Monday fucking morning, great.

Rolling out of bed I make my way over to the bathroom, washing my face and brushing my teeth.

Changing into fresh pair of clothes and tying my hair up in a ponytail, I leave my room and head downstairs to wait on Devon.

Devon and I hop in his car and head to school.

I seriously can't be bothered with school today.

I sit in my usual seat in my first class of the day and always ten minutes before the bell rings.

Mr king walks in and smiles at me, "Scarlett," he says.

"Sir, how are you today?" I ask.

"Good yourself?"

"Fine thanks," I say.

The bell rings and students come flooding in and as always the girls batting their eyes lashes and squeezing their boobs together in hopes to catch Mr King's attention.

In which they don't.

And the boys who walk in sluggish chucking their rucksacks under the desk and throwing themselves into their seats.

Adam sits next to me as I smile at him.

"Hey," I say.

"Hi, beautiful," He says charmingly.

"So um my um Stepbrothers know that we're together now."

"Already? I thought you wanted to give it time," he says a bit confused.

"Yeah well, they found out yesterday just after we made it official."

"How did they react?"

"Not so good. They don't want me talking to you, which I'm guessing they want us to break up," I say sadly.

"Well I ain't breaking up with you, we'll just have to keep it on the low for now. What do you say?"

"Yeah, I really don't want to break up," I say smiling at the thought of him wanting to stay with me.

Finally, lunch thank god. It's been a long ass day.

I bite into my apple as I sit in the cafeteria with Kimberly as she eats her sandwich.

"So what you got after this?" I ask making conversation.

It's been quite awkward between us since I found out she's together with my ex-boyfriend, but she doesn't know that.

"Chem class," she says.

"Cool."

"Oh and guess what Scarlett?" She says excitedly.

"What?" I ask.

"Jaxon is such a sweetheart, he bought me this necklace," she says holding the necklace dangling around her neck.

It's sparkling silver, must be real by the looks of it. It says Kimberly in fancy writing on it.

It's cute I have to admit and must be quite expensive. Wait...does that mean they're like serious, serious?

What the fuck am I saying? I don't give a fuck.

I'm with Adam, thinking about him always makes me smile, god just imagining his gorgeous face here right now.

Sadly we can't be together in public because of my fucking annoying ass Stepbrothers.

But then again Jaxon never bought me a necklace nor even any jewellery and we'd been together way longer than they have. Does that mean he likes her more than me when we were together?
