I wake up the next morning rubbing my eyes I look over at my side table where the earpiece sits.
I grab it putting it into my ear, I wonder what he'll want me to do?
I walk out my room sluggishly to the bathroom, washing my face and brushing my teeth. I tie my hair up in a high ponytail and walk downstairs to kitchen to finally get something to eat.
I probably look like a skeleton right now.
Scarlett, I hear someone say. I stop in the hallway looking around to see nobody.
What the fuck? Who said that?
In the earpiece darling, the voice says.
"Oh...Yes, sorry what's your name?" I ask the voice which probably belongs to the guy who broke in yesterday.
It's weird how I said that so casually...
Caleb, So when you go into the kitchen ignore the boys okay, he says and I quite like that plan since I've not been talking to them.
"Okay," I say and stroll into the kitchen walking past them towards the fridge.
Looking I find a ham salad sandwich made, pulling the plate out I sit it on the counter looking away from the boys as I eat my sandwich. I could sense their stares on my back.
"Scarlett," Damon says.
I ignore him just like Caleb said and also I'm just too scared to speak to him.
I chew on my sandwich "Scarlett," he says a bit more loudly, probably thinking I never heard him the first time. Yet I ignore him once again.
He sighs "Scarlett!" He shouts making me flinch.
Ignore him Scarlett, Caleb say's through the earpiece.
I gulp, picking up my plate I walk past him to get to the living room. He quickly grabs my arm forcefully making me snap my eyes to his hand on my arm making me scared.

"Stop ignoring me Scarlett," he say's angrily.
Drop your plate on the floor, Caleb say's.
I drop my plate and it smashes into a thousand pieces on the floor.
"What the fuck Scarlett! Are you feeling alright?" Devon say's.
I snatch my arm out of Damon's hold as I storm back upstairs to my room, I shut the door locking it behind me.
Well done Scarlett, this is just the start to test your loyalty, Caleb say's darkly.
"So what's next?" I ask annoyed.
Nothing...just yet but remember always keep your earpiece in. goodbye Scarlett, he say's.

Later that day, I walkout my room and bump into Derek.
Give him your middle finger, Caleb say's startling me as he talks out of no where.
I hold up my middle finger to Derek, seeing him instantly looking furious.
I walk past him, he grabs my arm pulling me he slams me into the wall as he wraps his large hand around my neck.
I look down scared.
"Look at me!" He says and squeezes my neck harder trying to catch my attention.
I look up at him with fear in my eyes, he pulls me forward and slams me back into the wall making me gasp from the impact.
I whimper in his hold.
"Why are you acting like this?" He asks.
Maybe because I'm fucking scared!
Or maybe because I'm being threatened to do this!
MAYBE BOTH!
Not able to talk or even breathe I wrap both my hands around his large hand trying to pry it from my neck.
It's no use.
I place my hand on his chest trying to push him away but he wouldn't budge.
"P-please," I breathe out.
He just stares at me with anger.
"D-De-Derek," I breathe. My hands drop to my sides as the oxygen isn't getting into my body.
Eyes start getting drowsy, Derek instantly lets go as I drop to the floor cupping my neck.
I cough eruptively and breathe heavily as my chest becomes wheezy.
He walks away leaving me on the floor, sometime passes and I haven't moved.
My eyes start shutting and I feel extremely dizzy, suddenly I pass out on the floor in the hallway.
