I flutter my swollen eyes open to see Caleb's face right in front of mines. He's still sleeping, how can a monster like him look so cute when sleeping.

I stare at his face, wow he has pretty eyelashes. My eyes travel down to his nose, even his nose is pretty. My eyes trail down to his lips, his lips...his lips look so soft.

Suddenly he opens his eyes, I quickly jump back. "Were you staring at me while I was sleeping?" He asks while stretching.

"No!" I quickly say but you can hear the lie within it.

He chuckles "that's cute, I was actually doing the same thing to you while you were sleeping," he say's with his husky morning voice.

I gulp "umm Ineedtogotothebathroom," I quickly say and rush to the bathroom and slam the door shut.

Gosh why did he have to say it like that AND why did he even say that!

Leaning against the door I place my hand on my heart trying to calm it down.

I walk over to the sink to brush my teeth and wash my face. I finish my business in the bathroom and open the door.

I peak my head out to see if Caleb is still in the room, he doesn't seem to be. I walk out and just when I do the door opens and in walks Caleb fully dressed and freshened up.

He walks towards me "sit down," he say's motioning to the bed.

I sit facing him as he sits beside me.

"So I've decided that you can leave. You can go if you want." He say's.

"What? Your letting me go?" I question confused.

"Yes, I don't usually allow anyone to leave here. We usually kill them or leave them in the cells, but your different," he say's.

"What do you mean?" I ask.

"You remind me of myself, you were put into this heartless family and no one else has your back or truly cares for you. I can understand how you must feel. I usually only hurt people who are bad and disgusting people and you're definitely not that, so I'm allowing you to go," he say's softly.

A tear slips from my eyes.

He tucks my fallen hair behind my ear "you can stay here for as long as you want and when your ready to leave, let me know and I'll get Matthew to drop you off home," he say's and stands up walking out the door leaving it open.

I thought he might have been lying but as I look up to see the door wide open I realise he was telling the truth.

He is letting me go.

I walk around this massive mansion like house trying to find Caleb.

I do want to go home, I want to go back home to my room, my bed, school. I just want to go back home.

Caleb's home is really beautiful I think to myself as I walk around checking through all the rooms.

I open a door to see Caleb sitting at a desk with glasses on reading through papers.

I walk in quietly and stand in front of his desk "um Caleb," I say quietly.

He looks up at me and removes his glasses "what can I do for you sweetheart?" He asks as he combs his hand through his hair.

"Um well, can I go home?" I ask.

"Of course, let me just call Matthew," he say's and calls Matthew on his phone.

A second later Matthew walks in. well that was fast he must really want me gone.

"Matthew take Scarlett home," Caleb say's and puts his glasses back on and continues to read his paperwork.

Wow. No bye or nothing?

"Aren't you going to say goodbye?" I ask him.

He removes his glasses once again "sweetheart if I talk to you any longer I may change my mind and keep your pretty little ass here. As everyday I keep growing a liking to you," he say's staring into my eyes.

Oh...

My face goes red.

"Um Umm okay, bye," I say and walk out of his office.

Matthew directs me to the car outside, I slip in as he gets into the driver's seat.

He begins to drive, I can't believe I'm going back home.

As we get closer to home anger surges through me as I remember that those assholes never came to save me.

We arrive in front of my so called home......
