.

After we order almost all the food on the menu. The MIB came holding 5 big insulated containers with heaps of rice inside.

We thank all of them.

"Our pleasure Master Greyson." One of the MIB replied.

We ate everything. I got the bill and wrote $500 as her tip. Dad gave his card, he's complaining that he should have kicked us out when we were 18.

I snort. As if mom will agree.

We went to different stores and bought Sunshine 4 bags, 3 shoes and 4 dresses.

The whole time we were shopping. We keep on telling Jamison and Gabriel to behave. The high end store can't kick us out but I know they want to.

They only stop when daddy threaten to remove their dessert in every meal for next 7 days and their right to use the pool.

They stop immediately and profusely apologize to daddy.

"It's not enough." Daddy said after two hours of shopping.

"Dad I don't want Sunshine to get overwhelmed so I think this is enough." I said.

"Look at your siblings Grey. We shop for Sunshine but look, they each have at least 10 bags and Sunshine only has what 8 bags?"

Sure enough all my siblings bought at least 2 bags on every shop that we went. Daddy's even holding 5 bags but it's all for mom nothing for him.

"Next time we will buy her things again." Daddy decided.

I nodded in agreement.

"Yey! We're going back to the mall." Jamison celebrated he even high five Gabriel.

"With Greyson only." Dad said sternly.

Before Jamison protested dad said.

"Let's go home kids."

"Daddy we forgot to eat snacks." Jamison said.

Daddy looked at Jamison and deadpanned. "You all literally ate lunch 2 hours ago and now you want snacks? You'll eat snack in our house. This mall is only 20 minutes away from our house. You'll survive."

Dad turn around leaving Jamison pouting.

"I might die. 20 minutes too long." Jamison whine.

We all pat his back with sympathy. "Hold on brother. We can do this." Gabriel said to Jamison encouragingly.

Dramatic ass.

Once we went back to our house I bring all we purchase for Sunshine to my room.

I shower and change to my pyjamas. I don't have plan to go out anymore.

Going to the mall stretch my limit for social intercation in a day.

I carefully folded all the clothes that we bought and made sure all the tags are remove.

I place her clothes and shoes in 2 separate boxes. Her bags have separate boxes provided by the store.

I hope Sunshine like what we bought. I made sure that dad and my siblings unanimously agrees on everything before we bought it.

So this things are all Rosen-Hower approved.

Dinner time came and I hurriedly run downstairs when I heard mommy's voice.

"Mommy!"

Mom look up and smiled brightly when she saw me. Her cute little wrinkles in her eyes became prominent.

"Hi Grey!"

I run towards her and lift her for a hug.

Tsk. She's loosing weight.

"I miss you Grey!" Mommy exclaimed.

"I miss you too mommy." I replied. I kiss her cheek and forehead and gently lower her down to her feet.

I look at daddy seriously and said. "She's lighter."

Daddy eyes widen and inspects mom from head to toe. He gently lifts her and checks if I am saying the truth.

"She did." Daddy mutter worriedly.

"Love are you skipping your meals?" Daddy ask seriously.

"Nope but I miss a couple of snack time for the past few weeks." Mommy replied nonchalantly.

Daddy and I look at each other. This is bad. When mom loose weight before, she got sick. We don't want a repeat of that horrific week.

The doctor even agreed that mommy's weight is normally above average of her BMI since she were young so we should maintain it. She is petite but she's heavy. We just mix vegetables in her food to compensate from all the sweets that she eats.

''Come on love. Let's eat an early dinner. Giacomo cooked your favorite Spaghetti and meatballs, chicken nuggets and fries."

Mom perked up after hearing our dinner for tonight.

We usher mom in to her seat.

"Albert can you please call my brothers and sister for dinner?" I ask Albert.

"Certainly sir." Albert replied.

When it comes to food, it's like olympics. My siblings runs downstairs as if they are going to run out of food.

"Hi mommy!" All of them greets, kiss and hug her.

They all settle in to their seats as well.

Ameera said some grace then we starts to eat.

I can see that daddy continuously refill mommy's plate. I can tell that Daddy's worried. I bet he's thinking the day when mommy got sick.

He cried.

I don't want to witness that again. Ever.

"Gideon you know what Mark said."

Oh no.

"What love." Daddy ask while drinking his water.

"That we are role playing ddlg since we met. I don't fudging know what he's talking about so I just agreed."

Daddy choked on his water and almost drowned.

All of my siblings fortunately stops eating when mommy's talking because we will never know what will come out of her mouth when she spends her day with her friends, unlike daddy who never learned his lesson and keeps on drinking or eating.

One of these days daddy will drown in a glass of water.

When dad calmed down he darkly said

"My talk with Mark is long overdue. I think he needs some reminders."

"Okay! I'll tell him!" Mommy agreed.

My siblings and I look at each other and we are all thinking the same thing.

RIP uncle Mark.

"Hey mommy?" Parker calls mom's attention.

"Yes baby?"

"Am I adopted?" Parker ask.

I internally face palm. Parker's messing with mom.

"Why did you ask that kind of question?" Mommy ask.

"Because I don't look like them." Parker replied.

Daddy sat back and wait what will mommy do. He's waiting for our mom's crazy replies that never fails to crack everyone up.

Mom nodded in understanding. She sigh dramatically.

"I am so sorry to say Honey but you're right. You're adopted." Mom replied seriously.

I can see Parker getting emotional. Gabriel gasp while Jamison pats Parker back comfortingly.

Wait. Is he what mommy says?

"One day someone left you in our dog house."

"We don't have a dog love." I hear daddy mutter to mom. I can see the staff around us smirk.

Mommy's eyes slightly widen.

"Oh I mean someone left you at Blake's dog house." Mommy change her first statement.

"Mommy, uncle Blake has no dogs also." I reminded her. Albert turns around and giggle quietly.

"Oh they don't?" She ask.

I nodded.

'"Okay then. Someone left you." Mommy finalized.

Parker being Parker nodded. He tearfully replied."Thank you for adopting me."

When mommy saw Parker is crying. She smiles. "Honey I am just joking. You're not adopted! You look exactly like me!"

Parker mood shifts to happiness immediately. Him and mom are two peas in a pod.

"Gabriel's the adopted one." Mommy said.

Gabriel stands up and he bring his hands to his chest, he dramatically step back.

"No!" Gabriel shouted.

We all can't stand it and we all laugh.
